A mix up with the tables on arrival but quickly sorted. The mains are a little over priced but the food was good.

The service and food were great, I very much recommend the beef brisket ragu or the penne pasta arrabiata. Looking forward to trying other options on the menu!

We always enjoy eating at Willow. Andy was our server today and although he hasn’t been with you for long his personality was refreshing and he made us laugh at times. We really enjoyed having him as our server for lunch

Her knowledge of the menu was impressive, as she confidently answered our questions and provided recommendations tailored to our preferences. Georgia’s genuine smile and friendly demeanor enhanced the overall ambiance of the dining experience. Overall, our experience was greatly enhanced by the outstanding service provided by Georgia. We look forward to returning and experiencing their hospitality once again.

Been here about five times now, this place has been exceptional every time. The food is delicious, it has beautiful decor and atmosphere, and the staff are fantastic. Even during the busy hours of Sunday lunch, the service is prompt and friendly. Matt was our most recent server, and he was amazing. Looked after us fantastically and wore a pretty smile the whole time too :)

Matt served us and he was attentive, polite, helpful, considerate and I will strongly recommend this restaurant to friends and family.

Such a great place to eat. The food is always cooked to perfection and the staff so professional and friendly. Today I celebrated my birthday with friends, when we arrived at the table they had provided a lovely birthday card and at the end of the meal I received a complimentary, really scrumptious chocolate brownie with ice cream! So thoughtful. We were served by Matt who worked very hard to make sure our visit was extra special, Thank You Matt, we had a great time x

Brought my wife here for a birthday meal. Food was incredible (highly recommend the Lamb), Matt our waiter was very attentive and the drinks were very tasty.

Got to start with a positive, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Music was too loud unable to have a conversation, food was overpriced, nice but overpriced. It was busy and we were early for our table, no real bar area to hang in whilst we waited. 3/5 overall.

Lovely meal and seated by such a lovely lady and great service from most of the staff Unfortunately the same can not be said about one lady (blonde, glasses with a bob) who looked extremely inconvenienced by our presence and looked appalled that she had to walk past our pram to give the food which she proceeded to slam down. I'm unsure what we had done to upset her as she seemed very angry and looked liked she would rather be elsewhere. This lady never once smiled and looked disgusted when she was serving us in which in turn lead me to ignoring her in the end when she was serving the food as I don't pay to eat in places to be looked at and treat like absolute dirt and hostility.

The service is Willow is always great, myself and my sister go in regularly and the staff are amazing, especially Chloe who is absolutely lovely, always remembers us and comes up to say hello with a huge smile and ask how our day is going. She is an asset to the restaurant. Highly recommend

Delicious antipasti and nduja fries in a lovely setting and friendly service from Matt

Went with a mixed age group of 11 for a fiftieth birthday party, table was ready on time and orders were quickly taken by Matt (who was excellent throughout the evening). Our chosen meals were enjoyed by all, drinks were slightly expensive but not excessively so. The restaurant was well thought out and offered a good ambience to our evening. We went on a saturday evening and thankfully there were no dogs in the restaurant, i feel allowing dogs in a restaurant is a real drawback and health hazard. Our family has other birthdays in the near future and we plan to return for hopefully other enjoyable evenings. OTHER plusses include plenty of parking and easy access roads to Trentham.

Quality of food was excellent for my wife's birthday breakfast, and the table service from waiting staff superb. Our table was 15 minutes late and the lad on the desk seemed casually indifferent and didn't apologise for keeping us waiting, which was a shame. They kept on seating walk ins while we waited. Otherwise Willow would have scored 5 stars.

I went with my mum for her 30th birthday.The service was great especially Matt who dined for us most of the time .The food was amazing or impeccable.They gave my mum a card and for pudding a brownie and ice cream.On the top was a candle that she let me blow out.5 stars from me Sophie age 9

Lovely brunch at Willow on Monday 8th April. Fantastic food as usual, and given how busy it was, the wait was relatively short. Amy, our server was really friendly, and checked in just often enough to make sure we had no issues, which just added to the great experience we had.

What an Enchanting place this is!! Fantastic Atmosphere & staff who go the extra mile. The Atmosphere was ediquit & loud which made the environment very attractive for me. The Tree Design as you walk in is like another world of Magic! The Tables are a little to close to each other when dinning, but because there is always something to look at it's not awkward. The food was cooked to perfection and could tell the food was well cared for.. Very impressed. Thanks for having us :)

Willow Trentham is a fabulous place to eat for breakfast lunch and dinner not forgetting Sunday lunch too. The atmosphere is great the staff are amazing and efficient and the food is freshly prepared and tastes divine.

Lovely place, nice atmosphere and always good ambience. Shame about the tree, I always get leaves in my eyes. Sometimes hard to get hold of a waitress but that’s just because it’s always busy because it’s such a nice place.

Booked for a special treat on our last night of a trip to Trentham. It did not disappoint. The food was amazing. The lamb was fantastic and highly recommended. The staff were polite, friendly and very attentive. Would definitely visit again if in the area.

I meant to write a similar review the last time I came here a few months ago as I had a similar experience. The food is OK, but not worth the money that is being charged, and they should employ better service staff, or at least people that want to work in the service industry.

Sister booked us a table for my birthday...19th March... 1st impressions was wow..What a beautiful place...We were seated, and to my surprise next to us there was a dog..( obviously with 2 ladies ) .With a dog bed, water bowl... Food was lush, waitress very attentive..It was a lovley place to eat...Decor was fantastic...As we left I noticed all the wooden dog beds stacked up....and a barrel of Pawsecco....😁
