KFC Sandwich- A256 in Dover

Food order correct and fresh. We were told we couldn't sit in a certain area and where we could sit the table wasn't clean. Overall good experience. Would eat there again.

We were offered table service when odering our food but the staff member refused to bring our food over when it was ready. The next customer that came in was granted table service and when I questioned why they got it and not my family the staff member said "they're my friends". Our food order was incorrect and the restaurant was so hot but they wouldn't open the door or turn the air-con on. Very poor service and I wouldn't return.

Closes at 10pm…. These plonkers decided to pack up early.

Fast excellent service,good quality fried chicken

VERY DISAPPOINTED!! Took ages to take my order, got home to find missing items, my 6 piece was in fact a 5! Very soggy, looks like they were sat a while! Chips look like they were just chucked in the bag.. DONT BOTHER GOING HERE, FIND ANOTHER BRANCH, THE STAFF DONT CARE!

Bad behaviour and missing item very disappointed

Very poor customer service. The food was not hot when it arrived , and an item was missing. I try to call them but phone number not working I will not be going there again.

Beware everyone of the dodgy open hours of this place ! App and google say it’s open until 10. It’s only open until 9. Last time I use this place.

Not the fast food service anymore. I have noticed this in a lot of the fast food chains. Speed is slow. And to be honest I got the wrong order and I only ordered for myself.

Had a meal last week absolutely excellent had one today gravy so thin it was tasteless and only 3 bits of chicken so disappointed Won't stop there again

KFC might as well pack it in. Prices are a joke. Food and service are terrible. Think I've had my last KFC

The mobile app shows closed at 10 and I place an online order before 9. However, the staff said they just closed at 9 and no more chicken left. I am very disappointed. I have no dinner and need apply a refund that i haven't done nothing wrong 😭.

I enjoyed the food and the time spent here. 5 stars!

What has happened to the fries?

Sadly its close to sewerage plant so site smells appalling which does not help with appetite. The staff are good but could do with more of them

Customer service was poorly... veterans came in and used the machines to order and they didn't know what they were doing which led other customers giving them help to order, when the staff were behind the counter just laughing there faces off at them and not having a single care in the world.

On our way home we decided to have lunch well worth it nice clean shop polite staff and friendly 🙏🙏👍👍

I love to stop occasionally for a lunch here. Plenty of car park not over busy and food is always very fresh and yummy!

Brilliant service. Piping hot food. Cheerful staff with good customer service, plenty parking. Drive through. Wheelchair accessible, kind on the pocket.clean facilities and table areas.

No signs anywhere stating you only get 1 hours parking went over by 9 minutes due to having to strap a wheelchair safely into the car to get a £100 parking fine in the post. Also went over the unknown hour because the service was slow and our food took over half hour to come out. Staff Absolutely useless and refusing to take the fine off. Will be taking this further. Posting on social media etc and seeking legal advice. I will never use KFC again you have totally lost my custom. This used to be my favourite restaurant

AVOID AVOID AVOID at all costs or it could cost more than just a terrible quality bucket of chicken. We Received two £100 fines (two families) for going over the sixty minutes allowance in parking in the car park due to their slow service and having a disabled child. Managers are not interested in helping and would not even provide their full names or contact details to help us. Area manager even was on the phone whilst I was there, refused to speak to us directly, telling the manager not to give me their details and I had to contact cowboy parking company. Currently seeking legal advice for breach of the Equality Act 2010 because managers are liable and can be considered a criminal matter. Really not worth the hassle of a parking ticket if you have to eat up within an hour please avoid.

Wouldn't matter how good the food was when the staff know you are there for a birthday party and you are there dining in but nobody mentions the parking time limits of 1 hour!!!!! WE WERE EATING IN THE ESTABLISHMENT FFS AND GOT A 100 POUND PARKING FINE FOR BEING THERE FOR 70 MINUTES. DO NOT USE, PARKING IS CONTROLLED BY FRANCHISE OWNER!!!!!!!!

Had an amazing time and this kfc was the best I’ve ever been too. The employees were super kind and helpful and the manager was really good spoke to him about the food being cold and he replaced the chicken with hot fresh chicken and it was some of the best I have ever tasted in my life!

Infuritated with this location. After work I came here with a collegue to have a catch up, we both bought multiple items and had an okay time, to then get a letter through the post about a Parking Charge! Due to it being dusk on arrival we hadnt spotted the parking signs and our appeals got denied. DONT come here unless you are going to be in and out! Had to pay a £60 charge which is totally unacceptable... this is a discounted price from £100... (getting caught on double yellow lines in most places is only a £30ish charge) It would have been fair enough if the KFC was extremely busy but the car park was empty... and we were basically the only ones in there the whole time, it would have been nice for the staff to have said something. So for obvious reasons I won't be coming back here again.

Really good customer service. Because the chicken was going to take 15 minutes to cook which is fine with me. They gave me free coffee to begin with and free sweet and sour chicken balls. After 15 minutes the meal came and I got 2 free hot wings as well as what I ordered. Been there twice now and the atmosphere is great and service is brilliant. Will be going there again and again.

Turned up at 21.15 . Drive thur cones in the way.And there were inside but locked the doors and would not answer. Why put closes at ten when u stop serving at nine.

Really disappointed with the Sandwich/Deal branch of KFC. We visit KFC on occasions but this visit really has changed our view on ever returning again. On Saturday 10th Feb at approx 15:30 We ordered our usual Buckets to a very uninterested member of staff and went to find a table, most of which needed cleaning but we managed to find a cleanish one. The food arrived straight away but on my first bite discovered the chicken to be barely warm, to the point I doubted how long it had been sitting in the warmer for. At a guess at least 60-80 minutes. Im not sure what the regulations are regarding keeping food warm, but this was definitely borderline. The quality of the food was poor to say the least with dry chicken and the coating dry too. Probably where it was sitting in the warmer cabinet for so long. Unless the recipe has changed we were so disappointed that it didnt have that "crunch" and oilyness. That is the trademark and the reason why we go there. I rushed my meal to avoid it becoming even colder which left me with awful stomach ache and cramps for the rest of the day. Doubt we will return. Dont want to risk another awful experience. Chips were hot, but, again, the recipe has changed.

Iv only eaten here twice. The 1st time was when they 1st opened. Food was wrong ane not nice. Went today 6/2 and the chicken was just swimming in oil and disgusting, Also, the chips were just so soggy. I definitely won’t be going there again.

Poor in so many ways. Try and avoid, go to Mc Donald’s up the road instead, far better standard or service and food quality

Came into your restaurant last night and there was a young lad tall with glasses who served us. Had to say what a treat it was to be served by him he was friendly helpful and so efficient he made our visit so worthwhile thank you whoever you are

Did a drive through at this restaurant, chicken fillet burgers cold and chewy, rice side dish was cold, chicken wings cold. Most of the food ended up in the bin, very dissapointed. Won't be returning.

This place is incredibly exciting because whatever you order isn’t what you get through the window. Want a fillet tower meal? 24 hot wings and a coffee, enjoy. Want a 3 piece meal? Here, have a prosthetic leg and a pineapple. I think the temperature is decided by just spinning the dial on the cooking equipment and seeing where it lands but y’know, who doesn’t enjoy frosty fries on a cold winter’s evening? My advice would be to order exactly what you *don’t* want because that’ll be the only thing you’re guaranteed not to get.

I don't know why, but whenever I order food from KFC, my order is wrong, not just this restaurant, but everyone I've visited. Got gravy instead of corn this time... but the food was ok, and the service was ok and quick.

The food was OK. But what put me off was out the corner of my eye l saw a rats just out by the window. Left just after that.

Popped through the drive thru, was served by a lovely lad (Alfie) i think it said on his name badge he was polite and helpful.

Great little KFC can be a little chilly in there but otherwise fab.

Restraint clean. Our chicken was more bone than chicken. When we. We complained we were told all chicken on that delivery was smaller than usual!

I had food poisoning from there. I must say the stand in manager (8/11/23) that was on didn't care and her attitude was nothing but rude. With comments "what do you want us to do" and we're not going to do anything about it,good bye" and hang up. This place needs shutting down and re-educating

Not many people in and staff seem unhappy as they don't smile when serving, it does help to enhance the experience.

Second time I've been in hear and it will be the last time.standing at the counter for more than 10 minutes only to be ignored.The staff are more concerned about the drive through customer's.So I then decided to use the touch screen monitors as I was being ignored only to receive my order with half of it missing,then waited another 5 minutes whilst my food is getting cold to ask where the rest of my order was.The very young lady sorted the rest out without making eye contact or talking to me or apologising.At those price's I expect a lot more

Easy access great food and service

Twice now I have ordered takeaway only to find the chicken over cooked and dry and the fries soggy. Come on KFC Sandwich you can do better than this.

This new outlet of KFC has improved greatly during the last year, the staff are friendly and the place is geared to the arrival of people for serving and it tastes good.

I was there once, the food was expensive and not tasty. I won't go again. MacDonalds is many times better

Totally disagree with the 1 hour parking. Took my 4 year old and baby to eat, overstayed by 13 minutes, and have got a parking fine of £100, for my £14 meal. This company is losing KFC customers and will never eat there again. Going public.

Food was cold . The young girl didn't even speak only the number. Food was sitting in the bag for 5 minutes as she was waiting on one item. Then she done the drinks last. Drink should be first then don't get food together until all ready. Don't do a full lot of food then let it sit there. Chips were stone cold , chicken was warm. The staff need retraining.

2nd time of using this particular KFC, 2nd time something missing when arrived home. No one answering the phone when trying to contact them.

Food good, but waited approx 20 minutes to get served even though not alot of people there, then sat down and noticed order was wrong, so had to go back and sort that out. Not a very good experience. Noticed also that guy serving had dirty clothes on , looked a mess from behind, white marks all over black his t shirt and trousers. Not very happy at all.

Nice food. Unfortunately, you're only welcome for 60 minutes otherwise you get a £100 parking fine. Plus, their self-closing disabled toilet door makes it impossible for a wheelchair user to actually use by themselves. Wouldn't recommend and will not visit again.

A year ago, I wrote, "The chicken was dripping with grease. I have not experienced this in other KFC." Today was the same again. I won't be returning here. Ramsgate, Dover & Whitfield KFC are all better.

Used drive thru, they forgot to pack gravy and coleslaw!! There was literally no one in there #youhadonejob!!

Food was okay but the staff lied to me saying that I have time with my elderly mum to sit in and eat, I told them she's slow at eating and drinking.. they said they would take my number plate and tell the company my situation, so I wouldn't get a parking ticket..BUT ALAS they lied.. I got a ticket coz we were over the hour by 10 minutes. So the Staff can't be TRUSTED.. liars. Thanks for your help Not...it was mother's Day too and mum said that she had never been in one of these places before and felt like she was a Trucker in the truck stop.. sorry mum we will not be eating here again..

Greasy food the chicken looked like it was left in fat

So we arrived at 11am. 2 customers already sitting and eating. Ordered food and sat down. 15 minutes later after listening to a lot of yelling and loud voices out the back, a member of staff approached us and asked if we had ordered. After explaining we had and had been waiting 15 minutes, we were then told our order hadn't been actioned. When it did arrive it was dry. Hey ho. Hardly fresh or fast food.

Can't go wrong with fried chicken! This restaurant doesn't have online ordering as far as I can tell using the app. Speedy service, plenty of parking too. Music is a bit loud for my liking though.

Been a few times and food is often not as hot as would expect. Just been drive through and did not give me the sauces I specifically asked for and just felt like staff did not care. Will go back to wwx one from now on. Be surprised if this one lasts very long with constant bad service
