I had this place added to Tripadvisor to warn others not to waste money. The food was utterly disgusting. A chicken burger that was burnt, had the cheapest and nastiest quality chicken in it, a bun that was advertised as brioche but that was some cheap plain bread roll. Chicken wings that had been microwaved with a vile and slimy sauce on them. Dips that you pay extra for that are straight out of a giant plastic bottle of pre-made garbage bought from a wholesaler. This was not food, it was revolting. They should be shut down and why Deliveroo are allowed to promote such inedible junk is beyond me. And the business trades under multiple names and has shut down and restarted more times than I have had hot dinners. Avoid please. Utter waste of money that went straight in the bin.

The worst place ever. been here recently nothing changes in this place 1.food is not fresh , very dry probably been since the morning . 2. the heigyne is awfull. no one is wearing any gloves or seen to be washing there hands at any time. ESPECIALLY when handling cash then touching the chips and chicken!! straight after. Just wiping there hands over there trousers or tops. 3. Come in see/eat for your selfves it has been like this for along time now ,nothing has been done about this since they re opened shut sown loads of times , due to heigyne issues and infestations. :( :( :( not worth the money for the prices they charge you

170 The Broadway Uxbridge RdSouthall is a densely populated place. There are hundreds of customers. I'm afraid there is only one male toilet. Today 21Oct 2023 I've been there and waited 15 minutes to enter the toilet. My suggestion is to make more toilet there.

518 Lady Margaret RoadSorry but I have to say the portion sizes are being reduced and prices are rising. Ordered a whole chicken for two, and got barely one portion of chips between two people. Normally it's two portions of chips. They used to offer more within the whole chicken meal deal but can't say i would recommend them anymore. Fine we're paying more but no reason for not giving decent petitions. Update on chips portions - last two visits have been much better!
