Unfortunately due to lack of correspondence from various social media accounts that we cannot close we are still battling the old accounts. We've taken over for over 12 months now had a full refurb. We will also be selling coffee from Monday as well and our varied lines of lagers real ales! Weekends we have live music on Fridays- Disco Saturday & FREE jukebox on Sundays!

Gracias

Warm and friendly with lovely big log fire. We were, however, disappointed in the cask ale we tried. Did not quite hit the mark.

Fab food, great value. Nice restaurant in an olde worlde building. Definitely worth going to eat. Absolutely nothing to complain about and a complimentary drink given at the end of the meal.

I went with my family to 'Upstairs' at The White Hart. Very quaint approach to the dining room, which was quite small, but nicely laid out. Whilst the décor is a little 'rough around the edges', the same CANNOT be said about the food. The...

5 of us had Sunday lunch here on 29th June. The restaurant is upstairs at this historic coaching inn. It is new, small, approx 24 covers, very nicely decorated with scenic pictures of local historic buildings. Initially it was just us dining but two more families arrived shortly after us and there was a good atmosphere. The lunch menu had a selection of 4 starters, mains - traditional Sunday lunch (5 choices), venison fillet and a decent vegetarian choice. We had Stilton stuffed mushrooms with black pudding and bacon and chicken liver pate to start. We all loved our starters and were also given a complimentary amuse-bouche - a small tomato and herb soup in a funky glass which was very nice. We were also given a selection of fruit sorbets which were perfect. We all had either slow roasted beef or lamb. The meals were really good and we liked the fact that the lamb was a thick chunk of roasted meat rather than just slices. The wine list has a small, varied selection of wines. We had a couple of bottles of Sancerre and thought it was an excellent choice.Service was good. Hope the White Hart do well with this venture - we really enjoyed our Sunday lunch and the added touches made it all the more special.

Great little coffee shop in Wombourn. Nice cappuccino & hot chocolate. Always busy which is a good sign in itself, even on Monday morning at 10 (my usual time!) Not eaten here so cannot comment on the food. It's a nice place.

A proper pub Called in for a drink after visiting the Rock Houses and had a great time. The bar staff and locals are all so friendly my wife never stopped talking to them the whole time we were there! Bathams beer was excellent, as usual and we had some crusty cobs and pork pie which was also great. It made a great end to the day

Felt a bit unwelcome if I'm honest , we walked past and noticed the beautiful cakes on display (which were masterpieces!) so decided to visit on our way back. We waited to be seated and were asked if we had booked a table (there were 2 of us, we said we hadn't as we just wanted to get a slice of cake). We were told they would have to see if they had any seats available, we waited a while and were seated-there were a number of vacant tables so I'm not sure why this was said as it felt a bit lukewarm? The girl serving us advised there would be a 15 minute wait till they could take our order which is fine and then gave us the menu for drinks and croissants. The server came past us a number of times apologising and saying she would be with us shortly but it was very frustrating when a few staff members came into the area where we were seated after about 25-30 mins to rearrange furniture for a group, when a few of those party members arrived they were spoken to and our server then took their orders immediately, we waited another ten minutes and then when they came back with their drinks and left the area again we decided to leave after waiting nearly 40 minutes. Maybe it was just a bad day but I don't really think its acceptable to have to wait that long to buy a piece of cake.

Came here for breakfast, quick service and staff were very welcoming and friendly. I had the ‘big one’ breakfast which I really enjoyed. Beautiful coffee too. Will definitely return.
