Wouldn'tblet me in because I didn't have student id on me, absolutely ridiculous. Can not believe it

The security guards were rude and said they would call the police cause my friend was shivering from the cold (behind our backs). Then they said they couldn't let us in or give us a refund for our tickets. Worst device ever. Never going again 🥲

Nice place used to much busier few years back, however on the plus side able to get more space and enjoy without being so cramped. Service was slow one lovely lady serving drinks all night another male colleague untrained on making drinks just a statue all evening. Music very decent not the place it used to be but still not a bad place to start the evening with a few drinks

We attend the Disney Villains Bottomless Brunch on Saturday. The events was really a complete disaster from start to finish. When we made the booking we were told that we had to book and pay for 10 people even though there was only 9 in our party. When the day arrived we were told that it was be unlimited alcohol from 12pm until 1pm. But 12:15pm we hadn’t been served a drink and when they did finally arrived they were no more than fruit juice and squash there was hardly any alcohol in them at all. We then asked for Prosecco, only to be told there was no glasses?! By 12:45pm still having not been served anymore alcohol we spoke to two members of staff who were nothing less than rude. We advised we had one drink, had paid for 10 people, which was £450 and that we would like the 10 people’s worth of drinks that we had paid for. The lady who I think was rude said we hadn’t paid her and that she couldn’t anything about it. The food then came, we had asked for some of the chicken burgers to be without sauce. They all came with sauce and then when we queried it the man who delivered them said he couldn’t do anything about it. To add insult to injury the food was stone cold and the chips were rock solid so most of us didn’t eat. Then the entertainment came on, it was sold as drag, but the singers were women, they were good, but when they announced there wouldn’t be many villain songs it left us a little disappointed. For £450 it definitely wasn’t worth it, and I wouldn’t go back again. It screamed were short of cash, how can we make money with zero to little effort. Everyone at this event was disappointed and sober! Be warned if you are thinking about booking one of these events, because you will be over charged, served squash instead of alcohol and get cold food for £45pp! I have emailed but nearly a week later I have heard nothing back. Avoid at all costs!

I went with 2 other friends for the “Disney Villain Drag Bottomless Brunch” yesterday. Firstly I want to say how wonderful all of the staff were, they were amazingly attentive, beautifully friendly and all gave off such a positive energy…..I truly hope the owner of the establishment treasures them. The performers were very good however I’m a little disappointed that I was sold a “Drag” experience and the two performers were both women! Bottomless part of the lunch was originally meant to run from 12-1 with food aimed to be served by 1:30, and the whole experience to run from 12-3. Food didn’t arrive to our table until gone 2pm, it was prepared off site a was carried on trays, loosely covered in a strip of tinfoil, all the way up the Main Street!! When we got the food, the buns were rock solid, the food cold, the chicken burger was very over cooked and the chips were dried out and like cardboard. As a compensation for this, the establishment did continue to serve the bottomless cocktails to us, however, my kidneys are actually thanking me this morning for drinking so much cranberry juice as the alcohol content was virtually none existent. So, to all the wonderful, hard working staff, thank you, you were amazing but whoever put the rest of the day together really needs to have words with themselves as I’ve been left feeling a little ripped off

Hm, we came to the venue for a Brunch Club event and it was possibly the most unorganised event I’ve attended. I’m not anything ran to the schedule set for the day, drinks were not served/missed, food was good ver an hour late and the staff…they just seemed to stand behind the bar chatting. I will say, the actual event was fab. And to top the experience off, 2 of the waiting staff - Mable and Dania were just fabulous! Seemed to be the only 2 running around getting service sorted and were just having a great time. They were enjoying themselves which make our experience better 🙌🏼

Had an absolutely brilliant night on Saturday with my friends in a birthday booth! Martini tree was absolutely delicious music was great the atmosphere was something that’s hard to find in Leicester town, the staff were the best I’ve seen friendly kind polite manager barmen and door staff I will definitely come again thank you for a great night!

Love popping with my best friend for drink or two on the weekend, lovely place to sit and enjoy evening without pushing through the queues ,perfect cocktails

They ruined valentines day for us. We bought our tickets and it didn't say anywhere that there was a final time to go in. Like nowhere at all. So when we there they didn't let us in. Literally I waste of time. Take my advice, go to mosh instead, fat cat sucks.

Staff were friendly and very knowledgeable, I had tried a rum that I liked and the bar man recommended I try a different one that tasted amazing. There weren't that many people in there for a Saturday night but it is a nice place.

Great place for most Bollywood nights, the service is good and apart from the disco you also have a smoking zone which is of good space.

Made me and my friend very welcome accommodated us in every way it was a very good experience and looking forward to going back there

It's a fun place to party but lacks infrastructure for a cloakroom and they only serve cocktails on weekends.

Fine people inside, more young than me but chill. My glass of beer 🍺 was dirty "a dry stuff was on" ew i feel it on my lips and then I've seen it.. Eww i was a bit drunk and not in the mood for a complain... If the drink is pricey im good with that because i expect decent higene and better environment...

Love the venue and the music.....we visited on a Friday night but the club was more or less empty. Nice vibes and will definitely return when visiting Leicester again.

Poor, slow service. Overcharged then claimed it to be a service charge. I don't mind paying service charge when it's stated on the menu 10% etc, however this place charges what they want and obviously take advantage of customers who have drank too much to notice. When asked for a receipt to show this service charge the printer had conveniently broken... Sad thing is we'd have actually paid the amount they wanted in the first place, just don't like being deceived. Only go if you want to be ripped off!

I booked the area at the front for my daughter's surprise 21st last night. I live in London and she studies up there. From first point of contact Laura has been absolutely fantastic, asset to your organisation, offering 5 * service throughout. Music,atmosphere, venue and staff are all great

Bouncers harass women and touch without consent. Rude management endorse this and think nothing of it. No bouncer should ever touch or place hands on a woman. Will be taking this further

Service slow..booking a table paying extra 100 pounds for no reason.. as your pay 300 pound for drinks also..for a table...to many guys inside

Very nice bar, good cocktails, nice decoration.

Really good since the revamp. Paying for the private tables are actually great. You pay £400 for the private table but get £300 worth of drinks brought to your table. You go there with a group of you and it's a good deal. Compared to how much you would pay for drink anyway.

No longer a club to enjoy, outrageous drink prices. Music far too loud new management pathetic. Money crooks beware and always don't be shy to ask for the prices before purchase. Council attention highly requested as interior flower decor is illegal.

I was verbally abused by a promoter/bouncer at Fat Cats who told me his name was 'Turbs'. He called me 'a stupid f*cking cow' and swore at me repeatedly. I had to call the police after neither the bouncers or the manager would speak to me. They ignored my complaints there and then and further more ignored my email and Facebook message. The Facebook page for Fat Cats read my message but then turned off their messaging so it now says they’re away. They have refused to respond to any of my complaints, from what I can see they are run by incredibly rude staff and they're refurbishment is a lovely way to mask their shoddy management. I would strongly suggest that no one goes there.

This place has to be the best night out I have been to in a long time, new years eve was something else here, after buying 2 bottles of ciroc for £140 each I was off my noodle the entire night and potentially found the love of my life, worth a visit. Life changing.

It's been a few years since I last came here and I went lose any sleep if I never have to again. The facilities were in a shocking state, there's literally no point in initiating any kind of conversation as you can't even hear yourself think! Prices are what you would expect for a bar on a Friday night, little bit pricey. There are better options out there, like just buying your own booze and drink from home with your mates. It's a lot cheaper and worthwhile that way.

Very quiet, staff polite, could easily hold a conversation wasn't too loud, their Christmas tree could have done with some decorations. Toilets upon kicking the door open to get in due to dangerous temporary flooring were very dated and smelt like a fusty caravan.

Not too bad. The music was decent but it wasn't that busy. Maybe this was because the university hadn't started or the club is just slowing down. At least there was no entry fee.

Two expensive for drinks if dont keep an eye on what you are spending you could get ripped off.

Nice bar for late night parties. It has a good music and decent crowd. Don't forget to wear casual shoes as they do not entertain trainer shoes.

Hands down the best cocktail bar in Leicester, their prices are reasonable & if you're lucky enough to make happy hour, their 2 for 1 cocktails are a great start or end to an evening on the town.

Lost property in there over the weekend. 2 members of staff very unhelpful in assisting the items to be recovered both on a phone call on Monday and my visit tonight. Refused to check lost property which seemed only reasonable. Very unhelpful service and was left to feel unwelcome by a bar me and my colleagues came to regularly

Great staff, atmosphere and cocktails

It is like going to an Indian wedding on a Friday or Saturday night, except you have to pay for your drinks and women wearing next to nothing. However the male clientele are dressed in suits which conforms to my initial analogy.

Buen pub en Leicester para tomar cerveza y estar con amigos. Solo he ido entre semana, por lo que desconozco su ambiente los findes. Los lunes hay bebidas al 50% y los martes 2x1. No está mal la cosa. No tienen demasiadas marcas de cerveza para lo que viene siendo habitual en UK, pero bueno, con esos precios tampoco puedes pedir demasiado. Cierra tardecito para la media de la ciudad.
