The staff is really welcoming, the music is great. Everything comes together with the awesome burgers. The serving size is also very good. The nachos were really delicious, the salsa sauce is immaculate. If you're a vegetarian I definitely recommend you to eat the spicy veggie burger.

Ordered food for delivery on quite a few occasions but haven’t been or had visited in person .. quick delivery, if I’m being extremely conservative I’m rating this food offering 8.9 / 10 🔥 🔥🔥🔥🔥

Absolutely vile food & customer service!!! They got my order wrong and I was told it’s my own fault for not ordering correctly! Then was passed onto a woman who was swearing at me telling me do not order again or she’d “spit in my food”…food eventually turned up and they still didn’t correct my order! Shall not be ordering again from here! Worst place in leicester without a doubt!!!

Arrived starving... Great service, and randomly got 18 donuts. Not 1. Not 2. 18. If the food was bad... I mean financially the donuts still work out. But the food was good. Donuts good.. did I mention the donuts? P.s. everyone got donuts. I'm not sure if they robbed a donut factory. But donuts...

This food place is absolutely disgusting avoid loke the plague chips whwrw under cooked and soggy my burger came with no bun and chicken was stale waste 25 pounds and my drink was warm do not buy food from this place you'll regret

Overall, a good burger joint with nice staff! Was concerned at first having seen mixed reviews over the last few months, however they seem to have sorted their act out. Ordered the wicked burger, buttermilk chicken burger, curly fries, sweet potato fries and the grilled halloumi. The halloumi was grilled perfectly, enough to taste the charring with the cheese. Fries were really great and the chicken was damned fine. Wicked burger was also good, but needs to be handled with care since mine nearly fell apart while stuffing it into my gaping maw. Would definitely go again and try something new off the menu (buffalo fries, looking at you). Plus, to top it off, the person at the desk was a friendly dude.

My friend recommended this place and it did not disappoint! I tried it yesterday for the first time. I ordered the double bacon cheeseburger and house fries. Served promptly. The cheese burger was awesome. The meat was cooked to perfection, juicy and delicious, the flavours were amazing. I'll be back for sure.

Went in the other day to collect some food me and my mate ordered and I think the guys name was ‘yusuf’? He was awfully rude to his fellow workers and to the customers.

I discovered this place on Uber eats when I wanted a halloumi burger, when I say this is hands down the BEST burger I have ever had in my whole life. I took my friend yesterday and I think it was the owner who served us and he was so lovely and even gave us a box of donuts for free. I cannot stop eating from here the food is amazing!

Had the butter chicken burger, it was burnt and over cooked, these people seem to have lost the passion they used to have which is a shame, I won't be going back

I never leave reviews but this was awful. I ordered from Uber eats under the name wraps and wings, it’s the same address so maybe it used to trade as Wraps and wings? Uber service was fine. The food was shocking. For £28 I’m just stunned. Crispy chicken burgers smelt disgusting. Couldn’t get them near our mouths. Also so burnt nearly broke our teeth on them. Maybe refried. The portion of 3 tenders were so small, looked like tiny wings. Also very brown and too crunchy, chicken dry inside not tender at all. £4.50 for the tiniest portion of terribly cut curly fries. Most were barely a ‘c’ shape. Smaller than a famous Mac restaurants small fries. A complete waste of time. 3 tenders and fries eaten, The test went in the bin. Don’t bother. NOT WORTH THE MONEY. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!

Nice place to eat Burger tends to be a bit to juicy but if it wasn’t for that it would be 5* Only had take away tho so will update when I go and order it Nachos are a must from here. Tried the whole menu now 😆

Fourth time I’ve ordered from here and on each occasion ordering a different type of burger. There seems to be this smell/taste in all of the burgers that is just very off-putting. It’s a sort of eggy smell/taste that is very off putting. At first I thought it was the beef patty, maybe just bad luck, then beef again different burger, same thing, third time, same thing, and now the Louisiana chicken burger, same thing. My partner and friend agree so it’s definitely not just me. Great ingredients, good portion size, HEFTY PRICE TAG, but that smell… it’s very off-putting.

Ordered today via deliveroo. We ordered 10 wings and fries, a burger and salad. The wings were so small (half the size of a finger), and so cold! Absolutely tasteless. How can they justify charging £19.97 for this? We haven't been issued a refund for it, the person working there said there was nothing they could do. The whole order came to £40 and honestly I wouldn't waste my time here again. I've tried delicious wings before, these look great online but taste flavourless and sub par. Don't waste your money on these overpriced bits of chicken.

Spent £10 on a burger. They sent me the wrong burger. Didn’t pick up the phone so couldn’t get a new one. Wouldn’t recommend.

The meat in my burger was super chewy and has genuinely haunted me since. The bacon was like leather and all round not a great experience.

Have ordered here previously and not had any issues, but the order I got today was awful. My chicken burger was completely burnt - like a lump of coal!! Barely edible (and not at all tasty...) bit annoyed they clearly think that delivery means they don't need to take care of the quality the of the food.

Ordered £24 worth of meal A burger, fries and chicken wings. Wings were dry and old Burger and fries are better in the corner shop for 5 quid. If you sell low quality foods don't set the price high to confuse consumers, i wanted to treat myself nicely and I got Iceland meal

This is one of the best burgers I've rtied in Leicester. Great quality indeed. However, I'm very dissappointed with the way that they treat customers and I'm not sure if I'll ever order food from them again. Up to now, I've ordered a burger a couple of times and asked for a half portion of fries, as I cannot eat that much and hate to waste food. Two times that I asked for this, the person at the counter was kind and accommodating. Brilliant! Considering that as standard practice, I ordered my burger again today, but there was someone at the counter that was dismissive and borderline rude. They said I could not ask for a half-portion of fries. It was full or nothing. I was simply asking to pay for the exact same service I've gotten before. Nothing more, nothing less. So I was really surprised to face that kind of dismissive behaviour. I just got my burger and left. Really dissappointed.

I love this place! I’m always served by a really lovely woman who’s very helpful and friendly, and the food itself is fantastic! I usually have a chicken burger, which is very juicy and big, and chips that are perfectly crunchy but fluffy on the inside. A brilliant place that I highly recommend you check out if you’re in the area.

You can order from them if you give them 45min to cook ... The guy told me come back in 10 min ... 25min later he told me wait 10 min more we can't work faster of that you have to be patient ... They dont care about the customers ... No commercial gesture, the staff and especially the manager do not know how to work professionally I've never seen a restaurant in all of Leicester treat their customers like this...

Horrendous, ordered the burger absolutely rancid. Smelt weird and chicken was all clumpy and grey. Asked deliveroo for refund, never ordering from deliveroo again

Friendly staff, fresh ingredients, nice portions! My friend had the wicked burger and was impressed with the size and flavour. I enjoyed my po boy sandwich with delicious king prawns. Trendy seating area with a nice big window and awesome music. Will be back to try more

Beware this place is also on Uber eats as burgerstein and charges you more for exactly the same burger, it evens comes in wicked burger boxes. My order was delivered wrong, there was no way to contact the restaurant until I realised it was this one. I contacted Uber eats but still no reply. Disgusting they can get away with this. I ordered from wicked before and wasn’t impressed so if I had known it was the same place I wouldn’t have ordered.

I've ordered here twice, the first time the buttermilk chicken burger and sriracha wings where great, it tasted quite nice, with balanced flavours. The second time, I ordered the same burger with rosemary fies and garlic parmesan wings. The burger was the opposite of the first time.....incredibly bland, with no flavour whatsoever. The rosemary fries where okay, but there was way too much salt on them to finish. I didn't ended up finishing either the burger or fries, the wings however where really well made on both occasions. Considering the prices I was dissatisfied on my second trip, hopefully a one off.

Spend £20 on ubereat. The portion size was like kids portion. Rang the restaurant to tell them about the portions. The guy over phone was telling the stock they got are that the wings are some :(:( I wouldn't recommend this place over prices

I called up this restaurant as they sell Wraps&Wings food as another business on UberEATS. I asked if this was indeed the same franchise as the ones in London and they said everything was the same, so I ordered. I have not tasted drier chicken in my life. This definitely is NOT the same restaurant! The taste and the quality of the food is very poor.

Service was great, fast and friendly. Burger was large in the right way (wider rather than taller). Chicken was well cooked and the fillet was hench, but lacked flavour or seasoning. Filling, but not fulfilling.

Cold food rip off . Rang wicked burgers they blamed uber rang uber they blamed wicked burger. The uber drive was on time but the food was cold waste of money. Spoke to Yusuf manager of wicked burger said he will get urber to give refund still waiting for the manager to call me. He does not seem to care. £9 burger £4 curly fries rip off donnot go save your money or eat esle where.

Probably the worst burger I have ever ordered. Both patties came burnt to a crisp and were extremely dry. Only saving grace was the buffalo chips which were lovely. Extremely disappointed

Ordered the buttermilk fried chicken wrap via deliveroo on 27/03/2021. On taking the first bite we found a flattened metal staple! Disgusting food hygiene and have reported to Food Standards Agency - Leicester City Council.

Keep passing by and keep meaning to try a burger. Popped in today and had a Cheese Burger which was really nice. Good thick burger, juicy full of flavour, with the obligatory gherkin. Would definitely recommend them.

We ordered Wicked Burgers for the first time tonight for our Friday night take-away. Wow! I mean these burgers are amazing. We went for the Halloumi burger, as were vegetarians, with the blood fries and buffalo fries! The burgers were dressed perfectly, all the ingredients complimented each other and the fries were crisp, not soggy, and had the perfect amount of sauce drizzled on them. 10/10!

I just received my order in Manchester and curly fries arrived still frozen,box freezing cold so were the fries !!! Accidendly I didnt manage to give the star rating through the app but I'm trying to get my refund. This is unacceptable never happened to me to receive frozen food !! Do not recomend !!!!

Loved the burger, super juicy and full of flavour. Ordered it for collection on my way to the Airport and was ready on time for me to pick up. Great thing is its HALAL and I’ll definitely recommend to all 💯. Customer service was on point. Don’t understand the whining of some people about a little stuff like menu. Just have a look on uber eats and deliveroo and when u call up to order, just ask the price. Thanks again for an excellent food, will see u more often 😊

Ordered for the first time this evening, food was delicious and didn’t take long to arrive, was really nice and hot. Packaging gives it a chic feel. Would definitely order again however I noticed that the full menu isn’t available Uber Eats and that is the only company that deliver to my area (other company’s have extra things on the menu I noticed) Thanks

Decent burger, wings & fries but don't call it a bacon burger if it's the garbage fake stuff you only realise after tasting it then checking the small print.

_Please_ don't only make your menu available online via pay delivery companies. Your site just has a photo of the menu on the slant that when you try and Zoom in on becomes illegible! People (especially if they are local and don't need Deliveroo) want to be able to choose and then come. I'm afraid we gave up ...

Absolutely delicious burgers and wraps!! They use quality meat and the blood fries are banging!!!! Wraps are amazing and the cheese burger! best in town!!! Staff are excellent. Been going every week since they have open!! it’s that good!!! Honestly.

I ordered a classic cheeseburger and I have to say it was delicious. The meat was juicy and full of flavour. They definitely use quality meat. Speaking with the staff, I understand they hire over 10 people all based locally. Which is amazing for the local community and a life line for some of these people. So well done. I will definitely be supporting locally.

Best burrito I've ever eaten. Wow. Had to wait 20 minutes, but it was 100% worth it. Deffo going to come back and try other items on the menu. Edit: came back for more burritos, and they were alright. The Deliveroo drivers seem to live there, it is full of them.

HEAVILY OVERPRICED AND POOR QUALITY: Ordered the buttermilk tenders and some sauces to go with them. Ended up receiving the the entire order of tenders drenched in one of my selected sauces, rendering the other two dipping sauces useless. The “buttermilk” coating underneath all the sauce was then soggy and flavourless, not matching the description on the website at all. Extremely poor quality food considering the hefty price tag, will not be ordering from here again anytime soon.
