super nice, loved the new steakhouse angus burger 10/10 for sure !! though sometimes it takes quite a while for the food to be ready it’s still very nice:)

We had incredible difficulty trying to order online, so we went in and spoke with the manager. After a couple of false starts and having exposed a problem in their system we got what we wanted thanks to the dedicated help and courtesy of the manager.

Amazing food and amazing staff. Respectful and nice and took a photo for us. I’d recommend the service is fast and reliable and the food is always great especially the loaded fries

I visit this place frequently. I like the food always freshly sereved and quickly. And the service is good Aswell. Namely Nikhila is good. As I faced issue with my card and she helped me through it it took like 10 mins I really appreciate it.

The employees can't do there job properly we were waiting for 30 mins then we found out that they haven't even started and none of them could speak proper english

I was at this place the other day and I loved it. Staff was so great which would make we wanna go again.. A staff saw me struggling with my bags offered to help and get food on my table too.

Easily the best fast food i've ever had. Exceptional food, extremely clean and hygienic, delightful staff that went out of their way to offer to take photos for an occassion. I'm becoming a regular there for good reason and cannot reccommend enough.

Lakshman was amazing today. We arrived with 11 feral and starving 9 year olds for a birthday gathering and he helped us put the order through and then brought the food really quickly. There was a problem with one of my orders (my error) and he sorted it out for us super fast. The restaurant was clean and well kept and really friendly. Thank you - we'll be back (but with fewer children!)

The meal was great value for money and the environment was quite clean. The staff and manager (Lakman) were quite courteous and willing to help. It's a lovely place for a quick lunch with family. They also had some puzzle cards for the kids which kept them engaged too.

Third time visiting and the environment is always tidy and neat. Toilet is always squeaky clean. Food always taste great and fresh. It was also my first time redeeming my points to make a purchase and the manager Lakshma was quite helpful and patient while showing me how to use this. The staff were overall friendly and helpful. Perfect place for a quiet lunch with family.

Pathetic experience I had today, I asked for a tea even we asked them the tea is actual tea like indian Masala tea they said yes it is, it was also displayed picture on the screen but they had given a boiled water with tea bag, we have to add milk and suger, I personally suggest not to buy tea from burger king

Waited nearly 40mins for a simple order, so had to pay £2.50! parking as went over the 30mins. A painful wait after a long day Chris is brilliant, but he’s under staffed. Needs more support from mgmt

I entered at a time where it was incredibly busy. Alot of orders were going on and there was envitiable wait times. However I must say the staff were on point, a team leader by the name of Gillian looked focused and in control of an otherwise stressful situation. Placed an order via just eat, was waiting over an hour so called the branch for the phone to be answered with 'hello'. No introduction as to were I had called nothing Asked where my order was to be told it had been picked up 45 minuets prior, although just eat app shows that it was still being prepared at the restaurant. Horrendous customer service from burger king and from JE (mainly because you can't get through to an actual person if you have a problem)

Went here for lunch today. I had a Double Whopper meal and my Wife had a Crispy Chicken Tender. Service was quick, friendly and polite. Restaurant was nice, clean and tidy Food was really nice, especially my Double Whopper, best I have had in a while. Only very small bad point, was that my Wife felt her Tender had too much mayo in it. Apart from that, it was a very enjoyable meal.
