Fantastic quick delivery. Pizza was excellent

So food came hot and was good but payed for 2 100g garlic and herb dips and never got them

Really nice we all really enjoyed it food was hot and the driver was really nice

absolutely disgusting food came cold and had waited 45 minutes and then found hair in my wings and pizza. staff were shocking also shouting all over the place and had other people coming in and having similar complaints also!! £45 wasted on a shit food and service.

Customer service is shocking as soon as We entered got told to scan an app to order , took over 40mins, The staff look lost And unsure What they are doing as Well shouting at each other just shocking when ordering just for small Pizza

I canceled an order on the 4th of August and they told me I would have been refunded, today it’s the 19th and I’m still waiting. I’ve called multiple times and they started not answering, I had to call from another number.

Shocking service. If you provide the service in the area ensure your drivers know where to deliver instead of wasting customers time. They tried to delivered twice to my address and didn't call me once! If I could, I'd give you guys -100 stars!!!!!!

What a wonderful team of professionals. Perfect place to sit and say stop the world I wanna just eat pizza and people watch today. The Carbonara and The Ultimate Lasagne are literally ultimately lipsmacking! Mon-fri £8 for small if u collect or dine in. Try The Ultimate Lasagne and ask the guys to switch out the cheese sauce base for BBQ and drizzle a Frank's Hot Pepper dip all over the toppings whilst piping hot. I defy you not to say that this is the food of champions!

UPDATE: A year later and I try once more to see whether they improve.... In short don't waste your time with Dominos. It's utterly poor with the same problems again. It was disgusting and rubbery. Dominos, you are the worst pizza place in town. You won't get my order again and will be making a complaint about your service. Be ashamed. Shocking! Placed an online order to collect, wasn't ready or even made! Waited 20 minutes, still nothing. Staff were not managed well, overwhelmed situation, long wait and cold pizza. Least of the problems, it wasn't even made properly.

ordered delivery, didn’t get the right pizza delivered, when i tried to ring the restaurant multiple times, it says it’s not a real phone number! they’re open why can’t they answer my calls? anyway i want a refund because spending like £16 on a pizza you don’t even want is a bit of a joke

Worst dominoes experience of my life, do not order from this branch. Cold, terribly cooked pizza, so much sauce, freezing soggy chips, and it was £30+ couldn’t tell you to not order more, don’t waste your money

Very good, they served us late when they were just about to close @11 & they made our pizza 🍕 fresh to order on front of our eyes with our chosen toppings & crust & even let us eat inside on the waiting bench even after they'd officially closed, while they were cleaning as it was drizzly outside, very nice service, thank you guys & good value for a large sized one to share between 2 of us :-)

I GOT FOOD POISONING FROM THIS PLACE, DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! Possibly the worst pizza I have ever had. The crust was dense and dry, the sauce was tasteless, the toppings tasted like they were off and generally the whole pie was over cooked! Woke up the next morning with food poisoning - would never recommend!

Shocking and Disappointing. Total chaos in the store, staff appear to not know what they are doing as orders are wrong and late. I ordered jalapenos and got green peppers instead and our one pizza was squashed and this was on a collection order! Order was late and it took almost 10 min for a staff to even acknowledge my presence in the store. This is not the kind of service I expect from Domino's.

Got the order wrong when we ordered in the shop. Terrible service.

2 because the correct pizza was delivered. One mark off because it is a requirement of their ordering system to provide a postcode for delivery (even if at the QEQM hospital which surely every delivery driver knows). Second mark off for hanging up on me 4 seconds into googling the postcode of the hospital. Third mark off for not apologising for hanging up when immediately called back. I won't order from here again due to the poor customer service.

Ordered a mighty meaty walked out with the box yes had my name on it, only to open it and find nothing on it just the base sauce and cheese. I could of gone back but it was getting late. You need to check orders against screen because you also had a mystery pizza with no label

Pizza and speed of making pizza was fast and fast, however, it took almost 10 minutes for someone to take our order and only after taking the order, we were told the don't take cash, and they had an offer of "medium 2 topping pizza £8.99" we had chicken and pepperoni but was charged £15.99 for, we couldn't be bothered to go anywhere else after this long wait, but would like to see an improvement in customer service, before we would recommend

Ordered three pizzas one missed the beef totally... okay if you like the vegetarian option... had tonnes of chillies to make up for it.. phoned up he said am I sure it was minced beef... must be so minced we couldn't see it

If I could I would do less than a star. My pizza tasted like a Jacob's cheese biscuit. It was horrible. Cost cutting is not working guys or you're new chef needs telling off.

Ordered pizza from here was late cold and driver sat outside her car, for a few mins then came to deliver a pizza that looked like it had been thrown across the room and splattered on the wall, terrible for such a big company, even kebab shop pizzas are more presentable and fresh, was told that i will be refunded by andrew the store manager, let's see if that is true. I think these people are happy that food is served cold and god knows what else they do to the food, should be shut down.

Absolutely appalling service. Ordered cheese pizza, delivered meat feast. Rang and they redelivered (this is hour and half after ordering) then delivered meat feast again. They said they wouldn't deliver another one and if we wanted the cash back we'd have to go in to the shop. Disgusting.

Pizza dough was dry and had the texture of cardboard, they had been over cooked and they clearly forgot to add any topping to all 3 pizzas I ordered. Worst pizza I have eaten and their not cheap!!!

Awful service no glove careless the boy making the dough was slow and look like fed up useless customers services ordered 17:01 and came 17:31 not ready still 4 more minutes absolutely rubbish told me 10-15 minute and still not made the pizza yet only work 2 lads need to improve their self no more visit again

Awful food, no care what so ever and can't follow simple instructions. 2 pizzas, garlic dippers and wedges come to £48.49 so obviously I wrongly expected decent food. My pizza was cold and all over the place and my wife asked for no hot sauce, safe to say her pizza came smothered in hot sauce and looked like it had been splashed on from across the room. Will not be eating domino's again.

Delivery drivers are wannabe gangsters. Consistently park their cars on the pavement making wheelchair/buggy access impossible.

The Wimpy is famous. We ordered breakfast and burgers. The chips was just as cold as the beer. Good for beer but not for chips. The waiters were really friendly. Will surely visit again.

Delivery took 45 mins more than they said it was when the food got here not only was is wrong (pizza was completely wrong) and the sides were cold they said that the tracking app had made a mistake when i asked for a refund was told it would take 2 weeks waited 2 weeks still nothing and the people i spoke to on the phone was rude everytime! stay away!!

Great place! love the food! Cinny dip and chocolate pizza deal £6 can’t get any better extra cookies for £3 as well don’t mind if I do! Defo recommend to go here

Very rude staff named BEN. I ordered a pizza about 2 months ago and they forgot one order so they told me I can get a free pizza next time... They even asked for my number to "put it in their diary" but when I phoned to avail it they said they have no record of it. The staff told me "it's not their fault that there's no record of it". It was said to me VERY RUDELY like he couldn't care less...

Poor pizza and very high prices

Because of a broken pizza box my pizza fell out on to the floor infront of the shop. I asked for another one but because it happened less than a meter outside of the shop they refused to make me another one. A pair of women who saw the ordeal question the staff, and after a couple minutes of arguing they finally said they would make me another pizza which to be fair was quite nice of them. However if it wasn’t for these friendly passerby’s I would of been left pizzaless and dominos Margate would of cared less.

Waited over an hour rang the store and they told me my number wasn’t working and they had knocked on my door and got no answer even though I was sat right next to it for the whole time , appalling customer service even got shouted , never again ,

Waiting 12 days for my refund, hung up on, not helped with a head office number as they don’t know it. Was nicer face to face. Apparently I will have my money tomorrow, if not another trip to the branch..

I will ‘never’ order another dominos pizza . Ordered at 6:17pm . Advised delivery of 1 hr. Following several calls . The pizzas eventually arrived at twenty to 9 . With2 kids and one under 9totally unacceptable. Assured it was late as not hot . Turned up stone cold . Manager needs a good boot up the backside . Or the boot . Better the latter. Not even an apology. BUY LOCAL

Ordered pizza / dip and ice cream. The pizza took half hour to arrive when we are 5 mins down the road, was cold when arrived. Plus was missing the dip, and ice cream. Driver returned with melted ice cream and a dip but we had eaten the pizza already! Poor service.

Always enjoy a dominoes now and again. Friendly staff, always hot when it turns up. Zack is a nice fella who always sorts your order out too. He swapped a few bits around we didn’t eat and replaced them with stuff we do. Told him I’d put a review up!!!!!

We love this wimpy on Margate seafront, the staff our so happy and friendly and will always help, I always bring my kids from Dover over to here as the wimpy chain is sadly dying off, I once rang them after collecting my kids from Dover school and asked what time they close, there answer was. They close around 5 but they will wait for us to come over. How nice is that, this restaurant exceeds there customer service standard and I highly recommend wimpy Margate. Keep up the good service I have been receiving from you for over 10 years now..

I have not been to a Wimpy for ages. They have a lovely new menu. We had the breakfast bowls wow I was impressed. This particular branch was spotless and waitresses were very friendly. Highly recommended. Bev Moore

I visited a couple of tones over the summer . It is closed now. This family run Wimpy is a real step back in time for me as my first job was at the one in Cliftonville now closed. The burgers are still great and the brown derby is still delicious. Really well run Restuarant

Amazing tastes so so god you should give it a try

Sadly this is the only wimpy in Thanet. We are regulars and I love the burgers. Great place. Sadly not open all year round. Closes for the winter with a little opening for Xmas.

Wimpy. Something I normally remember for bender in a bun as a kid: being a frankurter-obsessed young-un. Recently it's the Quarter pounder with cheese: lovely-tasting, satisfying, but a bit expensive. Not quite sure why this is the case, but it is: if you take two kids and a couple, it will cost you twice as much as one of the multinational brands. sad but true: Wimpy wins on taste, but probably fails on the economies of scale.

Walking along seafront saw wimpy had to go in staff were really friendly menu was good ordered quarter pounder chips and a shake didn't wait long food was hot and just as we remembered it.

The burgers we had were very nice and tasty, bit more expensive than I remembered and the drinks were quite expensive. But the service was quick and very friendly. Cook time was about 7 minutes on a mid busy day.

Its domino's, you can't go wrong. We waited less than 10 mins for 2 pizzas, they were perfect.

It's been a long time since I had a wimpy burger. We were last in here about 15 years ago, the layout, decor and furniture hadn't changed much.

I have to say I like Wimpy more than maybe all the other burger places. You get fresh cooked food. The chips are always good. You get a really nice brown bun and a nice flavoured burger. I also think the sauce is great. You can eat in, waitress service. Frothy coffee...not sure 'bout that but hey. Knicker bocce glories...yeah. Blast from the past and just as nice forty years later. I like Wimpy

Me alegra decir que la rama margate mantiene estos recuerdos. Muy buen servicio con una excelente comida. Más caro que otras cadenas High Street, pero parece más un restaurante de comida rápida conjunta. Volver aquí muchas veces y seguramente muchos más. Altamente recomendado.

Kids wanted to stop here for a bit of lunch..burgers are not my favourite..but kids love them..I had a breakfast type meal..which was not bad..

Love this very traditional Burger Bar located directly opposite the main sands in Margate. Friendly family run place, been in the town for years. Lovely for children and families

We ate at the wimpy on Saturday and the food is just as I remember it, it's been many years since I have been there. My husband had the half pounder and chips with a strawberry thick shake which he said was very nice although quite filling!!! I went for the chicken burger and onion rings, bill came to about £20, bit more expensive than I expected considering it was just fast food really but hasn't put us off. Unfortunately the restaurant itself really needs updating, it looks like it hasn't been decorated in years and the walls look yellow through grease. They've just stuck a few modern pictures to try and cover it up, wouldn't hurt the waitresses to crack a smile either but you can't ask for everything!

Wimpy Burgers are tasty and fresh a little higher price than Mc crap! but you know with Wimpy always delicious and served on a plate with a knife and fork! Also great ice creams i have been visiting this restaurant for 30years but mostly take-aways))

Right on the sea front. I had just arrived in Margate by train and was taking a quick walk along the front and feeling peckish. Spotted the wimpy. Very quick and friendly service. Ordered a special grill. Standard wimpy fare and portion. no complaints.

The decor of the restaurant takes you back to 1970s. The Hygiene rating of 5 star is one of the best and takes you to the future. And, the coffee is there to enjoy it now. It is best coffee I have tasted in Margate. Highly recommended.

Quick delivery and tasty! Sometimes a little too much sauce on the BBQ pizzas but always enjoy still.

I worked in a Wimpy as my first job in 1988 so always had an affectionate pull to the place. Food is ok here, it's a bit pricey for what it is but certainly fills a hole!

I first went to this Wimpy around 40 years ago, I cannot believe it has been there this long!. Right on seafront, 5 min from Margate station. Friendly staff, nice meal

It was good the chessy garlic pizza is 100% good stuff..the Pizza is usualy good...the driver never had change the bill was 23 quid and could not brake a ten pound note hmmm slighty annoying

Nothing better on New Years Day than a trip to the coast and a trip down memory lane so after fun and games at Dreamland we came to Wimpy for much needed food and drink! It was busy and we had to wait but didn't mind as the food is made to order and delicious! The place is dated ( but wouldn't want it any other way!) Its very clean, food served on real plates, with real cutlery! And the staff worked tirelessly to keep everyone served and happy! They never stopped the whole time we were there and even held the door open for us as we left. The kids were thrilled with their jelly tots they got for sitting so patiently waiting for their dinner. We will definitely be back for a Coke float!

Compared to other dominos branches this one falls a bit short, delivery times are usually incorrect and the pizza tracker is never updated properly with the pizza being marked as delivered even if it isn't.
