Having read the reviews we thought it was going to be great but we were more than just disappointed. We had a breakfast type bacon & poached eggs on a muffin. The bacon couldn’t of been sliced any thinner & was mainly fat, the egg was ok but not newly fresh & the muffin was toasted too much that it was tough to eat. A once & only experience of this fast food place.

As far as fast food sandwiches go it’s one of the best. So similar idea to Subway but better. Bread is very fresh and fillings 10/10. Knocks subway out the water.

We tripped over this place whilst wandering and looking for lunch. The sandwiches are freshly made under the grill whilst you wait. I had po boy which was tasty with a nice hint of chilli, my son had garlic chicken. Not the cheapest sandwiches but very tasty.

Never spend your hard earned money on this disgusting sandwich. I took one bite forced myself to take another one and I just couldn’t do it. Wasted my £8 on this! Kmt I’m sooo annoyed

I'm sorry to say, but i bought a Salt Beef sandwich from your establishment on the 2nd January and its given me a serious case of food poisoning. This was the only thing i had on that day, and that very evening, i couldn't stop shitting and vomiting. I mean, serious projectile vomiting. I've been worse for wear for 5 days now, only being able to barely drink water. To be honest, i don't think I'll ever use your establishment again let alone recommend it to anyone.

Fantastic Sandwiches! Visited for the first time today whilst working nearby. Certainly much better than a subway. Bread was fresh, portions generous and extremely tasty. Will be back again!

Our company ordered from Which Wich to feed our office of 150 people and the food was good quality, delicious, and arrived warm. The only issues is that we didn't order enough! Silvio was such a joy to work with and very inviting, as I had visited the store prior to ordering to get an understanding of the process. He was great and it's nice to have such a communicative manager who you can tell cares about the quality of his food, but more importantly the satisfaction of the customers. Would 100% recommend to anyone looking to have a great sandwich meal, rather that be individually or for large groups!

Not knowing what to have for lunch and came across Which Wich?. Fast, friendly with an excellent selection of sandwiches that are very reasonably priced. The fires come with a variety of dips made on the premises, the blue cheese was excellent. Excellent value for money

Went to London today to see a show and I researched where we could eat and saw this place - it looked like decent grub and I fancied the prawn po boi baguette We got there and the place was empty We didn’t know what to do to get food so the Assistant showed us how to order by writing on the baguette bags We made our orders but when We Turned around it was suddenly a different waitress ? She said sorry no coffee - they had turned machine off She said sorry no fries they had run out They offered us free crisps instead We left instead Felt dissatisfied as been looking forward to that baguette 👎 It was only 5-45 pm they didn’t close till 8?

If you like waiting 20 minutes for an average sandwich then this is the spot for you! Staff are quite rude and your basically getting a subway sandwich at twice the price and waiting twice as long for it.

Absolutely great place to grab a sandwich from. The service was brilliant and the staff super helpful. Myself and my friend Amy (long dark hair, sounds American, isn’t) are literally going back there right now!

We popped in here for a quick bite, the selection was decent, but it is not cheap for a sandwich.. Would eat there agian if we were in the area and could not find a local subway.

Tried to contact the company via their website. But their captcha is not working properly. I would always give them chance to address concern first but I couldn’t contact them in this case. So here is the message I was going to send them: I need to complain about your restaurant near Tottenham Court Road. I tried to pay with cash but they refused and said pay by card. Fair enough. When I paid I saw it was £11:45 for California sub. I was given no receipt. On the way out I saw I should have been charged £9.95. As I had no receipt I tried to log on to my bank account so I could ask why I was overcharged. But the mobile data wasn’t working. Finall walking home I managed to log on and found I was indeed overcharged. You need to either change your advertising hoardings if for some reason the price should not be £11:45, if the price was correct and the advertised price is incorrect. Or give your staff training not to overcharge from people. Very disappointed. I ordered a large California sub with no additions (no extras) and per the advertisement I shop this should have been £9.95

Bought a Beef Mushroom Melt, extremely tasty and quick service, fries were lovely dipped in the Garlic Aioli sauce. Divine !!!

Arrived an hour late. Bread was stale. Filling was dry except for the salad which was soggy. Chips were cold. On the plus the blue cheese dip was lovely. I poured it on my salad I made for myself after tipping the rest in the bin.

Completely stumbled upon this gem by accident, but honestly... this place makes amazing sandwiches. My personal favourite is the beef mushroom melt so amazing. Staff are so friendly, amazing service and the prices are really very reasonable.

The sandwiches here are just delicious. We're all vegetarian and there is so much choice! There are choices for gluten free too, as well as salads and lettuce wraps. The staff are super friendly too.
