Willow Cafe in Telford and Wrekin

This place has got a lot better than the old willow cafe ,nice and clean ,bit of background music on ,had a lovely breakfast,no hash brown (don't like them) ordered food and came within 10 minutes, quality food ,come back ? Definitely! See ya next Friday !

Thought i give it a second chance as last time there was 3 tables orders messed up and food wasnt as good as it once was . So went yesterday i did a ohone order so it would be actually ready for when we got there i asked for bread and butter instead of toast . When i got there i couldnt see it wrapped in foil so i asked where it was to the anwser was its in the box with the food so i opened it there it was steamed bread with melted butter so i said i not eating that she then went to tell her boss and came back and said sorry we wont replace it as its in there they having a joke . Also there was no tomatoes she said u have to pay extra now and i said but i ordered tomatoes when i rang but nope 17 pound for a pile of crap will never use again . Alot of my friends wont be using either

Went today first time with my partner and customer service was perfect and breakfast was bostin and worth every penny great quailty of food definitely vist again

Had breakfast with Santa. Breakfast was lovely, great atmosphere and friendly staff kids loved it!!!

Fabulous food and can’t recommend enough. A huge thank you for helping us by allowing us to purchase food via take away when arriving 15 minutes after closing on a Sunday !! We had walked 5 miles with our dogs to find the cafe closed at 12 ( we had it in our mind after checking FB page before setting off on our walk with friends it closed at 2.30pm) so after hearing our story and wrong times on FB page and seeing our exhausted hungry faces you allowed us take out. Very happy walkers - thank you and we will be back and next time before 12 on a Sunday 😀

We have visited a few times as well as having food delivered. Food is always delicious and hot on arrival. We love it so much we are using it as a venue for our Armed Forces and Veterans Breakfast Club

Girl behind the counter drained my soul from the second I walked in and we were there for that long I had nothing left. I think I waited 19 hours for a bacon panini. Horrendous service

My fist visit to willow cafe , I stumbled across this cate while out walking my dog close to holmer lake, the place was closed at the time so did not eat at that time so decided to visit today Saturday 4th June. The cafe was very clean and well spaced out tables were also very clean . I ordered the willow breakfast which was £5.50 , sausage ,2 bacon , egg cooked how you like it , fried ,scrambled, poached , large hash brown, big flat mushroom, beans and tomato, and a thick slice of buttered toast. I don’t like tomatoes so asked for mine without and asked if I could pay for a piece of black pudding, the young lady very kindly swapped it for the tomato I did not want and kept the price the same . Nice touch ! Did not take very long for my breakfast to arrive looked clean and well presented. The breakfast was very well cooked and very tasty indeed. I will be returning probably with my wife in tow.

A lovely warm welcome in a spotlessly clean cafe. I ordered the the willow breakfast with poached eggs it was excellent nothing at all wrong with the sausage but not too my taste .I commend the thick butter toast to you .

I’d ordered from here last week from just eat and the food was tasty. Decided to try to cafe and we weren’t disappointed. Lovely breakfast with brilliant prompt service also a big plus for us is it’s wheelchair accessible too. Will be back with my husband who was at work today!

I have just had a breakfast and coffee whilst waiting for my little one at their taster session at nursery and it was delicious. Everything cooked to perfection and really tasty butter on my toast. Friendly staff.Thank you. I will return.

Fantastic food, always fresh. I have a fry up when I go and love it, bacon and sausages are good quality and it’s just great. My wife is vegan so to find somewhere that does a breakfast for her too is amazing. She loves it.

This was a real find. I was desperate for lunch that wasn’t your usual high street chain. Food was lovely and the staff very friendly. Spotlessly clean (even the loos). I shall definitely make this a regular stop

Just visited here for the first time since it reopened and wow! The cafe is spotless, the menu has a great choice and fantastic value for money. The new team are lovely and welcoming - will definitely be back again.

Have just had my dinner delivered to my home. It was lovely and hot. Beef really tender, Proper home made gravy made with meat juices. Tasty vegetables and delicious yorkshire puds.
