His name is Yusuf the person who is there most of the times, honestly he forget customers are the one who pays his bills, but it is very unfortunate he thinks he can disrespect his customers in front of others and not to welcome his customers, I am actually glad phat buns are doing 6 pounds deal i can get way better quality burger and respect literally from next door

Very friendly and passionate staff. Extremely good value. £11.45 for a large 15" pizza. The online order is very simple, no confusing deals like at Dominos or Papa John's. The dough could be better, but for this price, I don't mind.

I ordered a pizza from pizza king’s they send me a wrong pizza , and I didn’t ask for onion for the pizza just they put onion on my pizza

Overall it's pretty good to me while experiencing the Pizza Kings. It taste great while cheap at the same time which further give tough competition to the huge dominos by the side. Good Luck to Pizza Kings Keep Growing !!!

Quality food for their price range

Best cheesy chips in uk. Been going here for 4 years never had a bad experience. I dont know what they put in the food but even since moving cities i still come to leicester just for this. I cannot forget this place 100% recommend *EDIT* I have now just come back after a year and a half in australia i dont even live in leicester but i came back for the cheesy chips absolutely divine. Could cry im so happy

Used to come here during uni days 4 years ago as I was staying at code residence , I had the best pizza in my life here the cheese and the crust was just amazing , my friend Yusuf used to serve me there , kudos!

I recently had an incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience at Pizza king Pizza Shop, and I feel compelled to share my unfortunate encounter with potential customers. From start to finish, my visit to this establishment was riddled with mistakes, poor service, and an overall lack of professionalism. First and foremost, the staff at Pizza king Pizza Shop seemed completely disinterested in providing quality customer service. The moment I entered the restaurant, I was met with indifference from the employees, who barely acknowledged my presence. There was no warm welcome or any attempt to make me feel valued as a customer. The ordering process was an absolute disaster. The staff appeared unorganized and confused, resulting in numerous mistakes and delays. My order was not taken correctly, and when I pointed out the errors, the staff members seemed irritated and inconvenienced by having to fix their mistakes. The level of incompetence was truly astounding. Moreover, the cleanliness of the establishment left much to be desired. The tables were dirty, and the floors looked like they hadn't been cleaned in ages. It was not only unappealing but also raised concerns about the overall hygiene and food preparation standards of the place. When my order finally arrived, it was completely wrong. Not only were the toppings incorrect, but the pizza itself was cold and appeared hastily thrown together. It was evident that no attention to detail was given, and the lack of care in preparing the food was truly disheartening. Adding insult to injury, when I brought up my concerns and dissatisfaction with the manager, they displayed a shocking lack of empathy and failed to address the issue appropriately. Their dismissive attitude and refusal to take responsibility for the poor service only further cemented the negative impression I had of Pizza king Pizza Shop. Overall, my experience at Pizza king Pizza Shop was an absolute disaster. The staff's indifference, the disorganization, the uncleanliness, and the subpar quality of the food left me deeply disappointed. I strongly advise others to think twice before visiting this establishment if they value a pleasant dining experience and quality service. I sincerely hope that Pizza king Pizza Shop takes these criticisms to heart and makes the necessary improvements to avoid subjecting other customers to such a dreadful experience in the future.

Worst food ever ! apart from that the customer service is so poor and insultive. Arrogant behaviour .I wonder how such a shop is still on going there.

So we just visited this place today and they donot know how to trreat and talk with customer. Literally the man abused me and my friend and was so rude. I want all the students to take action about them as they literally don’t have any ethics on how to treat customers. One of the worst experience of my life. Would never recommend any one this pathetic place.

Tasty food for reasonable prices. Delivery is usually quite quick and food always comes piping and tastes great, this is my favorite local take away

It's fine. All that needs to be said. Their ingredients are okay. Their prices are okay. Service is fine. Nothing outstanding. This is where you go if there is no McDonalds nearby. There isn't. There is a Dominos like 20 meters ahead though.

They have the best pizza dough and the best cheese and uni student friendly deals and open till very late. Couldn't ask for more.

I ordered online for delivery and waited an hour so I tried to ring multiple times but no one answered so I went to the shop to collect it. The man then told me he hadn’t received my order but that he would redo it for me and wrote it down and then had me wait outside. He then gave me a cold cheesy garlic bread and three lots of chicken and chips which was far from my order and locked the door right behind me! I’m very disappointed.

THE BEST PIZZA IN LEICESTER CENTRE/DMU!! Pizza King is sensational the best location just off bede Park and Very cheap prices very good value for money! The go to top rated items are.... - Magherita pizza (any pizza to be honest all are sensational) 9inch is £4.50!! - Chips, beans and cheese - Burger meal (especially chicken one) - Garlic bread with cheese. My group of friends always go here after nights out or even for lunch. If youre with some people they have share deals available (see picture) this deal was £14 I believe for Pizza, chip, garlic bread, nuggets (let us swap out onion rings), coleslaw and bottle drink. They also offer delivery too for larger orders I believe. I will always return here staff are so friendly and service is quick. There is also some seating inside. Perfect place for students, families and all.

At night time this angry staff shouts at their customer. Very badm never going there. I have recorded video of him shouting at me and others which is going on YouTube, instagram and Facebook. He has anger problem which is distressing. Never going there again.

When I walked in to the kind words, "Hello my friend" I knew I was in for a sensory treat. Expectations where set high from the get go and throughout my experience they where not disappointed. My ordered of small snacket including a 12" Hawaiian pizza with Cheesy Chips. I then waited patiently with baited breath waiting for the climax of my night after 4 hours in Mosh. I here "cheesy Chips my friends" I jump up and race to the counter full of excitement. I then take my first chip covered in melted cheese, and place it in my mouth. At this point my night was complete. 5/5 would recommend to a friend
