Went to this pub one Thursday evening,it was only about half full so plenty of tables available.we ordered on the weatherspoons app so you can just stay at your table and wait for your food and drinks to arrive.the food was good and so was the service,just a shoutout for a young lad that served us think his name was Tyler,he couldn’t do enough to make our visit a good one and he was really friendly.

We were having the night in Widnes so thought we would try the local Wetherspoons,we decided just to have drinks which we found were pretty cheap with excellent service.Will come back next time in the area.

Nipped in for a quick brew whilst passing through Widnes. It was Ok, nothing to write home about, but just average really.

Called in to the premier weatherspoons in widnes for breakfast one Tuesday morning,on arrival it was about half full.we got a large breakfast,bacon on toast and unlimited coffee for two for just over £13.food was delicious and the service was very good and friendly.would definitely go again.

Went to this pub one Thursday evening on arrival the girl behind the bar was very helpful explaining how to order food on the App at your table.when the food came it was well cooked and very tasty but basic,we had a problem with one of the dishes we ordered and the manager was quick to sort it out very efficiently. we would definitely visit again next time in the area.

terrible food, shoddy drinks, bad company, gozzy eyed mutants everywhere. was having a terrible time untill daisy adams clocked in at 16:28 the absolute worldy! Five star deffinantly will be coming back 😍

Spent a lovely afternoon with my girlfriend at weatherspoons considering the restrictions service was great Joe our waiter was excellent gave us great service every time and was a lovely friendly guy

Hats off to the manager and her team last night, the pub was busier than usual probably because it was the last night friends could meet for drinks until this Covid business is back under control. It was table service only and the staff were run off their feet! The manager made sure everyone was seated to keep within the current restrictions and the service was very efficient and friendly. Well done 😷😁.

Went to weatherspoons this evening, staff were amazing, literally ran off their feet but seemed in control,well done to the lady who was acting manager, keep it up 😀

Called in on a Thursday afternoon while waiting for my mum,we only had drinks a bottle of wine and a pint of Stella,I ordered on the app ,drinks arrived quickly and were fine

Absolutely terrible .... there was a prostitute looking for business on the steps outside this is at five in the afternoon.... full of absolutely dregs of society it smells food is awful and I shall never set foot back in there again. Feel sorry for the staff as they are quite pleasant.

This has got to be the worst pub ive been to. So dirty tables full of empty glasses bits of food on table. Went to bar at 645pm to order drink and food told cash only. machines were down. And They stopped taking orders for food untill 8pm !!! That was after queing for 20 min. Sat back down waited till 8pm. Then another que for 15 min. Ordered food waited for nearly one hr And half. food was cold it was two mixed grills. Eggs you couldnt cut theyd been left from earlier like rubber. Mushroom freezing and meats were dry. It was full of teens running in and out to toilets off the street. I would never step in there again. Absolutley Disgusting !!!!!!

About 12.20 hrs. 7th.November-tucking in to nice meal and pint-suddenly quite near me a fight breaks out,looks like 2 assailants,and the victim on the floor.One of assailants held a chair above his head and was stopped,before he could seriously injure victim. Five stars for the young barman who stepped in to calm down situation.Needless to say police arrived later,when all was calm.Hope all concerned are barred from pub,situations like this are not nice to see in my favourite town pub.

Went in for drinks and only after walking away from bar realised we had been short changed by £1. Got second round of drinks from same barmaid and surprise surprise short changed again by £1. Checked this time whilst at bar and reply was till is shut now I’ll bring it over. Never happened!!! Finished drinks and ready to leave so bring matter to manager’s attention. He came back to us with the barmaid who gave us £1. Said that it had happened twice which she denied. Can’t proof first one but very shady. If she is doing this on a regular basis she is getting a tidy little sum each night ready to maybe pass onto a friend a tenner at a time in change. Heard of this happening before. Will be extremely careful on our next visit and will wait for a different person to serve us !!!!!!!

Traditional Wetherspoons with all the usual trimmings. Good prices and good service. The only downside to the pub is the lack of lighting, it is very dark.

A menudo tomamos el desayuno aquí, bueno viejo Wetherspoons, igual como, pero bueno. El servicio fue bueno, no hay que esperar mucho para encontrar comida, el precio no está mal.

Not my cup of tea to be fair but if you like watching drunks fall over then fill your boots here. I believe you can get a pint with your brekky anytime after 9am so who needs spain now...

called today for fish and chips... excellent, the food was good and hot the batter was crispy. the wait time for food was very good and it was busy this afternoon.the tables are clean and the bar area is well stocked and full of good choice.the staff are really helpful and friendly.well spaced out for easy access.toilets are very clean.

We called in Friday lunch time, for fish and chips and mushy peas ,and a stowfords press cider,the fish was ok but there too much heavy batter on it,the mushy peas were luke warm,the cider was excellent, not the best meal we have had at the premier,we woul'd still go again.

My regular haunt. Good food and drinks at a reasonable price. Staff are pleasant and friendly and the service is quick. Would recommend

Called in on Friday lunchtime had barbeque chicken,+bacon and cheese panni and chips plus a pint of cider, part of the daily deals £4:39 only waited 10 minutes, it was piping hot and very tasty, the pub was very clean and tidy the seating in the booths was very tatty and could do with renovating

estado aquí unas cuantas veces. La comida es un precio muy bien y muchas de las comidas vienen con bebida incluida, que es genial. Peri pollo Peri es recomendado, pero no esperes comida extravagante ya que se obtiene lo que se paga. El personal es genial y siempre amable. Lo único negativo para mí es la falta de música, pero eso es solo mi preferencia personal.

Renovada, la antigua casa de la imagen en Albert Road, esta Weatherspoon's es un amplio espacio abierto con muy buenas instalaciones. Llamamos un sábado por la noche justo después de las 5 de la tarde y pudimos encontrar una cabina en la parte de atrás. es habitual encontrar una mesa - realizar una nota del número, y pedir en el bar. comida de pub típico menú con una amplia selección de hamburguesas y parrillas pero no mucho para vegetariano (no es que nos dieron una con nosotros!)Mi buena esposa de señora nos fuimos para el salmón Filete con patatas y ensalada chaqueta y la pieza que llegamos era muy grande, sabrosa y cocinada justo.Fui para el pollo y costillas combo y tengo que decir que el costillas eran excelentes, con mucha carne y sólo se cayó de hueso. La pechuga de pollo estaba un poco slabbish y necesitaba la salsa barbacoa acompañante para humedecer.Seguido de Belgium Waffle y Apple crumble y una muy buena noche para todos. Mi esposa incluso comentó que los baños estaban prístina como bien y muy bien hecho para el personal de proporcionar una velada agradable con muy poco hacer cola, a pesar de que el lugar estaba lleno.Sin duda lo tendremos en cuenta otra visita.

Este es un Wetherspoons típicos lo que significa que hay buena comida y excelente ale. A menudo comemos aquí cuando no apetece cocinar, y nunca nos ha decepcionado por la calidad de la comida por el precio que pagamos. El pub es grande, así que usualmente no hay problemas para encontrar un asiento, y siempre está limpio y el personal es amable y servicial.

This is a typical Wetherspoons establishment. If you want fine dining and fancy food then this is not the place for you, but if you want good quality food for a very reasonable price, and very well kept real ale, then you can't go wrong here. The pub itself is very large, so there's rarely a problem finding somewhere to sit, and the staff are very friendly and helpful.

the whole pub was clean.We were made to feel welcome and served promptly.the drinks we had were served by a young man who enjoyed his job, this made the visit more enjoyable. Well done all the staff at this brach and thank you.

This is a typical chain establishment. The nice thing is that the food is consistently ok and good value. Although not gourmet, we have never had a bad experience. The food is always good to eat and service quick and the price very reasonable. As the title, good to just pop in at a whim to save having to cook. The breakfasts are good too! Try the eggs benedict.

Visited bank holiday Monday for breakfast, haven't had a bad one here yet. Seemed fresh, hadn't been cooked a while, service was good as always, tables were clean, great value.

we only called in for drink, but the place seemed scruffy and unkempt had no feeling or character, as though you just go in have your drink and leave purely functional and no friendliness at all, this reflects most of the wetherspoons we have visited around the country. cheap yes inviting oh no

My husband and I regularly call for a drink here to meet friends and family. We have also eaten here quite a few times, food is always lovely. The Steak Night on a Tuesday is brilliant value for money two steaks, chips, etc and a bottle of wine! You couldn't buy the food for the price.

Place is a bit dank and dark. Sat as near to outside window as possible. My husband enjoys the real ale and I dont mind sitting there for one just an hour.

After eating in another local pub (ringobells) for Sunday lunch then visiting this place, I can only say what a let down this was, I think I've been spoilt at ringobells :) best in the area by far

This pub is a frequent haunt of ours. It is a typical Wetherspoons in every sense but the service here is very good and the no-nonsense managers are very pleasant and go out of thier way to ensure everyone has a memorable visit for all the right reasons. The team are always attentive and nothing is too much trouble. The food is excellent value for money and served in a timely manner. We often eat here and would recommend this for a cheap and cheerful experience.
