Best fast food shop in the game. The phatville chicken is honestly the best chicken I've had. Really clean restaurant and visually great standards in the kitchen. Great job

Always came cold through Uber and now they’ve took the only value for money thing off being the phat box and swapped it for an iftar box which is a lot less worse value and the items included

We were invited to try the build-a-burger option they have - there’s lots of options to choose from with vegetarian and vegan patties aswell catering to everyone! The burgers were delicious! We also ordered a side of loaded fries which were sadly very bland and cold which was a shame. Overall it was a good experience and a great burger spot! Would love to try more of their menu

I have just been for the first time and very disappointed. First the menu board was very misleading and it shows meal deal with a drink cup, but actually it is a sause not drink. Chips was horrible, cold and very dry. Chicken inside a burger was hard and dry, probably cooked ages ago before I ordered. Overall food not tasty at all and overpriced. Customer service not great either. Do not recommend this place at all.

Thank you to the lovely worker behind the counter who advised us about their lunch offer £7.50 for a meal otherwise it is £8 for a single burger. The Highlight is defffinitely their in house drinks in the adorable personalised cans. Was a great touch. The original burger was supposed to have cheese in it I believe and it did not but I was fine with that. Needed some more sauce unfortunately but the salad and chicken tasted fresh Will definitely come back for the loaded fries looked tempting

I bought a Phat Bun Box, Burger was nice wasn't anything special but did the job loaded fries were horrible frozen were disgusting. The Mac n Cheese though was very nice and so was the French toast.

We ordered a food last night. The burger was too much dry ,not sauces ,no taste. Very disappointing we didn't even eat one burger.

The food is overall nice and the chicken is always tender + juicy. the flavour is good too. HOWEVER. the fries can be rock solid, fresh or not. Also, the service time is quite abysmal. I went here when it was empty, yet the food still took 20/25 minutes to be made.

Very disappointing. Ordered the loaded spud with beef. There was no potato at all. It was just the jacket with filling. It was almost like the potato had been scooped out and then someone had forgotten to put it back in. The loaded tater tots were so cold that the cheese hadn't even melted in. Bao buns were crispy rather than soft how they should be. Prices are extortionate compared to other places but the food does not justify this.

FOOD POISONING!!! please do not eat here this place gave me food poisoning from one burger. This is the first and last time I will be eating here. it is dirty and unhygienic

Best burger i’ve had in a long time. Looked as good as it does in the photo! Filled with really nice big slice fresh tomatoes & lettuce (not tastelessness iceberg & salad tomato like most other burger chain) Well done.

Great value lunch meal with a tasty burger at a good price. Chips were quite dry with arguably limited sauce options particularly if you don't like mayo. Slightly confusing menu to navigate in terms of deals.

Very disappointed in my experience here. Terrible customer service and a very rude member of staff. The drink was very small and i was not shown the cup before. the chips are very stale and do not taste nice at all. Do not go here you will be disappointed

I just ordered from this place and it's a disaster. The quantity was absolutely worst got the loaded fries and there were barely 4 fries in it, and the drink oh my I paid 2.30£ for a small drink actually it's not even small it was like a tub and half of the drink was spilled in the bag. I don't understand the fact that the prices are really high and not worth the quality and quantity. Utterly disappointed.

Food was amazing ordered an Angus beef burger and three buffalo tenders with a guava drink, everything was seasoned well, the buffalo sauce was slightly watery but overall it was great, no parking nearby sadly, interior was a little drab but the tables were clean

Went to Phat Buns with me daughter and her boyfriend after loading the van to bring them both back to Kent at the end of their uni year and what a burger it was, fantastic food and the ability to make your own, what a great idea. Would recommend this burger bar and I'm looking forward to taking the kids back to Leicester which my daughter calls home.

Horrid used to order all the time but the last couple have been shocking one order had half missing, second time wasnt even cooked… waste of over £40 each time for 3 of us, food was stone cold, soggy both times and undercooked when brought up to the shop they said “we use frozen burgers for kids not fresh its better for them” and told on my next order i get a free burger. Theres not going to be a next time. Not normally one to complain but this shop has gone down hill.

I used to be a regular customer. But today when I bought Loaded fries the quantity was so less and chicken was also less. Before a loaded fries used to satisfy both me and my friend. But the one which we bought today didn't even satisfy one.

Payed 10 for a burger that looked good on the photos in reality is basically the big Mac with no flavour and mushed together. Spent about 30 quid here including delivery and everything. Utter scam.

Very disappointed. Ordered for delivery, took 1hr 30 minutes to arrive and arrived stone cold. 1 drink was spilt. The buns were soggy and for 2 of us it cost £35. It's our first try with them, maybe others had better experiences but we will never ever go again. Much better places out there!

Food wasn’t packaged properly and it spilt all over the food! The service was awful and had to ask for an apology! To make matters worse it’s Ramadan & food was for breaking fast! Extremely unhappy and upset!! Bloody joke!!

Phat burger was very good a little short on salad & spice. Good value for the price . Chicken salad was also good A little short of atmosphere only us.

Ordered food and it was right before they was closing and the quality of the food was insane! Some places rush before they close and slack in effort but the food here was incredible! Everything was made to perfection. The burgers were the best burgers we have had! The vehicles wings were delish! Honestly 10/10! Defo recommend and would order again

Excellent milkshakes, burgers and chicken options. Wasn't a fan of the Cheetos hot dog since it's open and messy, but love a good experiment. Customer service is very kind, fast and helpful. Average wait times.

My favourite is the chicken phatbuns with macaroni and cheese combo! ❤️❤️❤️ Quality is consistently delicious. Ive been eating here for the last 4years.

Not a lot of space if you went as a group. Food took a while to cook but I guess you know its fresh that way! Tasted lovely with plenty of choice of how you wanted to personalise your order. Had Mac and Cheese as a side and that should be sold by the bucket!! Wow. Would definitely go back.

Forgot to review this amazing place, me and my friend bought the wings here, the owner himself was in town today, but even when he's not there the service is amazing, pretty affordable for a good cheat meal, always my first option, get the phat sauce wings, they're unbeaten.

Visited this place recently with the kids. My daughter loves their cheeseburger from the kids meal. I decided to try their new on the menu Rib sandwhich and omg it was amazing!!! Full of flavour honestly absolutely loved it! I love that this has an option to have potato tots which I love and they do frozen Fanta. It's a win win...

whenever im stuck on what to eat ill come here! pretzel bun (always) beef patty, caralised onions and turkey rashers is a great combo. tater tots are always super crunchy and theres always loads great for the price, plus food stays hot for a whileeee after you pick it up (always get phat sauce for your tots)

Stood patiently for 10 minutes waiting to be served. We were the Only ones in there and the guy behind the counter was flipping burgers, he didn’t even say hello. Sorry I’ll be with you in a minute just ignored us. We ended up just walking out.

I had one of the worst experience with customer service and quantity of the food. Usually I like phat burns but I spent £5.25 for wings and I got very very small wings. I was completely unsatisfied with the quantity of the food which I was ordered and there were no friendly nature from the staff. Am totally dissatisfied.

The cheetos burger is definitely worth trying. It does not disappoint. Very juicy beef and the cheetos adds the kick of spice.. the portion size is amazing.

First visit here. Tried Cheetos Fried Chicken Burger with Potato Tots. Burger was good, but the oil was smelly and seemed to be old which was used for frying potato tots.

My time here was absolutely horrid the lack of customer service was shameful and all employees had headphones in. The customer service was so bad that the cook made his friend food while we had been waiting over 30 minutes for 2 burger ( while the shop was empty) the only positive was the store was clean. Another issues was staff were in their phones and completely disregarded us as customers. It’s over priced! The food is very bland the Cheetos tasted stale and the meat was a bit meh. The potato tots were very filthy greasy and also tasted out of date. I was very unhappy with the service and food. I will never be returning here.

Excellent cuisine, huge amounts, top-notch ingredients, and a pleasant staff that did a great job of making sure I was well-looked-after. Burgers and chicken wings, and french fries were our orders. Very happy with the food's quality and the staff's demeanour.

Recommended chicken phat loaded tots and chicken wings

They are quite busy on lunch times which is great. The waiting times can be quite long. But my only issue is with online ordering when they say grilled chicken foe the burger but always seem to get crispy chicken. Maybe thats just me but has happened three times. Something for the business to look at perhaps. Food is decent enough though for the price.

10/10 spot, big portions and good quality food

Didn't get the toppings correct so they came plain. Vegan bun was so dry it had to be ripped to eat. Vegan patty so tasteless. Wouldn't go back. Not worth the price at all.

Grill hardlyngets cleaned when thwre cleaned its 10_10 but they rarely clean there grill always end up with dirty crispy grill burgers

We had a burger meal each. The burgers were okay, and with them being smashed burgers we looked forward to it. They were okay, not eh best we’ve had. Tater tots were great, tasted like McDonald’s hash browns, and the BBQ boneless wings were good too, it’s just a shame we had to have them as a meal with fries and a drink, when really we just wanted them on their own.

Phat buns is echelons above your run of the mill burger shop. I was very impressed with the extensive menu. They aren’t afraid to experiment and push the boat with their options and it’s clear to see; where else can you choose from 5 different buns! The wings are so delicious and crispy and the burger was oh so very well made with attention to detail! Keep it up guys, I hope to see you carry on opening up all over the country.

Absolutely delicious food, generous portions, high quality ingredients, and very friendly staff doing their jobs well in making sure I was well served. Had their beef burger with their exclusive martin bun, toasted to perfection! Will definitely be popping back more often!

I got it delivered and it still came tasting on point. Prefer it as an alternative to boo, especially with delivery and its not as greasy.

The food was terrible! Customer service is appalling. When I complained they began arguing with me. I heard the manager mutter under his breath "beggar's can't be choosers!" Shocking service!

The worst hotel. I went in and my salad got stolen. They gave me burger with half cheese because nawaz eat the other half. Please avoid this restaurant they pay £2 per he to their workers. Owner is a well known theif. If u go there be careful make sure u don’t take any valuables. These guys are well known theifs

Nah didn’t like it wouldn’t recommend.

Decent tasting chips but about it! Did not specify that the mayonnaise on the shroom burger was spicy which I have an allergic reaction to if eaten! Luckily I noticed before eating, phoned the store and was only left speaking with the manager who refused to listen to the main issue and was rude about it aswell. Would only recommend if you like overpriced (10 a burger) incorrectly made food with rude service!!!

The flamin hot Cheetos burger was amazing, it had so much flavour and the patty’s were smashed to perfection. However, the price of the overall meal was expensive and the tater tots that were given instead of fries were good but there wasn’t enough to fill me up. Also, the customer service wasn’t the best - I will try them again soon and if this can be improved for the next time I visit I’ll be more than happy to edit my rating

Tried the chicken and really enjoyed the taste. Not bad for £6.50. Currently comes with potato bites. I would recommend to try it. Personally am also up to try the beef next time

Bunch of amateurs working in the restaurant the food is good but the staff is rude and no manager to manage the staff twice my order was wrong and I didn’t check at restaurant, i went home and checked, when called the restaurant the staff was extremely rude and not willing to listen or rectify the problem.

I don't what to say, other than I will not be returning. The fried potato tots held a smell pointing out the oil used was reused tooooo many times. The chicken wings were just doughy. The burgers looked good but held no substance. Not to forget the whole place had so many boxes in the seating area.there was a feeling of the place just being quite neglected.
