If the Drivers never use satnav, it would have been on time. Plus could not find how to get £8 off, as we spent over £28.

Had a small doner and a small fish and chips. The kebab was exactly how I like it, not too greasy and no bits of bone. The cod and chips were exceptional, the chips in particular, were very tasty. This was a walk in and not delivery therefore it was nice and warm and fresh

30 minutes early got to keep it warm for 30 mins!!!!

I stopped ordering from here last year as it went down hill but tonight I thought I’d give it another try and it was really nice definitely will use this place again just late delivery and the food was abit cold but that’s expected in this weather the cod and batter was lovely

usually 5 stars all round. Not this time though. on opening , food was all but cold and needed re-heating. I know the weather doesn't help but if it's freezing outside , then it should be transported in a thermal lined box, and not just in a paper bag.

Food arrived late. Had to phone the place as my order was marked as delivered even though it hadn’t left the building. Took an extra 30 minutes after calling them to ask about it for them to actually deliver it. Food arrived lukewarm. Refused to do a partial refund claiming they were “busy”. Frequently order from them but the food and service has got progressively worse. Will be taking my business elsewhere.

ordered our food at 1pm for a scheduled 3pm delivery as both of us have a double shift every other week so want it delivered shortly after we get home so we can eat and go to bed. The first time was fine, but the last two times the order was delivered late, and both times no apologies, acknowledgment or explanation for the delay. I would like to think in future that an apology or free drink/potion of chips just to say sorry. If it happens again we will go elsewhere even though we enjoy the food

They Struggled with my location even though it’s very clear I’m in a place not a road, and the establishment is literally a 5 min walk from my location. Missed an item of my order and had the equivalent of a small/med chips turn up when we ordered a large portion. This is the 3rd time using them each time they have messed up. Won’t be returning

overall really nice food but gave me chicken strips instead of bbq wings and they have reduced the size of the sauce pots but kept the price the same which i wasn't happy about.

Ordered a saveloy and I have no idea what it was but wasn’t a saveloy you will see in other chippys was like a floppy fish had more bounce to it then sausage , chips had a weird taste to them , batter was awful didnt cover it properly and very dry and no crunch. Couldn’t even finish my food awful will never order from here again

Pizzas were greasy and ordered two for one to come with cheddar cheese awful taste awful in general wouldn’t even feed it to the dog and that mut eats everything

we noticed on the app that the order dtatus had been changed to "delivered". After phoning the restaurant we were told they were busy and changed the status and it would be 10minutes and the driver was on his way. 20minutes later we phoned again and the manager LAUGHED at my partner saying it would be another 2-5minutes amd to stop complaining "they were busy." and hung up. The delivery driver was faultless however and very polite and understanding and said how sorry he was for our experience.

I ordered the seafood pizza.. it came with tuna and tomato.. no prawns or anchovies... i also paid for black olives extra and didnt get any.. i was reimbursed for the unavailable corn on the cob

Driver arrived at door carrier bag had broken and was standing with all our meals loose in his arms. Food wasn't as warm as normal.

Kebab as always was top class, tasty, tender, well seasoned and the best garlic butter in town. Spaghetti Bolognaise was very tasty but lacked sauce which made the dish very dry and hard to eat.
