Premium service with super polite staff. We went their several times to have food and well enjoyed. Had a couple of times conversation with staff specially with Chris, Mishal, Gedion and many more staff members they are super polite to serve service. Highly recommended this place for families, friends etc.

Pathetic experience I had today, I asked for a tea even we asked them the tea is actual tea like indian Masala tea they said yes it is, it was also displayed picture on the screen but they had given a boiled water with tea bag, we have to add milk and suger, I personally suggest not to buy tea from burger king

Waited nearly 40mins for a simple order, so had to pay £2.50! parking as went over the 30mins. A painful wait after a long day Chris is brilliant, but he’s under staffed. Needs more support from mgmt

I entered at a time where it was incredibly busy. Alot of orders were going on and there was envitiable wait times. However I must say the staff were on point, a team leader by the name of Gillian looked focused and in control of an otherwise stressful situation. It's team work and service like this along with quality food that makes me come back. Much respect to welwyn BK team!

Placed an order via just eat, was waiting over an hour so called the branch for the phone to be answered with 'hello'. No introduction as to were I had called nothing Asked where my order was to be told it had been picked up 45 minuets prior, although just eat app shows that it was still being prepared at the restaurant. Horrendous customer service from burger king and from JE (mainly because you can't get through to an actual person if you have a problem)

Very friendly staff, amazing service as our order went through the app as normal royales when it should have been vegan royales. These were graciously change even though the chicken royales had already been cooked. Perfect service with a smile from the team!

Went here for lunch today. I had a Double Whopper meal and my Wife had a Crispy Chicken Tender. Service was quick, friendly and polite. Restaurant was nice, clean and tidy Food was really nice, especially my Double Whopper, best I have had in a while. Only very small bad point, was that my Wife felt her Tender had too much mayo in it. Apart from that, it was a very enjoyable meal.

Burger king are a greedy company that now charge for dips unless you want ketchup. The burger was really good but the Doroito cheese fries are so gross! Not for me. Staff were very friendly and restaurant was clean.

It looks like this branch is under new management, the service has gone downhill badly. There was a 20 mins wait last night for a whopper while the supervisor/manager went off for his break leaving one person who knew what they were doing with a queue going back to the door.

Our food from just eat took an hour to come on a Tuesday night, delivery time kept going up and up. Called several times to speak to someone, finally got through and told food was sitting there waiting for courier but that it would not be cold. Lo and behold food was stone cold and nuggets completely undercooked and inedible - completely disgusting!!!

Love coming here! Used to have really fast service but recently they have been taking a really long time to prepare the food. The other day my food got delayed 4 times and I didn’t receive my food until an 1 hour and 20 minutes after I placed the order. Only issue though and still way better than the McDonald’s across the road 😂

This looks like a new / recently refurbished BK as it all looked new and fresh. The toilets were exceptionally clean. I ordered on the app and the collection counter team were very friendly. The restaurant was fairly quiet as it was early for lunch but they have good music playing. I had the returning spicy bean burger which was good but I was disappointed by the size as it is now small and round as opposed to the long burger it used to be. Also the recipe is certainly different and spice level a lot milder. I hope they will return to the much loved original. Overall this particular BK is great and I would attend again.

Always a great place to eat. Food is consistently good and if you use the app then it's great value too. Chris is a particularly delightful chap and manages the place perfectly . The place is spotless including the toilets .
