Only went because my Vodafone app gave me a free hot drink and bacon or sausage roll. The rolls were on the counter and pinged in the microwave for a seconds. Presumably previously frozen white rolls and bacon of unknown origin. Coffee was okay but roll was only just edible. Not offered sugar or ketchup, and none visible anywhere. The sausages looked pretty gross. Wouldn’t pay for anything from there.

With rather limited time available for my train change at Birmingham New Street, I decided to try this place for a tuna and cucumber sandwich. It proved to be a poor choice as the bread was rather dry and tasteless. I’m therefore unable to recommend to fellow rail travellers.

This wrap hardly had any filling - at £4.50 you'd think they'd at least give adequate ingredients. Mostly lettuce, a tiny amount of feta and some watery hummus. Very poor.

Rushed in to grab lunch enroute to work. Discovered the duck hoisin wrap, and popcorn. Very nice! Male staff member very polite, was checking fridge temperature on a hot day so that's a good sign. Been in since, I like the convenience and the fact its not rammed busy. Female staff could be a bit friendlier. Not the cheapest place but healthier than the American takeaways......

I needed a bite to eat in the course of a journey. I had a little extra time. Had a warm welcome, and enjoyed the food I chose. Relaxing, pleasant place to take a break from dashing about between the different things I was trying to fit into my day. Person serving behind counter very pleasant.

I was caught up with storm Doris (23/02/2017) and the 2 young ladies (around 6pm to 8.30pm) were absolutely fabulous. Well mannered, very caring and empathetic, attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Great example of the youth of today. Thank you so much girls. Food was hot and fresh and great cup of tea.

I don't often give bad reviews, I am tolerant and try to be understanding of things that might go wrong. However, at 11.30pm tonight (30th November) on my way home from a concert my partner and I popped in to Camden Food company to buy an overpriced bottle of water. The woman behind the counter was all but insulted that we had even entered the shop let alone made her scan a bottle and mumble a price at us. There was no please when requesting the cash and certainly no thank you when I handed it over and contributed to the ongoing trading of the company that pays her wages and keeps her in a job. To be honest I am not even sure she even looked at me. Frankly, if it is that difficult to be polite get another job. If this woman represented my business, i would get rid ASAP. What a disgrace. Really annoyed me and I encourage everyone to avoid rudeness at all costs.

Popped in here for a quick bit and had a lifeless sandwich which had fairly tasteless contents and the bread was a little soggy a it had probably been chilled/warmed/chilled etc. causing condensation inside. The shop is inside the railway station so well placed when you are in a rush but they really need to adjust their portion size as you really don't feel satisfied afterwards which is disappointing as they are charging London prices in Birmingham. There were a reasonable amount of places to sit inside however these were all taken. Has good immediate access to the platforms, however you need to step outside to see the boards.

Had an avocado, hummus and sun-dried tomato baguette. Avocado and tomato were fine. No sign of hummus. Bread was very dry and horrible. I wish I'd had time to shop at M&S Food on the concourse.

Nice breakfast to start the holiday off. Friendly staff although clearly stretched. More expensive than your high street one but to be expected.

We had a family meal here to celebrate a birthday on a Sunday. The grounds and building are impressive, and in a quiet location. We opted for variations of the Sunday roast for a three course meal.
