Terrible burgers, definitely cooked from frozen. If u dont want food poisoning, go somewhere else.

The lunch set is only £6 and includes a burger, fries and a drink! The classic burger was delicious and loved the wavy fries.

Overley priced food the customer service wasn’t great!

Went to Phat Buns with me daughter and her boyfriend after loading the van to bring them both back to Kent at the end of their uni year and what a burger it was, fantastic food and the ability to make your own, what a great idea. Would recommend this burger bar and I'm looking forward to taking the kids back to Leicester which my daughter calls home.

Horrid used to order all the time but the last couple have been shocking one order had half missing, second time wasnt even cooked… waste of over £40 each time for 3 of us, food was stone cold, soggy both times and undercooked when brought up to the shop they said “we use frozen burgers for kids not fresh its better for them” and told on my next order i get a free burger. Theres not going to be a next time. Not normally one to complain but this shop has gone down hill.

I used to be a regular customer. But today when I bought Loaded fries the quantity was so less and chicken was also less. Before a loaded fries used to satisfy both me and my friend. But the one which we bought today didn't even satisfy one.

Payed 10 for a burger that looked good on the photos in reality is basically the big Mac with no flavour and mushed together. Spent about 30 quid here including delivery and everything. Utter scam.

Very disappointed. Ordered for delivery, took 1hr 30 minutes to arrive and arrived stone cold. 1 drink was spilt. The buns were soggy and for 2 of us it cost £35. It's our first try with them, maybe others had better experiences but we will never ever go again. Much better places out there!

Food wasn’t packaged properly and it spilt all over the food! The service was awful and had to ask for an apology! To make matters worse it’s Ramadan & food was for breaking fast! Extremely unhappy and upset!! Bloody joke!!

Phat burger was very good a little short on salad & spice. Good value for the price . Chicken salad was also good A little short of atmosphere only us.

Waited 30 minutes to be handed a burger I didn’t order completely wrong and just awful if you value your money stay away from this front of a business. Scumbags

Ordered food and it was right before they was closing and the quality of the food was insane! Some places rush before they close and slack in effort but the food here was incredible! Everything was made to perfection. The burgers were the best burgers we have had! The vehicles wings were delish! Honestly 10/10! Defo recommend and would order again

Ordered food despite the warnings. My food came and it was wrong, cold and tasted nasty.

Excellent milkshakes, burgers and chicken options. Wasn't a fan of the Cheetos hot dog since it's open and messy, but love a good experiment. Customer service is very kind, fast and helpful. Average wait times.

My favourite is the chicken phatbuns with macaroni and cheese combo! ❤️❤️❤️ Quality is consistently delicious. Ive been eating here for the last 4years.

AVOID!!!! Bland tasteless and just vile, the cheese bites were drenched in oil even the fries were vile definitely been reheated. If your taste buds have any form of sophistication do not insult them by eating from here

Not a lot of space if you went as a group. Food took a while to cook but I guess you know its fresh that way! Tasted lovely with plenty of choice of how you wanted to personalise your order. Had Mac and Cheese as a side and that should be sold by the bucket!! Wow. Would definitely go back.

Food was cold, missing items, no one answer the phone. I see reviews. You will lose so many costumers soon and you will close that place :( Use to be lovely place

Nice food but very overpriced, also not ideal for a lunch break as the waiting time was far too long.

Forgot to review this amazing place, me and my friend bought the wings here, the owner himself was in town today, but even when he's not there the service is amazing, pretty affordable for a good cheat meal, always my first option, get the phat sauce wings, they're unbeaten.

Visited this place recently with the kids. My daughter loves their cheeseburger from the kids meal. I decided to try their new on the menu Rib sandwhich and omg it was amazing!!! Full of flavour honestly absolutely loved it! I love that this has an option to have potato tots which I love and they do frozen Fanta. It's a win win...

whenever im stuck on what to eat ill come here! pretzel bun (always) beef patty, caralised onions and turkey rashers is a great combo. tater tots are always super crunchy and theres always loads great for the price, plus food stays hot for a whileeee after you pick it up (always get phat sauce for your tots)

Good place but I waited a bit long

Stood patiently for 10 minutes waiting to be served. We were the Only ones in there and the guy behind the counter was flipping burgers, he didn’t even say hello. Sorry I’ll be with you in a minute just ignored us. We ended up just walking out.

I had one of the worst experience with customer service and quantity of the food. Usually I like phat burns but I spent £5.25 for wings and I got very very small wings. I was completely unsatisfied with the quantity of the food which I was ordered and there were no friendly nature from the staff. Am totally dissatisfied.

The cheetos burger is definitely worth trying. It does not disappoint. Very juicy beef and the cheetos adds the kick of spice.. the portion size is amazing.

First visit here. Tried Cheetos Fried Chicken Burger with Potato Tots. Burger was good, but the oil was smelly and seemed to be old which was used for frying potato tots.

Staff working there no response atlo.regarding delivery.and always on call...

My time here was absolutely horrid the lack of customer service was shameful and all employees had headphones in. The customer service was so bad that the cook made his friend food while we had been waiting over 30 minutes for 2 burger ( while the shop was empty) the only positive was the store was clean. Another issues was staff were in their phones and completely disregarded us as customers. It’s over priced! The food is very bland the Cheetos tasted stale and the meat was a bit meh. The potato tots were very filthy greasy and also tasted out of date. I was very unhappy with the service and food. I will never be returning here.

Really good, little pricy for burgers, but considering the taste, definitely worth it if you are in the mood for a proper burger

Excellent cuisine, huge amounts, top-notch ingredients, and a pleasant staff that did a great job of making sure I was well-looked-after. Burgers and chicken wings, and french fries were our orders. Very happy with the food's quality and the staff's demeanour.

Recommended chicken phat loaded tots and chicken wings

They are quite busy on lunch times which is great. The waiting times can be quite long. But my only issue is with online ordering when they say grilled chicken foe the burger but always seem to get crispy chicken. Maybe thats just me but has happened three times. Something for the business to look at perhaps. Food is decent enough though for the price.

10/10 spot, big portions and good quality food

Didn't get the toppings correct so they came plain. Vegan bun was so dry it had to be ripped to eat. Vegan patty so tasteless. Wouldn't go back. Not worth the price at all.

Grill hardlyngets cleaned when thwre cleaned its 10_10 but they rarely clean there grill always end up with dirty crispy grill burgers

We had a burger meal each. The burgers were okay, and with them being smashed burgers we looked forward to it. They were okay, not eh best we’ve had. Tater tots were great, tasted like McDonald’s hash browns, and the BBQ boneless wings were good too, it’s just a shame we had to have them as a meal with fries and a drink, when really we just wanted them on their own.

Phat buns is echelons above your run of the mill burger shop. I was very impressed with the extensive menu. They aren’t afraid to experiment and push the boat with their options and it’s clear to see; where else can you choose from 5 different buns! The wings are so delicious and crispy and the burger was oh so very well made with attention to detail! Keep it up guys, I hope to see you carry on opening up all over the country.

Went to phat buns with friends to try and I bought wings and tots. There wings are super tasty and well cooked and the sauce they put on them is very tasty.. would definitely recommend for people to try...

Absolutely delicious food, generous portions, high quality ingredients, and very friendly staff doing their jobs well in making sure I was well served. Had their beef burger with their exclusive martin bun, toasted to perfection! Will definitely be popping back more often!

I got it delivered and it still came tasting on point. Prefer it as an alternative to boo, especially with delivery and its not as greasy.

Didn't give me my 2 Dr peppers or any drinks at all that I paid for so they took advantage of me drunk but scran was good anyway despite the drinks thing

The food was terrible! Customer service is appalling. When I complained they began arguing with me. I heard the manager mutter under his breath "beggar's can't be choosers!" Shocking service!

The worst hotel. I went in and my salad got stolen. They gave me burger with half cheese because nawaz eat the other half. Please avoid this restaurant they pay £2 per he to their workers. Owner is a well known theif. If u go there be careful make sure u don’t take any valuables. These guys are well known theifs

Phat chick easily the best chicken burger!

Nah didn’t like it wouldn’t recommend.

Decent tasting chips but about it! Did not specify that the mayonnaise on the shroom burger was spicy which I have an allergic reaction to if eaten! Luckily I noticed before eating, phoned the store and was only left speaking with the manager who refused to listen to the main issue and was rude about it aswell. Would only recommend if you like overpriced (10 a burger) incorrectly made food with rude service!!!

The flamin hot Cheetos burger was amazing, it had so much flavour and the patty’s were smashed to perfection. However, the price of the overall meal was expensive and the tater tots that were given instead of fries were good but there wasn’t enough to fill me up. Also, the customer service wasn’t the best - I will try them again soon and if this can be improved for the next time I visit I’ll be more than happy to edit my rating

Tried the chicken and really enjoyed the taste. Not bad for £6.50. Currently comes with potato bites. I would recommend to try it. Personally am also up to try the beef next time

Bunch of amateurs working in the restaurant the food is good but the staff is rude and no manager to manage the staff twice my order was wrong and I didn’t check at restaurant, i went home and checked, when called the restaurant the staff was extremely rude and not willing to listen or rectify the problem.

I don't what to say, other than I will not be returning. The fried potato tots held a smell pointing out the oil used was reused tooooo many times. The chicken wings were just doughy. The burgers looked good but held no substance. Not to forget the whole place had so many boxes in the seating area.there was a feeling of the place just being quite neglected.

This one time at phat buns I found a massive hair in my burger you know when you almost swallow it and have to pull it out your throat because of this I will NEVER!! order from here again 🤮

Delivery was rapid ! Food was tasty and the chips where really nice not oily. The burger was nice and had no fat bits in good quality meat. Really well packed Only down side is that you don’t get alot for your money. Could of had my meal twice at least But taste over portion size any day !!

Consistently great quality. I double up on patties and add mac n cheese to create the best burger in Leicester. The loaded tater tots are a meal by themselves and the choc milkshake puts mcdonalds to shame. Only thing missing was serviettes to clean up after.

Very nice burger. I had a standard 8oz cheese burger with the usual dressings with no extras + chips.. Service was quite good and with reasonable speed. The patty flavour was good reasonable amount of dressing but the phat sauce that came with it could have been more flavoursome.. Chips were very good. Nice and crisp with a soft centre. We ate at the restaurant. There were lots of boxes at one end of the store. The sauce and lack of cosiness let it down.

as a Uber Eats Delivery partner these guys are really nice, respectful to you and can have a laugh with as you collect the order, unlike other places that treat the Delivery partners like dirt bags

Amazing slush/frozen drink selection. Had the Cheetos burger it was a welcome addition and added a crunch to the burger with spicy hits! Great job guys!

Poor service. The workers prioritise getting their orders for their friends over every other customer. They are inaccurate about order times. Orders take waay too long. Manager lacks any sort of empathy and compassion. My order for one portion of buns and chips took 45 mins, upon my frustration the manager suggested I take my money back when I was enquiring about my order and the fact people after me with larger orders were being put first. Wont be coming back. Food was subpar.

Came here for a sehri meal decided to order a egg muffin with sausage and turkey. It had a unappetising taste and was extremely oily bread was also not nice and got soggy. The sausage did not taste fresh and was you could smell the oil. I also ordered the mango habanero wings and they had very little spice and were quite bland couldn't even taste the mango. What a waste of money. (update) since then i gave it a second attempt and it has been better. I would recommend the chicken burger and the loaded fries and wings are not bad too.

I Ordered a meal, they forgot my drink, told me that they'll leave a note in the till and to remind them next time I make an order so they can add my drink to the order. I did exactly that and they told me nothing was in the till therefore I need to send an email to them explaining the situation in order to get my drink. Sent an email, never heard anything from them. This was over a month ago.

The Thai Sweet Chilli and Garlic Parmesan Wings are real good, you would love them if you're looking for crispy and freshly cooked wings. The Loaded ranch and the burgers are alright too, the potato tots are really nice along with a garlic mayo dip.

Pick and choose who they want to deliver to and when. Delivered several times and then because they are quiet choose not to deliver despite the postcode being on their list. Very disappointing for a company to accept orders and then go back on them for the sake of an extra 3/4 minutes delivery.

TASTY FOOD! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE As a Foodie the food was incredibly tasty. Fantastic customer service too from Tahir (the manager) who helped me resolve an issue with delivery swiftly even calling me back. The food was so tasty. We had the Angus buns, loaded fries, tater tots, mac n cheese and frozen drinks. Thank you to the team. Highly recommended

I waiting too much for my order

Great food + owner gave me a bunch of extra stuff when I told them to keep the excess money as tip when they didn't have the milkshake I ordered.
