Welcomed very well by butcher, the woman named wendy no customer skills at all. Was very rude and even short changed me knowing she had . Will not be going back in a hurry. Good selection of stock very much over priced . If I could minus star this butchers I would.

Really not impressed by either the setting, the food or the woman who reprimanded us for not providing the right table number and then proceeded to say we might take another diners food! (We’d not been asked to for the number and we’d not moved!). Tables dirty, cushions on chairs grubby, rubbish on the floor… we waited 20 minutes for our order before we were asked what is what again we wanted. Another 10 mins and our food arrived minus knives and forks which I had to go and find. A half toasted sandwich with lumps of tuna in cheap white bread with slices of cheddar - not exactly the tuna melt I’d expected from the menu. The other sandwich was supposed to be brie, cranberry and ham - it was mainly cranberry and a bit of bacon. Neither of the choices were good ones. Finally our tea arrived! Chipped dirty cups. Avoid the cafe unless you like a “Karen” moaning at you! (And this was my second visit and she’d moaned the first time so I should’ve been wiser!).

Good selection from a farm butcher and some local preserves, juices etc. Not as big as some farm shops these days but keeping it to local produce reduces the space needed for stock and lets you know you're really reducing the food miles

The roast dinners yesterday were pretty good but our other food was mediocre at best. Service was very slow and all in all it was a disappointing meal. We won't be returning.

This is an excellent local farm shop. It’s small and is basically a good quality butchers with a small range of other products including milk, cheese, etc. There’s also “The Granary” for good breakfasts, lunches and more.

Went in for a coffee, cleared my own table, took a long time for the drinks to arrive. When they came out a cup was dirty, asked for a clean cup which they forgot about and when it finally arrived the waitress had her hands inside the cup. Bad service bad coffee. Won't come back.

Went yesterday for dinner and me and the wife both had the cottage pie and we both said at the time how delicious it was and best we ever had

Wow wow wow. The best pork pie ever. In fairness I was warned it would be the best I’ve ever tasted and it was. The pork and the beef we purchased from here is stunning. We will most definitely be back. It’s the finest fayre we’ve ever had.

Had a great meal there. All aspects of the food were first class and cooked to perfection. Very good price wise and Great service too. Can't fault it and will go back again

My wife and I had the roast while our Terri children had a toastie and sausage beans and chips respectively. We then had coffee, cake and apple crumble for dessert Decent prices. Decent mains but the custard was rancid / made with rancid milk.

This was our first time here as we was driving past and thought we would stop for breakfast! We place our order to be told you have to come and get you food when we buzz you! ( across the yard with hot plates ) and to have waited for our breakfast for 50 mins! It wasn’t over packed so I do t know why the wait! The food was ok

Lots of pre packed meat … ham, Haslet , and pork pies all tightly sealed … some steaks not pre packed but already cut up as are the pork chops pork belly cut on the thin side .. good range of sausages … the beef is VERY expensive, almost double what we pay at a farm shop near Bourne for the same weight . Won’t be going back there again

We had a lovely visit. Couldn't see what we wanted on menu so the waitress made up some fresh sandwiches and the scones were very light and fresh. Delicious with jam and cream. We sat outside with beautiful views of the countryside.

Staff very friendly lovely farm . Went for lunch I had the ham salad with jacket potato was ok except potato was microwaved as very dry. My son had the beef burger and really enjoyed it

Sunday lunch was great. Very nice beef. Cooked well. Staff need to be told not to touch the rims of drinking glasses and wipe food waste off the chairs after pushing it there from the table above.

Bought shin of beef for tender beef stew. Meat was already vacuum packed and labelled Grasmere butchers? Opened packaging once home. The beef was rancid the smell was so bad had to disinfect the kitchen twice to get rid of the smell.

Shopped when hungry this morning but I'm so pleased I did. I've just eaten the best pork chop that's ever passed my lips. Their pork pies are pretty damned good too.

Oh my word this is a gem of a place! Lovely farm shop, could have spent a fortune it all looked lovely! Ended up buying a christmas tree, the ladies we spoke to were so lovely and helpful and the prices were very reasonable! Stopped for lunch too, again very reasonable and very tasty soup and toasted sandwiches 😍

Confusing time spent in a very dis organised setting certainly No Welcome from anyone on the arrival to the café Awful mannerisms and rudeness from the start. However it seems acceptable with this team. Lady came to our table naively we thought she was coming to take our order or maybe give us menus even ask us what drinks we would like, we tried to include her in a light conversation Instead we was greeted with complete rudeness this was deemed acceptable by the team When I tried to point this out ( I wish I hadn't bothered) No willingness to listen just an arrogance and belittling twisting everything to make me feel so very uncomfortable Followed by a very surreal confrontation from a staff member who thought it right to follow me to my car with a very passive aggressive attitude. NO PROFFESSIONAL practice -- I notice I'm not the only one who feels this way - Shame

Called in for the first time and loved it. Bought some plants, had a very nice cheese scone with a lovely cup of tea (Yorkshire Tea my favourite) then bought from the farm shop some eggs and breakfast sausages which have more herbs in them. They have a different appearance to normal and I'm looking forward to eating them soon as possible!!. Well worth a visit with sensible prices.

Some lovely bits available. They lose a star due to the attitude I was met with when I asked if the beef was grass fed; the lady must have assumed I was being an overly concerned, silly customer. It's about the omega 6:3 ratio and eating to avoid excessive inflammation from chronic illness. Good otherwise.

Popped in for breakfast. I'm afraid that our experience wasn't great. Service with a smile would've been nice! Food was ok. I had poached eggs on toast with bacon.Toast was inedible as it was wet and bacon was sitting in a puddle of oil.

Caravanning in Stretton and bought some fillet steak today for tea. We have had Kobe beef in Japan and this was as good but a fraction of the price. Delicious.

Brilliant place to come for an all-day breakfast...my partner and I are quite fussy and picky when it comes to breakfast but this place has aced it because we couldn't find a thing to complain about. Excellent customer services and very welcoming.

Bought some Bacon. Very Good bacon. Makes a lovely sandwich. I wont buy bacon from a supermarket anymore. And some butchers are dissapointing. Scale of 5 (1 being poor 2 average 3 Good 4 very Good 5 ecellent) I'd say 5 - could be better though not as thick as I'd like and a fair price.

Wasn't sure what to expect, definitely better farm shops locally, primarily meat & veg sold, plus the plant section.

In the past I criticised WB for being too pricey for takeaways. This time we sat down to a full breakfast. Superb ingredients, reasonably priced, didn’t wait too long and the service was friendly yet very professional. Fantastic butchers on-site too. Best breakfast for miles around. 10/10

Lovely produce. Stopped off on our walk for a cup of tea and a scone - which was lovely. Bought the biggest cauliflower in the world which is currently being used to make a cauliflower cheese.

Home made cream scones are delicious and huge! The staff were really friendly girls and the atmosphere was very relaxed. As you can see from the photos the views are pretty too. Will be coming back to check out the breakfast fry up soon!

Went to tea shop. Nice cakes and scones. Disappointed tea was served in paper cups, didn't really compliment the food on offer.

Very disappointed. The frosty reception from the staff at the café could have kept the sandwiches fresh for a week. My wife asked if she could have Earl Grey tea with the cream tea option and was told no as it wasn't part of the 'package'. My wife eventually managed to access a toilet which had more security than Alcatraz and harder to find than the holy grail. Shortly after I asked a member of staff if I could use the toilet and was told that it had been blocked for two hours and was out of order. Obviously not true. I get the whole C19 safety approach and appreciate the need to keep staff and customers safe, but surely this can be done with less of the officious signage which is everywhere, and I mean 'everywhere'.

Absolutely dire, drove in saw people sitting in a field, but thought they were picnicking, desperate for a toilet and the cafe, the only person I could find was a butcher in the adjoining butchers shop, go into the tent he said they will sort you, I went into the tent for a 2nd time, first time no one was there second time a woman is taking her time to be served ( ain't always the same when you've had your legs crossed for the last 10 miles) finally I got directions to the toilet totally hidden behind a barn door, 1 unisex toilet, with a light but no switch, I used the torch on my mobile, the switch is on the outside of the loo, would have been nice to been told. So the cafe was shut but if you wanted a cuppa you could sit in the tent on a picnic bench with your feet on pebbles or across the way in a field on picnic benches with your feet on whatever, it's a pity this farm shop wasn't the same quality of the butchers, in deed I'm wondering how this place has the cheek to call itself a farm shop. Plus alot of the food wasn't available, sorry I should have said there was no written menu just few odd suggestions on a blackboard, I finished up with ham and cheese toasty which was very dry in fact it was DIRE

Farm shop, tea room and garden centre all in one... what is not to love ?! I love popping in and checking out the outdoor garden centre to see what's new in. I have tried the amazing cream tea and can recommend. Then the Farm shop I have been visiting for years. The homemade pies, pasties and meat selection is of a wide variety. I would highly recommend Willow Brook Farm shop.

Wonderful local meats from the shop, granary food is delicious and the garden centre is a treat.

Always great butchery, the lamb being especially good but local game, veg and much else besides.

Great place. Lovely fresh cooked food with a lot of there own produce used. Great Butchers fantastic quality meets. Often fresh veg available. Even has a small Garden centre on site. Highly recommend a visit.

Excellent products and friendly service.

Disappointed. The cappuccino was weak and too milky. The egg sandwich was ....interesting. On the plus side, the tuna sandwich was delicious. No napkins and no....never mind. If you want your sandwiches on bread that's not white, be sure to say so.

This wonderful farm shop has doggedly stayed serving the community with excellent quality food throughout this challenging year. There is a tea shop with lovely cakes. There is also a small but very well kept garden centre. Lovely spot to sit down and enjoy the countryside too. A favourite destination for cyclists.

We happened on this farm shop by chance and stopped and had a cheese scone and coffee. Very good value for money. The only little niggle were the wasps but that is what happens in the countryside. Very enjoyable

We'll done Willow Brook. Lovely new seating area. Our breakfast was delicious. Good quality food and served hot. Lovely to be back after lockdown. It felt safe, plenty of space between customers. Dog friendly too. Lovely place to rest after your walking or cycling in the local area. Staff friendly too. Veggie breakfast with halloumi.

I visited this beautiful farm shop yesterday , I brought fresh meat, homemade cakes and a homemade pies and pasty. We had this for lunch and tea and I have to say it was amazing, perfectly seasoned. It’s definitely worth a shopping trip and next time I will visit their granary as well.

Have suddenly found this restaurant and farm shop-ordered steak &kidney pudding in the restaurant and is was very nice and tasty-staff very pleasant-parking ok-lots of of nice meat pies etc for sale in the farm shop-will be visiting again-well worth a visit.( would suggest you book a table if more than a couple as not too many tables inside-and they get a lot of walkers dropping in).

A delightful tea room, had a girlie lunch with family members. Good excellent, local produce very good. The all day breakfast was wonderful. Plenty of menu choices. Surroundings are lovely so would be nice to be able to visit again in the summer and to sit outside.

Best butchers for miles. Friendly professional service and always made to feel welcome, even at their busy times. The meat is of the best quality and price as is the local produce. Best quality chickens we have ever had. This is a proper honest butchers not just an add on to a garden centre which only sells deli style produce. My wife and I shop here every week and have done for 3 years. Derrick and Steve are like a comedy duo when working together and you always leave the shop smiling. Tania and James

Its' a fantastic farm shop with superb quality meat. I have been visiting for some years and would not buy meat anywhere else.

I expected organic produce and at least slightly lower prices than the supermarket. There are sweets, pies, jams, and other things you can get just anywhere.

This cafe is featured in "The Extra Mile" otherwise we could never have found it. Glad we did. We had an excellent sandwich and equally lovely piece of cake. Wish we had been hungrier because the all day breakfast looked very good. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. If we were in the area again we would go back for the breakfast!

Superb farm shop. Predominantly a butcher of superb local meats. Great selection, excellent quality and superb service. Also sells local fruit, veg, cheese, pickles and fruit juices.

Contrary to the address shown by Tripadvisor, Willow Brook Farm is in Cambridgeshire on the Marholm to Ufford road between Peterborough and Stamford. We have only recently started to shop here. On our first visit, we tried the cafe before the shop. This is thoroughly underwhelming. On the day, there was debris on the floor, the tables were unwiped and the waitress' dog snuffled for scraps. Mercifully, we tried the shop with significantly better results. There is a good selection of meat products and tempting cuts of steak, chops etc. You will also find cakes, bread and jams. The shop saved the day and we have returned a number of times.

Strange place and need more staff as waited 40 mins for lunch . Dad ordered a roast dinner to find the beef was in fact a stew

Fake farm shop some say. Apparently trades on 'local' farming credential whilst buying in much of the meat it sells. Happy to be corrected if this is inaccurate.
