Wimpy Strood in Medway

Arrived later than originally advised, time was changing regularly. When food arrived, it was cold, stone cold. Probably not fault of Wimpy, but I ordered hot food not cold.

The food took an hour to arrive and did so lukewarm, some items had to be reheated .

Food was stone cold and soggy and all burgers was squashed with all the filling out, worst meal I’ve ever had from there. It’s normally lovely and hot when it arrives. The driver didn’t have them in delivery bag that would have helped with it being warmer

Still loving the table service. And great freshly produced food.

Food was freezing cold so did not taste good nearly £50 for two burgers and chips that were not edible

Great staff, clean restaurant, don't use the toilets though!

Small restaurant. Large portions. Got the meal deal, £17 for 2 burgers. £3.30 for apple juice. Kids meal deal included dessert. Large dessert for the price!

Nice food and the staff is nice

Despite adding directions to the order the driver went past and to the wrong end of the road. Hence it was delivered a bit late. Food was nice and still hot.

Food was standard Wimpy fayre. Restaurant was clean, the staff were efficient and friendly. Difficult to comment on the atmosphere as we were the only customers at the time, but we still felt comfortable.

wrong drink arrived, pork bendy was missing, for the price I would have expected it to be better wrapped and presented.

Was a really good service quickly served and really friendly staff and extremely clean premises food was good size portions

Food was spot on cod was enough for me no falling out and actually held flavour thank you and they gave me enough chips to feed the homeless 😊

I love the wimpy what's not to like fresh cooked food served hot at your seat none of this cooked earlier and put under hot lights ie the golden arches , yes a little more money but so much better..

Really busy late afternoon on Saturday when we visited, had lovely friendly smiling service from the lovely young man an lady there. Fresh cooked food to perfection 👌 10 out of 10 wimpy!!! We all loved our visit thank you to all the staff.

It was nice warm and it was scrumptious food and it was amazing that the deserts for £1for 2 cakes was on the menu the chocolate brownie with Ice cream or cream was delicious 😋 they were charming to me and my step dad Evan said goodbye thanks for coming ❤️ thanks stood xx

tad overpriced to be honest, but good.quality. not too sure how often I'd order due to the price, which is a shame.

This mr Wimpy has quality food, and I always has good taste in the burgers not really greasy either which is really good and good portion size

Drivers change the status to "at restaurant ' when they are not so I couldn't cancel the order! Absolutely disgusting service from driver!

I did not receive my food!!! Delivery driver rung me 2 hours after I made my order to tell me that wimpy was shut! I am extremely angry with this service as no one contacted me to explain what was going on! I would like a full refund on my money !

Once again good service, very clean establishment most importantly good food, why people use the other so called burger outlets puzzles me.

Food was cold the fries were refried and were not up to standards , mozzarella sticks were Luke warm burger had extremely too much sauce in and the was cold . Not happy considering I go by reviews by people .

Last time I had this it was nice but when i had it tonight it was not nice I had a hard bit in the burger it was horrible the best thing was the strawberry milkshake why can’t you buy 2 I don’t know would not buy again but if I can just buy the strawberry milkshake maybe

Great customer service at this branch of Wimpy. The gentleman that attended to us was very welcoming and was very friendly. The food was okay, we had the full English breakfast. This branch is in the Strood town centre, so there's loads of places to park around and to walk down. Overall, we we were happy with the service that we got and will most likely return.

I am always so impressed with the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. My daughter came with a friend and I sat them in a booth on their own so they would feel grown up and independent. The staff were lovely and kept coming to give me updates at my table. Definitely recommend

Food arrived 2 hours after ordering & was stone cold, the restaurant was shut when we tried to call to find out where our order was and then it eventually turned up freezing cold by which point we’d arranged something else for dinner because we had no idea if the food was going to arrive give that the delivery time kept changing, then we went 30 minutes over the estimated delivery time & the restaurant had been shut for 30 mins

Nipped in with my 4 kids, normally love a wimpy, waitress was the rudest, humiliated me. I didn't eat simply because with 4 kids i couldnt afford it. She needed to tell the whole restaurant apparently. The owner was very apologetic at first. However when she had the audacity to ask if my food was satisfactory and I snapped he was very aggressive. Sad times. First time ever I havnt liked a wimpy. And will be last time I go in one. I still paid for my childrens food and drinks too...what a mug.

Friendly customers service, the moment you walk through the door. Reasonable size potion for their English Breakfast meals. This place is kids friendly and limited parking space at the rear of the restaurant, but their is free praking at Aldi store which is also behind the restaurant. I will definitely visit again.

Me and my daughter go about every 2 weeks, nice staff, great food, it's her favourite as all cooked from fresh.

Order didn't get a driver for over an hour.

My second visit to this place within two weeks. I always pick the International Grill and order 2 extra benders because they're delicious. The cook and waiter are both friendly and good service. I recommended this restaurant to everyone 👍

I ordered two meals and a total pay £36 and for that money you expect something more. Don't waste time and money. Believe Burger King is better.

Comfy - Always visited this restaurant for many years back as a child with my mother, and only visited the other day with my brother and sister, reminiscing about the 80's bygone era of eateries back in the day, such as the little chef and happy eater too. Tad more expensive than a normal burger chain but we all were happy with food quality and portions. Decor had been nicely updated from old but still retains its traditional Wimpy style. Looked like the staff had changed from old but nevertheless very pleasant and attentive. Couldn't leave without squeezing in Brown Derby, my favourite of old. But missed out on the lime milkshake, that's next time! Would definitely visit again no problem 5/5

Very tidy, and I believe a refurbished establishment not long ago. Great food, decent sized portions. Likewise with the drinks. Cost wise, very good.

Memories came flooding back. I was looking for the long red velvet curtains and sugar cubes for my tea. Nice having a burger and chips served on a plate with cuttlery rather than out of a box. The Brown Derby is what i really went in for to be honest. Lol. Perfect lunch. Thank you.

I hadn't been to wimpy for year but I wanted to take my children, it was updated lovely service was good,unfortunately food was underwhelming. I ordered a large breakfast but on receiving it,it was the same size as my sons country breakfast which was disappointing as I paid almost £4 more for mine, unfortunately it came to the conclusion both of my children aren't fans 😔 I will return but perhaps on my own

I got £88 worth of food the whole lot was stone cold to point it all got wasted!! Absolutely disgusting I ordered before and it was beautiful but my biggest order and it was dreadful!!!!

Dry, bland, unappetising food. Looked like the burger was just thrown in a box and had lettuce chucked at it. If you order from here make sure you have your own tomato sauce as they put hardly any on your burger.

Wrap was missing red onion and tomatoes, was just chicken and lettuce so quite boring. Sweet potato Fries had no seasoning on.

They got the order wrong and I wish they would check it before they send it out but food was delicious
