Wing Lok in Dudley

Worst chinese ever! Waited over 2 hours for a delivery which should have been delivered in what said ‘20-40 mins’. Called the restaurant for them to tell us the order was on the way. Still waiting now.

Ordered a roast pork curry, it was the worst curry I've ever had. The pork was chewy hard to cut. Not edable, so had to order another 1 from our local curry shop the difference in quality was second to none very disappointed

One of the best Chinese takeaways I’ve had in a long time, super fast delivery and a Friday night too.

Ordered food by phone last night, was delivered within 30 minutes freshly cooked and piping hot. Very pleasent service and certainly the tastiest chinese meal my granddaughter and I have had in a long time. Will certainly be using them again!

Ordered from here last week through just eat. We ordered at 6pm estimated delivery time was 715pm at 730pm it had still not arrived so my mom phoned the restaurant to enquire where our food was. To be spoken to like absolute dirt down the phone by a Chinese lady, she kept changing what she was saying every 2 seconds and laughing down the phone at my mom. I took the phone off her and asked her politely what time it would be with us to be told it was now going to be 815pm! She was so rude and kept calling me a liar down the phone. We contacted just eat to cancel the order which they did and refunded us, for the delivery driver 30 mins later at 915pm turned up with the food. It was not nice food at all had no flavour and the chips were burnt. Disgusting! Never would we ever use them again as this wasn’t the first time we’ve ordered and had our food delivered late. If they can’t keep up with the pace then stop people from ordering on just eat for a bit to catch up with the orders they already have. The lady on the phone needs to have some customer service training and shouldn’t even be working there the way she is talking to customers. Remember the customer is always right!

Rude when we chase up delivery, took Three hours to deliver, I will never use them again this is the second time we have used them and both times we have had problems

Have used this take away on and off for a few years to be honest, then did an online order, booked at 1815hrs, was informed that delivery would be EST 1920hrs, about 1 hr, making delivery from time of order 1hr 5mins, made first call at 1930, (10 minutes late), asked if order had gone, she didn't know but said yeah, it had left! We only live 10 mins from restaurant, at 1945hrs, called again, laughing she said it had left but couldn't get hold of the driver! Called again at 2000hrs, said there was nothing she could do, started laughing again, By this time we had waited almost 2hrs from original order, I told her that i will now send food back if it was to show up, as it would be cold now anyway, then I asked for my money to be repaid back into my account, she said no, and that I would have to stop transaction, (knowing full well that I could not do that)! Food arrived as conversation continued, and food sent back, I then had to threaten her with the police before she then refunded and cancelled by order! I would seriously recommend not using this take away!

Waited 2 and half hours for our food. Every time I called , they would laugh down the phone and say it had left and was on the way, but they couldn’t contact the driver to see where they were- no explanation was given for this at all😡. I called 22 times and 15 of those were engaged or user busy. Finally arrived, for the delivery driver to say, “sorry I have just collected it from the shop”. Lies , lies and lies. This is becoming a regular occurrence, so won’t be ordering from them again.

Waited 2 and half hours for our food. Every time we called they said it had left and was on the way. When it finally arrived we were past eating, it wasn’t fresh and items were cold. We were lied to 3 times! Won’t be going back again which is sad as the food has been nice in the past!

Been waiting for a hour for my order kids are starving still not arrived ordered on line. Tried ringing with no answer line continues to be busy. Just emailed waiting for a reply. If my food does turn up won’t bother In future and will advise others not too discussed in the whole experience x ☹️

Very poor! Normally order off just eat no problem. However, Wing Lok keep putting their 10% discount leaflets in with the delivered food from just eat so thought we would order through this route tonight. Omg 21/2 hours later still not received food and unable to get through to Wing Lok. Shame as the food is usually good. Want to cancel order now as it is too late but can’t get through: was told ages ago order would be 10 minutes!!! Still not received nearly 3 hours. Emailing them now!!

Missed loads of food off my order. Told to eat it an wait for the other items to arrive . Considering one of the items missing was the rice ...slightly awkward

I ordered my food at 7pm, supposed to come at 8pm. We waited until 8:50, and when I called to find out about my order they said that it a windy night (on a calm and sunny night) and went on to say that it had “blown over”!!! And that they now need to re do my order took a further half an hour to arrive, so eventually over 2 hours late. RUBBISH, don’t bother ordering.

The best Chinese food that my family has tasted in such a long time,We normally buy locally to us but decided to venture to a different restaurant. Even the gluten free food was smashing, full of flavour Polite and friendly staff and quick delivery I will definitely be buying our food from this restaurant again

I had a mix meat fryed rice chicken beef pork, have 2 say It was the most disgusting Chinese I’ve ever had... my chicken an beef was slimy under cooked an taste like process meat, very pricey an gentleman who takes the order is very rude no customer service skill at all. I will never eat there again

Had a take away from here on Friday and have to say it was just superb.It was hot and very tasty and great value for money. Can recommend and will return again soon.

The food turned up in good time but we were greeted by an extremely rude delivery man. The food was all very overcooked and I nearly broke my teeth trying to bite into what I believe was meant to be a chicken wing, it was all inedible. I have never been so disappointed with a meal in my life! Serious waste of money

We have been having our weekly takeaway from here for months now and we have never been dissapointed by the service or the food quality.

Food came after three hours of waiting. Phoned up twice to check and they said it would be 20 minutes each time. Finally turned up to find three whole meals were missing! Phoned to see what happened and the woman LAUGHED down the phone and laughed it off. If this business can’t handle Boxing Day demands they shouldn’t be open! Awful customer service!! Read other reviews and saw many many people had the same experience. If you wish for your meal to arrive on the evening it’s worth placing an order early morning, you might get it in time.

Ordered at 7.15pm through justeat. Rang and couldn't get through at 8.45pm. Finally got through at 9.15pm, they said that the food was being re cooked and that the driver wasn't answering his phone and that It should be with us at 9.45pm. We should've known better and cancelled at this point. We phoned again just after 10pm and they said the order hadn't been cooked yet. We finally came to our senses and cancelled nearly three hours after originally ordering. It seems we had a lucky escape after reading these reviews of undercooked food. NEVER ORDER HERE!!

Ordered from here off just eat and it took over 1 hour and 40 minutes to arrive we had to phone the place to be told it was on its way which was lies as took ages after that and the food was not good at all the noodles were soggy and stuck together the curry sauce was like water and the salt and pepper king prawns were the worst I've had just battered prawns like you get with sweet and sour we will not order from here again as there are much better in this area

The order was easy to put in online and the food came quickly and was all there and tasted great - we had two octogenarians (85 and 83 year old ) who were not very familiar with Chinese food but they (as well as the rest of family ) enjoyed the meal - would recommend

We've ordered today a meal from this fast food service. Having received our order it is apparent that the chicken is not correctly cooked, it is pink in places. We contacted the service and they have accused us of lying about the quality of the food that any food that would be a replacement would be the same quality then when I asked for a refund they claimed they wouldn't send it today then changed their mind that they would refund "in their own time when the driver is in the area" and "they want the chicken for the driver to see before the refund" then changed their mind again claiming they would have to be in contact with just eat to be able to give a refund. All in all this took us three phone calls to achieve and I'm left wondering exactly what's going on. I feel the customer service is atrocious and most frightening of all she advised me that the reason she knew the chicken was cooked is because they have re heated it!!! I have complained to just eat.

3 couples ordered food.. delicious all thoroughly enjoyed. Price was excellent. Quality and quantity. All would order again.

After receiving our order we discovered that some of the chicken was undercooked and pink. Contacting the takeaway I was told it wasn't undercooked as it had been reheated! I was offered a replacement but had no time on when it would arrive, then when asking for a refund was told I would have to go to the restaurant to collect it. This was not our first order so would've expected much better customer service. Will not use again, and would recommend friends and co-workers not to also.

Cold Chowmein was flavourless and cold Spare ribs were cold with a watery sauce They were chewy and like dog bones

Worst chinese iv ever had never had a curry like it no taste apart from soapy meat wasnt meat and was cold, yuk sung was dryer than dry waste of 20 pound will never order again

Food was not ready at time specified when order was placed. Also when we checked the food on collection the chicken curry had vegetables when we had specified without, meaning we had to wait a further 5 minutes.

Haven't had a Chinese in years but this was delicious will definitely be repeating thanks.

Ordered meal from the Pub. They arrived on time (earlier than the estimated time slot) and rang me. The driver waited for us to get back home

This food was real good. However I ate too much and it hurts everywhere. Also my brother ate most the chips which was bad times. But on the whole, good food!

Nothing wrong with the food just wasnt keen. The crispy shredded was dry & meatless & bbq ribs bland. Would maybe order one more time & order different dishes.

Habiendo vivido cerca de Wing Lok durante años decidimos probar allí cuando la familia votado para un chino. Sin embargo nos hemos perdido esta joya? La comida era excelente, cuatro personas elegir comidas diferentes y no tengo ni una sola queja. Puedo recomendar especialmente la triple arroz frito rallado (pollo, pato y carne) y las piezas humungous de pollo en el dulce y amargo.

Food was gorgeous and the delivery was speedy, Defo order again.

Good quality take away food prepared quickly, The food was hot and tasty with the right amount of spice and sweet.

Super delivery didn't have to wait as long as stated on the email, food was top notch. Defo order again.

wing lok is just around the corner from me and its dead handy for those lazy beer night in and curry but i've got to say its changed hands a few times and i cant say i would rush back there is nothing at all wrong with the food after all it is a very personal thing taste but i go to another one in the town as i just don't think the quality is there with wing lok

I have recently moved to the area and I am so pleased to have found this excellent takeaway food is so good and delivery could not be beaten arrived exactly on time a very big THANK YOU

Normally I quite like this place but I'm fed up of having to remind them over an hour later when I'm 3 miles Down the road. Food was bland which was a disappointment as it is normally so good here. I think I would have saved more time by walking ordering and walking back. Sorry guys! Not impressed this time. Shall be ordering elsewhere from now on.
