Nice breakfast to start the holiday off. Friendly staff although clearly stretched. More expensive than your high street one but to be expected.

Amazing service from Roman. We came on Saturday 3rd august it was crazy busy we managed to get a table as Ronan saw a table had just left he soon was on to it wiped it clean gave us menus. We ordered on the app as we could do. He gave us an excellent 10/10 service. Always polite and friendly serving the food asking if we were ok and needed anything. The fact that the morning was constant crazy busy and the whole time he was smiling and cleaning other tables he really left an amazing vibe that morning honestly I could not do what he did. I spiked to a manager said how proud I was of him and she should pass it on and I hope you can praise him. She said I think it was only his second shift I said well wow what an amazing staff he is.

If you’re at Birmingham Airport with a few hours to kill, the Werherspoons is good. It is expensive and can be quite busy at times so it’s hard to find a table but the food is still good, like a regular Wetherspoons and you aren’t really missing much on the set menu they have. I have been for breakfast and lunch and they are both really good, I just wish it was cheaper!

I ordered a Double rum and coke with a burger with 10 chips for £20.75 I saw a set menu even better for €12 when i was in Gran Canaria so its bloody rip off here.

We arrived around 5am for breakfast before our flight. The service was quick despite being busy, and the staff were working hard to clear and clean tables, serve etc. In particular, Honey was fantastic - she was friendly, helpful and worked tirelessly - we were really pleased with our visit!

Staff horrendous and rude manager. I advise you to refer the manager on duty on at 12 o’clock 8th September on customer service training. Rude, aggressive and resembled a pit bull chewing on a wasp! Go round the corner to all bar one. Far better...

very disappointed. I ordered egg Benedict. they were okey, but the lady who brought them, rufused to bring me any cutlery. I was on my own with a lot of luggage ñ, I had to carry everything wihh me leaving my food alone to get the cutlery. 2 minutes after one guy abruptly came to me shouting "it's everything okey with the food?!!!!" omg let me eat and bring me cutlery, they are waitresses, they suppose to bring it. in it?

The place was incredibly busy but we took that as a good sign and were right to do so! Food was served fast and hot and was really good for the price!

An ideal breakfast option, if you are flying out early, good service, great food, if a little pricey.

As our flight was at 06.00am we decided to have breakfast at the airport. We use Wetherspoons regularly so opted for them. The breakfast was very good, hot as always and served quickly even though the restaurant was extremely busy. My wife went for the Eggs Benedict Stornaway (eggs Benedict but with black pudding not ham) she really enjoyed it, I went for the standard breakfast.

£5 for a cold bacon butty. Better off at Burger King.

As with normal Wetherspoons there is no need to wait to be seated, you just walk in and find a seat. There is a massive seating area and there were plenty of available tables. The menu is more expensive than the normal Wetherspoons menu but it is still reasonably priced; Margarita pizza was £9.99. Good sized portions and food was delicious. They have vegetarian and gluten free options. Would recommend.

Still not savvy enough to use the app but Wetherspoons didn’t let me down. With only half an hour before we were due to be called up we decided to chance the queues to get some light breakfast.

Beat the long queues at the bar by downloading the app, ordering food and drinks and getting them delivered to your table, so much easier!

Usually fly from Manchester but unfortunately they don't have a Spoons, must say it was really busy but there were lots of staff on when we visited on a Sunday afternoon, tables were cleared quickly, I had a bit of a issue with the App and a member of staff went to see the manager a got right back to me to sort it out, service was quick when ordering on the App, I see comments about the price is more expensive than there local Wetherspoons, it's a airport what do you expect ??.

Had panini with chips and the manager on duty was a true legend. He did his best to make sure we enjoy our meal to the best. 5 stars for the manager.

We had a lovely lunch here with a bottle of wine before we headed back to faro, good food, good service staff happy to be helpful.

Always seems to be busy. But overpriced and understaffed. Was there before a flight as are most people. Early morning so quite a queue. Ordered some bacon sandwiches which came quickly but had to wait ages for them to fill up the filter coffee jug.

Ordered breakfast with not much time to gate call. Very quick delivery of a tasty bacon buttie and toast and coffee. Staff extremely helpful and cheerful despite the early hour. Recommended

We had our breakfast here whilst waiting for our flight . We were served really quickly by friendly staff. It is a little more expensive than other Wetherspoons but that is to be expected. The large breakfast we had was very nice and there was plenty of it

Thought I’d have breakfast in the airport before I flew to Ireland for Christmas. I decided to have eggs Benedict because I haven’t had them in a while and they were delicious watered down with fresh orange juice. Thanks very much!

Spent a few hours here in departures. Portions were big and value for money. It wasn’t too expensive for an airport. Staff very friendly. Charging points available which was great for iPads and mobiles.

If you can get a table here and be seated then you’re probably lucky. We did but it was the only one available as it was very busy. I’ve been through the airport before many times and this is the first time I’ve called for a drink as on previous occasions there were no tables free.

Places to plug in under tables, good range of drinks and range of seating areas. Food available, we didn’t eat here but looked standard pub grub. Somewhere to relax before your flight.

The bar staff were not very attentive. I had to request lemon for my gin tonic, because they would just put ice in. I have been served for one drink by two different people. Not good!

Thought the food would be average but was pleasantly surprised. It arrived quickly which is good when your waiting for a flight. Burgers were really tasty, nicely presented and hot. Service at the bar wasn’t so great. 7 staff chatting and only 1serving.

Not going to spend too much time writing this but staff need training to 'slightly' move away from the place they are standing and lift their head and see who else is at the bar rather just serving the nearest person. So many times it's happened on a number of occasions it's something we laugh about now rather than get annoyed. Good luck getting served everyone !

Came here for a cold drink to fil in the time waiting for a flight. Service was speedy, plenty of available tables (all fairly clean), prices reasonable.

This is in an airport, hen parties drinking at 6:30 am, I resisted alcohol but about 4 pounds for an orange juice.. my wife had a "bacon butty", my wife is American and likes her bacon crispy (as described in the menu), not sure if the slab of pork presented had actually been cooked.. We should have skipped trying to have food and taken advantage of Wetherspoons's "reasonable beer"

Was told by the bar staff I could order all their draught ales on the app, but they were not all listed so I had to go back to the bar and queue again to buy there. Then I tried to order pizza on the app but could not find it. Then the waitress showed me it was a separate menu to the main one! So I then tried to order and the app just froze and would not work, so I had to go to the bar again and queue to order. When it came the dough was soggy in the middle in spite of being well cooked round the outside. Waitress offered to take it back to cook some more, but too late as needed to get to boarding gate by this time.

Food was lovely, Staff very pleasant. Early morning so not too busy. Didn't like seeing one of the staff emptying used sauce bottles into one and then putting the full one on the table for use, if this practise is done then maybe out of sight of the public would have been better.

This is the worst food I've ever had in my whole life had breakfast before flight baby's porridge was lumpy watery and stone cold hubby full English was stone cold I asked for fat to be cut off bacon to be told no we don't have time !! I asked them to ask kitchen who also said no so I asked them to ask boss who also said no !! In all that time they could have done it I can't have the Rhine due to tables I take for kidney transplant I told them this but still no it came under cooked cold disgusting rude staff who basically don't care as most people won't be back after the flight the floor and tables were filthy

Yo rara vez van Wetherspoons ya que la comida es mala y el atractivo de bebidas baratas carecen de atractivo estos días. Tenemos dos hijos pequeños y tenía que darles de comer rápido, y así "ducking" en un bar bastante concurrido y sabía que la cadena era como. After my last devastating visit it was great to find that the improvements that had been made.

Fuimos un sábado por la mañana antes de un vuelo de Birmingham. El pub estaba lleno y tuvimos la suerte de conseguir una mesa. Pedimos comida típica de pub, pero sólo había uno en venta ale de los seis que debería haber, y muchas otras bebidas eran vendidos. Arrived at about 0500hrs,could not get a seat initiallyQuite a few people had clearly taken up seats as they waited for their flights and at the most were sitting with an empty coffee cup or nothing at all,whilst we,who wanted to buy 4 full breakfasts,had to wander around hoping someone would move on.(One young lady was sat at a table for 4 with a soft drink,her cabin baggage on another seat and was constantly on her phone,when asked if she was leaving shortly,her reply mainly was in the negative,with a few swear words).Eventually,we managed to get a table but by then departure time was getting close and we felt we did not have time for a full breakfast,so we just ordered coffee and bought sandwiches from Smiiths to eat as we waited for the plane at the departure gate.It does not really matter I suppose but the coffee was the worst that any of us have ever tasted!!If nothing else,I have learned that I cannot rely on "Spoons" to provide me with a breakfast at my point of departure going on holiday.It might be an idea if Weatherspoons adopted the same idea as,for instance,Frankie & Bennys at Manchester Airport,they have waitresses who meet you and allocate you a table,preventing a" free for all" and if they feel you have overstayed your welcome,ie you are just sitting to wait for your flight,they will present you with your bill,prompting you to free up your table for someone else.So,come on "Spoons",every poor report eventually chips away at your place in the market,if you ignore it,like some of your predecessors,you will eventually fail.

Nuestro vuelo era a las 7. 05:00 am, así que llegamos al aeropuerto alrededor de las 5 y nos dirigimos directamente a cucharas para desayunar. Food was nice but very expensive, but no more than any other airport restaurant it is disappointing that the same food and drinks in a high street J D Wetherspoons for 3 people would be around the £30 mark and not £45 its a shame that airports feel the need to rip us holiday makers off

Quick service, plenty of staff serving, cleaning the floor and clearing tables. Good for a quick, reasonably priced pre-flight drink or meal.

We have reviewed a few Wetherspoons establishments around the country. We were here early morning (0400) and this place already had many customers. The place itself is fine but the staff need to put a smile on their faces if possible. We felt like having breakfast before our flight and sat down to check the menu. It is the same as those outside and we normally have the large breakfast, normal breakfast, tea and coffee. However, we normally pay just over £10 for the lot and here the same came to just over £24!! At Costa Coffee their prices were 5p more than outside. Enough said we didn't eat.

Stopped for a quick meal before our flight.as it was a Saturday afternoon the airport was very busy,we were told there would be a delay for the meal,but food arrived within 10 minutes,hot & well presented,we thought the prices were fair considering the location and comparing to the sandwich type outlets.

La orden llegó bastante rápido aunque mi desayuno inglés tradicional fue perdiendo la patata, no hay problema, ya que no te importa para ellos. Mi esposa tenía huevos benedict, que estaba bien. This is becoming a regular pre-flight visit for a drink and snack before the business trip to Europe. Don't expect value for money (there is a Boots for that), but it is relatively clean (considering the footfall), it is open (I think 24-7) and staff are courteous (although they do sometimes appear like that they do not want to be there!!) - Therefore a convenient. With the number of business trips scheduled I will be going again, and it is a nice place to grab a seat!

Stopped by for food before the flight and ordered a burger : arrived on the table under 5 minutes, and clearly the plate was assembled in a rush. The "british Aberdeen beef" steaks were over fried (maybe refried ) spongy and tasteless, aged bread and all the rest was cold even rings, cheddar was not even melted, junk food at a pricy 13£. My first and last experience with whetherspoon!

Sentado en la cucharas en el aeropuerto de Birmingham y qué timo lugar 4. 50 por fomenta lager. Puede ser que tenga muchas personal que es la razón por la que cobran mucho. Por el momento hay más empleados que clientes. El servicio incluso aunque hay un montón de personal es lento y engorroso que parecen más interesados en lo que hicieron anoche que sirven al cliente esperando.

Hola :) Me pasó por para la cena entre vuelos el miércoles 9 de agosto. Pedí la barbacoa hamburguesa y un mojito. Por desgracia, me pareció que el Mojito a ser diluidos con unos de menta de ron y un diminuto icecube deja flotando en la parte superior. Teniendo en cuenta que son un bar y tienen una amplia variedad de vinos y licores que esperaba un buen cóctel por £8. 30: (

£7.05 for a ham and cheese panini with proper chips. Tasty ham. Served hot and quickly despite being packed on a Saturday. Beers approx £4.50 bottle / pint and wine £6.15 for a large glass. Not bad at all for airport prices.

Typical wetherspoons only difference is you are paying a premium for the fact you are in the airport .lots of staff so service is good .drinks nice and cold and the chicken wings spot on .altough the prices are a tad up on the norm it still offers the best value for food and drink in this part of the airport .

Popped in for breakfast before my flight home. Staff were prompt, polite and service was very quick. Food was of a good standard.
