Raj is really professional in his service. I came from hertford and he was so nice with me. Definitely i ll come back again.

I got my pizza in ten minutes, faster than a lot of other pizza places, accidentally cut my hand on my keys when getting out my wallet these Samaritans gave me a mini first aid service without hesitation, it was like princess treatment, I felt so special, and the food slapped, definitely recommend

My friend ordered pizza from here. Took a bite into the pizza and found a green bit of plastic inside she spat it out, not only did she raise this with the store they was completely unapologetic stating it was a pepper and not a slice of pizza because it don’t look like one 🤣 that’s because she bite into it chewed and spat it out with the piece of plastic. While I’m aware error can take place with forgien objects entering foods the fact they refuse to be accountable and call the customer a basically liar claiming it’s a pepper it is not reassuring that they will take food Saftey or hygiene seriously if not even taking accountability. Not only is the response to ensure the customer is happy disappointing, it is highly dangerous lucky no one choked or cut their mouth open this could of been a horrific out come if a customer choked or a child ! Disgusting and it will be taken further

Been using for over 10 years but the last several times have been really dreadful. Last nights was the worst. Not only was it late and cold, half the topping ingredients were missing. I don’t know if you are under new management or what has happened but I shall be spending my money elsewhere.

I usallt get the same order either them as I do love the pizza. Always ask for added jalapeños on my pizza always get charged will rearly get them. But worst part if you ask for delivery for instant my last order 31£ so I gave q the guy 40£ "oh I have no change I've just started my shift" (even though I said was cash order)I'm not gunna leave you a nearly 10£ tip mate so come back with my change I would of been happy to give you 4£ tip and take 5£ change "oh wait I have change in my car" I wouldn't moan but this happens almost every time I get delivery from there. So my advice collect or expect to pay a hefty tip.

Ordered churros severally undercooked they were mushy! I also ordered a Oreo milkshake specifically asking for no nuts I was assured it would be fine. The milkshake was given to me with a strong tasting hazelnut chocolate sauce and bueno?! The worker continued to ask me if I had a severe nut allergy or just a mild one. Ridiculous! I payed for the Churros separately as I added the milkshake on after although I wish I didn’t bother. The milkshake was £5 I payed with a £20 note and he tried to give me £5 change in coins and keep the remaining £10 and when I said something he laughed and said well I thought you’d be generous. Disgusting behaviour they will try and rob you blind so check your change and don’t pay with card and if you have an allergy stay far far away from this shop!!!

The pizza was really good! Very generous with toppings and the delivery was quick. I would say one of the best for pizzas in the area. I think pizza GoGo is very underrated, it’s better than Domino’s. Highly recommend.

Rude... First they do not give receipts so be careful if I were you, I would not pay by card, two, they are aggressive and rude, I even got threatened. 😂.

Ordered £25 worth of pizza and was told 40 mins rang them an hour and a half later and they didn't answer. Just got a call from them the next day saying did I order a pizza last night and would I still like it. You couldn't make that up.

Honestly, they are extremely rude and unprofessional customer service, was screamed at by the rudest man I've ever had the displeasure of talking too. Twice time he hanged my calling . Therefore, the pizza I ordered was uncooked even they didn’t included any source. I never met like them and I will never meet. Personally, I don’t recommend them at all, please avoid taking from them try to find other pizza place.

Guy turned up without a mask, which was alarming and then handed me the food. Not the best pizza I have had from here and the garlic bread was over cooked so could not eat it. Delivered regular rather than diet coke. Other than that it was ok.

Awful, I’ve been a regular customer for about 10 years, was always my favourite pizza. Always recommended to friends. Recent experiences have deteriorated drastically, taking over an hour, pizza was cold and hard, when the driver eventually turned up he was rude to my wife and accused her of giving him the wrong address? Impossible when we’re automatically recognised on their system, they tell us our address when we ring! Pizza toppings have reduced over time, overall quality has dropped massively. Forgot the garlic dip which ruins the meal in my opinion. Rude staff, bad attitude, Cold dull pizza, Appalling service. They’ve just lost a long serving customer. Avoid.

So far the worst pizza from pizza Gogo tastes like dirty burn oil had to throw in the bin . try to explain to the manager I don’t want any money I don’t want a new pizza I’m just trying to explain to him there is something wrong he didn’t want know and was very rude to me . Desgusting food. We had a pizza in the evening and then me and my wife all night didn't sleep. They charge 5£ for a large pizza and use instead expire ingredients. I know another people complaints about their service.

Ordered a large meaty one Well why it's called the meaty one is beyond me I counted 6 pieces of pepperoni on the whole pizza. Absolute joke don't waste your money. Oh and the staff look like dirty stalkers that live in the woods. I don't think I will be going back any time soon unless I want to buy counterfeit money or body parts.

I ordered at 1pm, asked for no sweetcorn, got told 15min and after 30min finally got my pizza went home, guess what yes it's got extra sweetcorn and no mushroom(completely wrong way round) phoned to complain got told I have 2 come back, i said ok how long "15 min" he said and 45 min later I'm still waiting inside pizza gogo I'd rather pay extra elsewhere in the future and get better service. And for my trouble and wait I got nothing,these guys rude liers, told me on phone if I come back he will give me a dessert and offered me I can instead, told him 2 shove it where the sun doesn't shine, his response was ok he will,lol

We have ordered two large pizza and we didn’t get our dips. This is so embarrassing and disgusting. We are expecting the dips to be delivered but we didn’t received. Our pizza’s are done eating without dips. I like the dips but I didn’t have them. This is poor customer service. I hate this service👎👎👎👎👎👎

Got delivery for the family. Pizza was well cooked, right amount of toppings and the sides where great too. Nice selection for all the family to choose from.

Worse customer service I've ever encountered, the man at the counter was very rude and looked as though he didn't even want to be there. didn't stay around long enough to find out if the food is any good

Food took over 1 hour 15 minutes to arrive. Order was cold on arrival. Potato Twisters not cooked properly. Wrong chicken wings delivered. Wrong pizza base on pizza and pizza was cold and under cooked. Called to complain... was screamed at by the rudest man I've ever had the displeasure of talking to. Was told i couldn't have a refund. Only a duplicate order but he said he didn't know how long i would have to wait for it. Because i dared to challenge this he shouted some more and then hung up on me. I called back and allegedly spoke to the manager, Ramil, who told me i would have to contact head office if i wanted to complain/be refunded! Disgusting service... disgusting food and extremely rude untrained staff. Have been a customer for years (not Hatfield branch) and will never order from here again. Avoid, avoid, avoid!!!

I am not happy with my last order. I ordered 2 large pizza 2 starter bottlw of drink and 2 garlic and New one honest big dips. Didn't recived dips and recived 2 medium pizza. That was my last order. Thank you

Really bad customer service , sending half order and saying we are delivering 20 mins early not accepting there mistake , so have pizza first and wait for your garlic bread which meant to be a starter wait for it . Not ready for refund showing really bad attitude never seen customer service like this in life. Gave a money and gave food back to them too. Never ordering from them again and going further to head office. Please everyone see their rating before ordering.i wish I could give big zero (0) star to them . Ordered few times on JUSTEAT. Food arrived 20 mins eariler everytime, but was very tasty and hot. BBQ chicken wings the best. Pizza good as well.

Food was cheap and there was lots of it! Quick service and tasty food.

Just ordered a pizza from here with double sauce. When it showed up there was double cheese instead, which was pretty gross. When I called up to tell them about it they answered with repeatedly telling me that the sauce was under the cheese (duh) and that he had made himself. Terrible pizza, terrible service.

I've used these loads and never had an issue still waiting after well over an hour, just rang and said my pizza has been well over an hour he said, AND..... think hes just left the shop ... RUDE!!!!!

Just bought 2 pizzas and one had a pice of glass in it. I rang them and they have done absolutely nothing about it. I wI'll never buy pizza from here again and I advise others not to either.

RUDE argumentative staff.won't admit when there wrong .my daughter had one with a moldy Base .they however claimed it was herbs. I've worked with food my self so I know what mold is .would never go back !!

I know they make pizzas, but sending out OLD BBQ chicken is unacceptable. The chicken must've been in the freezer for months or the thighs were kept and reheated. It was a mushy, disgusting smelly mess. That goes to show what kind of standard they have for their food, the pizzas aren't great either, never again.

Guys please please please... learn to cook.. second time in two weeks you did not cook my pizza properly and I have got food poisoning. It was not cooked properly. I cant believe I spent £20 pound for two pizza and still nothing to eat. Please do not waste your money.

Ordered 2 pizzas both wrong... They sent out another two... guess what... wrong again. So 2 hours after placing the order on line, so in writing, we have 4 pizzas we did not want!
