Western Fried Chicken in Welwyn Hatfield

DONT ORDER FROM HERE, NOT ON JUST EAT OR ANYTHING, Waited ages for our food when it turned up the drinks were wrong and the food was stone cold took it back after calling them non stop which didn't even go through and all they told me was it was the delivery driver was an hour late and the food was made within the time they were told about the order. They refused to make me any more food and said it was the delivery drivers fault and then tried to intimidate me a 5'5 women on her own with multiple grown men walking into their shop

Food turned up an hour late and I turned up to the shop to be told that it was sat there for an hour as the delivery driver was delayed and then told that they couldn’t do anything so call just eat AVOID AVOID AVOID

Disappointed with the Fried Chicken! I Tried Western Fried Chicken and was really disappointed. The fried chicken was way too oily and over salty. The coating was soggy instead of crispy, and the seasoning was just overpowering. For the price, I expected much better quality. Definitely not worth it!

The reason why I have given zero stars for everything is because, I asked for a meal without a drink and beans, the cashier goes to me it's the same price it should be some money off at least. I wasnt happy with that, and hes service was so dry and blunt also the atmosphere is dead. If a customer doesn't want anything to add with hes a meal it should be cheaper but instead it's the same price that is completely wrong. Worse take away shop ever.

They might sell the best fried chicken in terms of tae. But beware of the quantity, it might not feel worth the money!!

The value for money here is just kinda insane, the wings and chips are pretty good but not great but for the price the are pretty mint🕵️‍♂️ (very good drunk scran)

Do not come here, the fillet burger is dry, the wings have no flavour and are extremely greasy and oily, i threw them away after eating 1. The guy at the desk had good customer service skills and was generous with the sauces but the garlic chilli sauce and the garlic mayo sauces tasted very weird and not right. Overall this place was the worst chicken shop i have ever been to in my opinion. Save your money and go to Moe’s next door.

Disgusting customer service made my friend cry talking about her in English and in their language, she's been nothing but a regular loyal customer happy, cheerful, polite and they are completely disrespectful! All because she asked about chicken meal deals. Hospitality places are always told to be polite and this place is the most unpolite take away place I've ever known!.

One of my favorite places, really good spicy chicken wings and kind service, prefer it over anything in Stevenage. Deal 8 is my go-to, always served with beans/coleslaw and a drink, it’s part of my routine at this point 😋 Always a good price

Awful!!!! Ordered a large order, app said order was delivered but it wasn't. Called the shop and asked where the order was to be spoken over and not listened to. Asked to speak to a manager and was called a ba***rd on the phone and they hung up on me. WTH. How dare I call up and ask for the food I'd already paid for! Would never use again

Staff attitude is bad, don’t even say thank you. The fries are not cooked properly, fried chicken were soggy

Order was all wrong, and when I tried to call the shop to tell them they didn't answer for the first 10 times then answered only to take the phone off the hook and there it stayed on the side for the following 3 hours till the shop closed I am very disappointed and would NEVER order from this restaurant again!! I haven't even mentioned the food the ribs where just strips of fat! The beans that were ment to be coleslaw was fridge cold! The chicken wasn't fresh and finally the chips where hard.... so yes NEVER again food went straight in the bin!!!!

Western Fried chicken is halaal fast food in Hatfield. They have wide variety of Chicken options. They have only take away and delivery options only. They have various deals with chicken burger, fries, beans, rice etc Tip 1: Chicken wings are scrumptious. You should give a try Tip 2: They accept card only if it is £5 or more. If it is less than £5, cash is preferred payment.

It is cash only, customer service was poor and the guy who attended to me had a straight face and never smiled at any point. Chicken smelled lovely hence the 3 stars. Didnt eat it tho as I was buying for someone.

Awful food, not even worth one star. Run by a very rude manager and employ very noisy staff who dont use basic hygiene practices. Noisy staff that dont respect the neighbourhood they work in. Avoid this place and go to KFC nearby.

Well, the food hygiene is 5/5 apparently. The chicken fillet burger was very dry. The breast was dry, lack of flavour. Bun was hard and stale. Salad was old, going off see for yourself from the picture. Wings on the other hand were ok. But seemed like they were re-fried. Void this place, go Moe's next door or a KFC if you don't want to be disappointed.
