Saturday 9th December 2023 We call in this wild bean on a daily bases and even know 90% of the staff on duty and praise must be given to these members of the team Kat , Clint , Andrea, Ocean, Adam and the recently added team member Bailey for the outstanding customer services During the last 3 visits we noticed a mouldy smell coming from the coffee takeaway cups and yes we complained to the staff who exchanged the product and everything was okay However today's or rather this evenings visit we noticed the Manager was on shift with Carl. So thought it best to bring the issues up with her to be told in such an unprofessional manor to and I quote her words " BLOODY GO TO CO-OP then our cups aren't mouldy it's in your head in a tone of what can only be described as a Bully / somebody trying to be over powering when been put on the spot with what can only be seen as a matter of public safety having worked in a coffee shop so know that if there's a mouldy smell it's either the cup which has got damp after explaining that it only smells when the hot product is inside the cup not when empty this is due to the milk lines NOT BEEN CLEANED DAILY AS THEY SHOULD BE Which I told the so called manager to be told to P**s off to CO-OP then it's the next junction as she continued to laugh along with her side kick or rather puppet as he thought it was funny too Well manager Tracy and side show Carl it's great to see you take health and safety seriously I just hope nobody has been I'll through your neglect of health and safety By the way when will the refund be issued or will that go in your pockets like most other things

After saying I would not return, it was just convenient too given we did not have much time. On entering the restaurant you noticed it was clean and tidy. Ordered the food which came within a few minutes. All the food was hot and very tasty. Staff friendly. I have nothing bad to say. I hope you keep these standards up and I would happily return again.

Why do the management not listen to all the criticism? Do they, like many managers, refuse to believe they can get things wrong? After a stack of critics saying they should cover the food at the entrance, croissants and scones are still left uncovered. Soup and coffee were tepid, queues were long at too many different meal stations with too few staff, a rather expensive piece of coffee and walnut cake had walnut pieces scattered over a buttercream top but not a trace of coffee anywhere. And if you tried to get a coffee at one of the machines, two didn't work (the screen said they needed cleaning/emptying) and two others had no mugs but suddenly, with no buttons being pressed, dispensed what looked like grey water as I stood in front of them. Staff were helpful but one woman at a till suddenly walked away leaving a huge queue at the one remaining till.
