Play equipment very tired. Not well maintained. Very expensive for what it is. Lots of parks locally which are free and better maintained. Can’t take a picnic in even though it’s £4.50 per child to enter. At that price you’d think you could take a picnic in.

Great place for children to burn off steam. However some staff are rude and all items are well over priced.

We did a group booking, amazing way to spend the day! We had 25 kids with us, ranging from 1 to 10 years of age and they all had a brilliant time! They also catered for dairy, egg and gluten allergies, with advanced warning.

Terrible service from the owners we got bacon sandwiches to eat out side in the garden were the on site park is for a seagull to come down a take it befor I even took a bite I told the owners and they didn't even offer to replace the food this is the second bad experience we have had there the first was moldy bread it's safe to say we will not be returning witch is unfortunate because the children love the park there

Jungle Jim’s was absolutely heaving so the wait to get in was ages . We chose to pay a visit to the Watering Hole absolutely loved our time spent £4.50.to spend as long as you wanted to play outside in the playground . Order tea for adults , drinks for two grandchildren, two slices or freshly made cake and a twisted long colourful rock on a stick £19 very reasonable . Even though it was very breezy and cold silly me did not have a coat only a fleece to keep me warm but still enjoyed watching the children thoroughly enjoying themselves. Fantastic atmosphere staff were wonderful. Such a wonderful clean welcoming place . Highly recommended.

Ate here today, paid £6 for a tuna panini, nothing to shout about, £7 for the worst hotdog in the world - looked like it was straight from a can in a dry roll with some chips, it looked like something that would be served at 5yr olds birthday party. Had the world's smallest cup of tea served in a little glass cup that took about 4 mouthfuls to finish. Cakes looked delicious but the lunch food is overpriced for what it is and will definitely not be eating here again. Considering you've got the main quex cafe/restaurant around the corner and the food there is amazing, I'd be going there in the future. Really disappointing, feel like we've been had. On top of that we got overcharged to start with and when I questioned it they didn't seem interested, no eye contact, just looking down at whatever he was doing. Just didn't get a good feeling from the place overall.

Visited today with family. Staff were friendly and welcoming and the kids loved the outside area even in the rain they were entertained. We ordered food which was cooked freshly for us and the home made cakes and iced coffee were lovely. Would recommend a visit

I visited here today with family members and grandsons. Lovely play area but rudeness from Gentleman in the cafe towards my grandsons was awful on leaving. The boys walked through the restaurant to get to the car park and were looking at the ice creams on their own, he said if your not buying anything leave the shop. We had spent about £40 this afternoon altogether on an assortment of drinks and food and would tell them off if they were doing anything wrong. We feel really annoyed by his attitude.

We were going to the jungle but was booked so came here instead as owned by the same people and they suggested it. I'm glad we did as it is a nice warm day and my girls are having a great time. The staff couldn't do more for us as my youngest has dairy and soya allergy so eating out is hard, but the staff went through all the food and gave me a list of what she can have. Would highly recommend to come here when the weather is warm or hot instead of the jungle, plus it is only £3 per child and adults are free
