Very nice light lunch at Willow. Very good service from Montana.

At last my wife had plenty of choice for Vegan Food , I loved my Steakburger, staff were very helpful. The Manager who was previously at the Orange Tree Congleton , was very helpful, certainly we will go to the Willow in future But will never go the orange tree Congleton, lovely facilities poor food and value

Amazing food! Food stained cutlery on the table. Slow waiter service combined with incorrect drink order being brought to the table. Water glasses taken away without any offering of water first. Asked if we had any dietary or allergy requirements after we had placed our food order. Overall a great experience, just lacks the smaller details.

Montana was a credit to the establishment.

Had a beautiful night at The Willow to celebrate my birthday. Our server was fab, we had balloons and a card left on the table for us from the staff and got a free celebration brownie with sparklers! 10/10, could not fault anything.

Fantastic service, Johan was so attentive. Nothing was too much trouble. The aesthetic of the restaurant is stunning, the fairy lights, greenery and overall ambience make it feel like a fairytale. Food is superb, catered to an allergy in our party without a second thought, nothing was too much trouble for the waiting staff or chefs. Front of house staff were pleasant and quick to seat us. Price is in line with the food quality, beverage availability and attentiveness of staff. Would recommend to everyone visiting or local to this area. A hidden gem!

Seriously the food was excellent. This was the 1st time I had been to the Willow at Trentham and I will definitely go there again. U can highly recommend. Food 10/10 service 10/10 very friendly and excellent service.

We had a wonderful breakfast at Willow . We ordered Shakshuka, it was delicious and beautifully presented, but what truly stood out was the excellent service. Our waiter, Johan, was attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. His professionalism and warm attitude made our experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommend both the food and service here!

We visit Willow very frequently, the food is great and atmosphere is nice and relaxed. Amy always says hello and makes a fuss of our little dogs (another plus of visiting willow - the restaurant is dog friendly). We always look forward to visiting and will be back very soon

Amy is such a fantastic waitress, always attentive, and love seeing her every time we come to Willow. She checks back often and is happy to provide recommendations. Breakfast is amazing, love that the menu changes but the favourites still stay. The eggs cabonara is my current obsession!

Enjoy Willow every time I visit

A group of schoolfriends from Stoke from many years ago descended on Willow earlier this week. We had a wonderful time, due in no small way to the staff here. Our waiter was patience personified! We were all so busy catching up, he had to wait and repeat our orders until we realised our food had come. He never batted an eye! He also acted as photographer for us, as did another of the staff. All of this care and attention really helped us enjoy our hours together - so much so that we're planning to repeat the visit next year! Thank you, Willow!

Everything and more from what you want in a restaurant. Perfection venue, food and service.

This was my first experience of Willow. I went with my son (6) and my parents, for an evening meal. Katie gave really good service all round, so no complaints there. My double burger was very nice with a delicious char on the outside but soft and tender meat inside. A bit more sauce, or a separate layer thereof, would've been good. The chips were crispy and perfectly salted. Not too salty. Unfortunately, the dessert (blood orange cheesecake) was very average and not particularly big, and looked extremely poor value at the time and on reflection. I'd order a main again in a heartbeat but I'd skip the dessert.

A lovely lunch to celebrate my granddaughters birthday yesterday...the staff were wonderful and food delicious! 😋 They provided a birthday card and chocolate brownie desert, complete with sparkler candle, which was much appreciated . The whole experience and atmosphere was very enjoyable!

Lovely fresh and tasty food at reasonable prices. The staff were just amazing, helpful and attentive. Lovely venue will go again on our next trip.

First time I have been here, lovely place, food was spot on, really nice anbience, Amy our waitress was great, nothing too much trouble, kids were looked after and chefs even chopped their food up as they are in high chairs. Love how the lights go down inside when it’s getting dark outside, reminds you of a nice little taverna. Really impressed and will definitely be visiting again thanks

We were seated at a nice table booth for four people, plenty of space and comfortable, not disturbed by noise. Staff were quickly on hand to take drink and food orders ,checking regularly that all was satisfactory. Food arrived in good time and flavours were excellent

All together, the best dining experience that I have had in Stoke.

Visited for the first time today, had the vegan breakfast and its was absolutely incredible, alongside we had two of the fruit teas which were flavourful but not too sweet!! The restaurant itself is absolutely stunning and the tables are not too close together. Overall a lovely experience, our server Amy was so accomodating and so upbeat, she was incredible.

It was my first time visiting Willow for lunch, I have to say the food and service were amazing! The food was so tasty and came out really quickly. Don’t nip in for a quick drink it will take an absolute age ! Week day evening , casual pop in for a drink . Was told 2 sides with our drinks would take 5 mins they took 20 and we had to ask where they were , lots of flustering by staff and they appeared ! Ordered two more drinks , after 10 minute they still had not appeared and we had to leave , every time we pop in here it’s extremely slow service !

We visit the Willow on a regular basis for our morning coffee. Johan serves us on may of these visits and he always makes us feel very welcome and is very polite and prompt.

The Willow is a great place to meet friends for a leisurely lunch/brunch. Staff are pleasant and helpful without being too ‘attentive’ and you are able to relax and chat without feeling under pressure to leave as soon as you’re finished eating. The food is always of a high standard and the ambience at whatever time of day great. We wouldn’t miss our monthly visit. Thanks to Amy our waitress on the day.
