We love the Warrener at Thetford. Regularly go there for Sunday lunch, before going to see Mum in nearby care home. Well done today to Kiera for the excellent service 😁

First time using liskeard tavern, this was for my wife's birthday celebrations, party of 10. We were served by Kirstin, we were made very welcome service was good, food was good, atmosphere friendly would return thanks for a good evening. 👍

Wanted to say a big thank you to chef Harvey for taking an order despite the late hour , we travelled up for over three hours to attend an event and didn’t have the chance to eat, so it was very kind of Harvey and other staff to take our order, food was lovely and the atmosphere was very welcoming

Never been here before yesterday, served by Michael who made everyone feel welcome and you can tell the regulars loved him great staff lovely atmosphere

Been coming here to the hobbs boat for nearly ten years loved it every time with nice staff and great food and most of all the atmosphere, manager Mike such a nice man and always welcoming and helpful, a true gem of a place.

They had a good gluten free range for the evening meal and breakfast. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful, the facilities were clean.

Fantastic staff, service, food and drinks...with great Prem Inn next door. We love it and will visit and stay again for sure.

For the second time we have been turned away from the Liskeard Tavern when the restaurant has been half empty. Something wrong with the staff here. Won't bother going there again

Each meal was burnt, and my son was watching Paddington bear but unfortunately the manager told us to turn the volume off, don't recommend at all!

Hobbs Boat isn't the best Whitbread Inn I've been to, but it was the only one in the area I was in that day to use my voucher before it expired. Food was really nice, but unfortunately it was pension day and the place was rammed with coffin Dodgers ☹️

The Bridgewater Arms Harmer Hill Shrewsbury Just spent a long weekend at the Premier Inn by the aforementioned Bar and Restaurant. I would like to thank all the staff who made the stay very memorable especially Amy, Kelsey, Vicky and Rich. They really are a credit to the business once again THANK YOU

Paid a visit to Hobbs Boat today and have to say it's very covid safe, food was very great and the staff are very friendly and helpful. So good we will be back in a few days .

A very nice meal at the Hobbs boat inn,thank you very much Excellent food excellent atmosphere excellent service, Without doubt the best cooked steak I have had for a number of years,please congratulate the chef Please keep hold of him/her we will be back soon. It makes a change to send an e mail complementing quality and service but it was very much a pleasure

Today we visited the Beeches in Gresford. Not often do we get a day off together so as we had the opportunity we decided to go for lunch. The food was lovely & the service we received by Kat was outstanding. We will most certainly by returning:))

I visit this pub regularly with my elderly parents. The staff are very good and the food cooked to order. At busy times there is a wait for food but the quality more than makes up for it. The best food pub in the area by a long way
