order says delivered but never received it

Took 2 hours to come arrived stone cold

Ordered plain chow mein - I called and said there’s meat in it - they checked with the chef which said that there’s definitely no meat in it - I called again and said there’s definitely meat or something weird in it - got told that there’s definitely nothing in it .. what is this ?..

best kebab ever eaten, fully cooked and food always warm, sauces are even unique and enjoyable would 100% recommend

Ordered food for delivery through Deliveroo. The food was stale, the buns were rock-hard, and the fries tasted like fish. I will never order from them again. They don't seem to be bothered by their ratings either.
