Great cafe, all homemade food, very reasonable price, the lady was supper nice, making good conversation

Really nice independent cafe, good coffee and the sandwiches were also good with plenty of filling. Good to support local business rather than the Costas of this world

I had stayed overnight in Ipswich and was looking for breakfast. Very few places suitable until I came across Willy's and Milly's. I don't like eggs or beans, and they kindly gave me some alternatives instead Prices really reasonable, and portions generous

10/10 as always. Steve is always friendly, polite & makes a cracking sandwich! Love this place, best place for a sarnie in town

I had a great breakfast with toast and coffee! They make a strong filter coffee with whole milk available just as i like it!

Amazing shortbread and great freshly made sandwiches. This cafe has been open all of my life and they still have the same high standard of food quality.

I thought I would try a sandwich here instead of my usual place, I asked for a tuna mayo sandwich on brown bread and received a dry tuna sandwich no mayo on the cheapest brown bread you can get. they also charged me £1 more than my usual place, there was a lot of filling but unfortunately I won't be going back

This is a little delight in Ipswich. Very child friendly. A favourite with us for over 30 years. Good basic food and very local atmosphere.

Great for a cup of coffee and a sandwich, old fashioned cafe, I had a perfectly good latte and an egg mayo sandwich, no frills. Service was good and it seemed very popular.

I often stop in here when i am in town, I get a prawn sandwich & never can resist the homemade cakes displayed because they are absolutely delicious every time. My sandwich is always full of prawns, & i get a big slab of cake too! The caramel slice is divine they’re generous with their portions & always always polite & serve you with a smile, I’ve been served by the lovely lady with red hair & the tall polite smart looking man a few times.

Keep your posh expensive coffee shops in the high street when I'm on my own Shopping in Ipswich and need a drink or lunch I head for this fab old fashioned tea shop where you can get a lovely cuppa a freshly prepared sandwich and a cake or crisps all for the price of a nasty strong coffee with a bit of froth on top! I have been known to drag members of my family who are avid coffee snobs in and they love it too! With all the changes in Ipswich high street over the years this place has kept going I hope it will continue to serve a lovely lunch for a decent price for many years to come!

I popped in here after an exhaustive hunt around the shops. I was one of the last in that day but they didn’t hassle me out and allowed me the luxury of drinking my cuppa at my pace whilst taking in the surroundings. This cafe is not all bells and whistles but the tea is good, the staff really friendly and the decor is interesting would definitely return.

Tried this cafe in a bid to support independent shops. Service was incredibly slow for a couple of toasted sandwiches and coffee. Staff seemed more interested in serving take away food at the counter. Cafe is small and space very tight. Toasties were adequate but my partners was tasteless and very poor value for nearly £5. Will not return.

Lovely little cafe really yummy toasties. Will definitely be coming back soon. Great service, nice and quiet location

they handle the money then prepare the food no washing of hands...wont be going there anymore....such a shame

Lovely independent sandwich cafe with a good range of fillings with a Gluten free option. Really good homely atmosphere. Often go in when meeting family member for lunch.

Fui a Ipswich para hacer algunas compras y me apetecía algo diferente para el almuerzo. Vimos este pequeño lugar y tenía algunas mesas vacías, así que pensé que le daría una oportunidad! Yo tenía un atún sandwichera y era agradable, con un poco de ensalada. Mi madre tenía una patata chaqueta con chile y dijo que era precioso! Personal muy amable :)

I popped in here for a coffee the other day and it did not disappoint. My latte was beautifully presented and the coffee was lovely and ground freshly in front of my eyes. While I was there I was tempted to try and cheese scone, home made and still warm! It was incredible! Would recommend

Pequeña cafetería, pero grande en servicio y comida. Pedimos un queso y cebolla sandwichera y taza de té para dos personas. El té llegó rápidamente, seguido, en un tiempo muy corto, por un delicioso sandwichera. No soy realmente interesados en la comida, pero rompieron un poco de mi marido sandwichera y podría haber pedido otra, era tan delicioso. Personal amable, wifi gratuito y loos. Dispuestos a recomendar.

Good for a coffee and cake, but do a nice selection of snacks if you want. Better than being ripped of a Starbucks over the road.

Metimos en aquí por un café ya que queríamos evitar las cadenas de tiendas habituales café. ¡Qué curioso hallazgo. Dirigido por increíblemente amable y servicial, nada era un problema, incluso nos preguntó si nos gustaría café más fuertes o más suaves de lo normal. El queso y salchichas roll También ordered bollos. Estas fueron entregados a nuestra mesa para nosotros. Personalmente, no me tienen el rollo de salchichas pero el bollo de queso era para morirse. Absolutamente deliciosa! Esta pequeña cafetería es lo que dice, añade un pequeño pero que al carácter. Muy bien de precio, que siempre es una ventaja. En el lado negativo, no le vendría mal una mano de pintura e iluminan el lugar un poco ya que tiene un aspecto un poco anticuadas, pero dijo que no me disuade a regresar.

Lugar encantador para una taza de té y un bocado ligero o para comer. Aunque es pequeño y yo no diría que es ideal para grupos grandes o aquellos que discapacitados ya no había ninguna habitación para discapacitados y no discapacitados wc y el espacio es limitado, pero el personal es encantador y amable y tendrá una reír con usted y son bastante servicial.

No hay una cosa que no me gustó de W&M.; El personal es amable y servicial, la comida es recién hecho y no toma las edades y el café Starbucks supera/Costa/Nero cualquier día.

Went with a friend for lunch and sat for ages and no one came to take our order , so we walked out , we had been before and was OK , but we will not be returning.

This delightfully friendly and informal cafe is located just around the corner from a major popular high street chain coffee bar yet always seems bubbling with droppers in like myself keen to frequent the bread and butter of our local industry.Millys offers he classic cafe menu to service any time of day needs and musts and the counter with which one is faced with upon entrance will serve up a lovely cake and coffee combo for a worthy difference from up the road.This wonderful drop in is one of my favourite watering (coffeeing) holes.

My mother & I visit here sometimes when we are in town, only for a quick coffee & teacake deal! This cafe is smallish & the clientele are mainly elderly. The businesses time is during the lunch hour when people are ordering their fresh sandwiches at the tills! It's a no thrills cafe-However it's a nice enough cafe for a quick stop off!

We popped in here for a rest from exploring the town centre. We ordered the ham salad which was proper ham, not reformed stuff. The staff were very pleasant. The salad was enough for us but we asked if they did gluten free cake as they're proud of their range of cakes. They said they do which is worth knowing for another visit.

We stopped off here for lunch. They offered a range of lovely light lunches with a variety of teas, coffee, soft drinks and cakes. clean and reasonably priced.Unisex loo was basic but clean.Staff polite and not too overly attentive. Recommended

Old school café, stopped here for lunch last month, fast and speedy food delivered by very friendly and helpful staff. Didn't have time to have cake however they looked like them had a nice selection to choose from. If you're looking for somewhere to have a quick bite to eat at lunchtime then Willy's and Milly's will fit the bill.
