I had this place added to Tripadvisor to warn others not to waste money. The food was utterly disgusting. A chicken burger that was burnt, had the cheapest and nastiest quality chicken in it, a bun that was advertised as brioche but that was some cheap plain bread roll. Chicken wings that had been microwaved with a vile and slimy sauce on them. Dips that you pay extra for that are straight out of a giant plastic bottle of pre-made garbage bought from a wholesaler. This was not food, it was revolting. They should be shut down and why Deliveroo are allowed to promote such inedible junk is beyond me. And the business trades under multiple names and has shut down and restarted more times than I have had hot dinners. Avoid please. Utter waste of money that went straight in the bin.

I placed an order for takeaway for beef rice box and they gave me burnt food. We called them so they can deliver us the proper food but they said they can’t do that. They also didn’t give me refund for my food. I don’t understand why they burnt the food and still gave it to me. They could have told me to wait so they can make it again. I paid the money for food so I need proper food and not burnt food. I didn’t get the food for free. I paid for it so I don’t deserve this food. This type of burnt food is also a health and safety question. They clearly fail to follow the food standards so they should close the shop and I want my refund please. Like how can you pack this food and serve it to the customer??
