Great place to eat staff so friendly

Very clean and tidy, all of the staff are very friendly and extremely helpful, especially the assistant manager Chris who helped us in store today, nothing was too much trouble. Would recommend.

Kept extremely clean by the staff and they were very attentive to all of the customers who were seated.

Lovely food and very friendly service from all the team especially Lakshman.

The team was friendly and helpful. I had ordered food at two different times, and typically order my burgers without the bun (which can't be done on the self service kiosk). The staff happily made the change after the order, and the manager even remembered me from before and made my order himself the second time. I'm from the US, and honestly can't remember the customer service having been so good at a US location, as it was here :)

Nice and spacious Burger King. Ordering is self service using the terminals. If you are stuck, they will get a member of staff to help you. I love the whopper, I much prefer it to the Big Mac but I am surprised why BK is no way as popular as McDonald’s. They have offers on every day except Saturdays. Local parking is available. Highly recommended.

We had incredible difficulty trying to order online, so we went in and spoke with the manager. After a couple of false starts and having exposed a problem in their system we got what we wanted thanks to the dedicated help and courtesy of the manager.

The employees can't do there job properly we were waiting for 30 mins then we found out that they haven't even started and none of them could speak proper english

I visit this place frequently. I like the food always freshly sereved and quickly. And the service is good Aswell. Namely Nikhila is good. As I faced issue with my card and she helped me through it it took like 10 mins I really appreciate it.

Lakshman was amazing today. We arrived with 11 feral and starving 9 year olds for a birthday gathering and he helped us put the order through and then brought the food really quickly. There was a problem with one of my orders (my error) and he sorted it out for us super fast. The restaurant was clean and well kept and really friendly. Thank you - we'll be back (but with fewer children!)

Best Burger King I've had in a long time, including the service too it was really good! The burger and chips were piping hot and delicious. Worthy mention of the manager too, lovely and happy guy who makes sure you're getting the best service and he'll happily fulfill anything you need!

way too long to wait for fast food burger

The meal was great value for money and the environment was quite clean. The staff and manager (Lakman) were quite courteous and willing to help. It's a lovely place for a quick lunch with family. They also had some puzzle cards for the kids which kept them engaged too.

Third time visiting and the environment is always tidy and neat. Toilet is always squeaky clean. Food always taste great and fresh. It was also my first time redeeming my points to make a purchase and the manager Lakshma was quite helpful and patient while showing me how to use this. The staff were overall friendly and helpful. Perfect place for a quiet lunch with family.

Pathetic experience I had today, I asked for a tea even we asked them the tea is actual tea like indian Masala tea they said yes it is, it was also displayed picture on the screen but they had given a boiled water with tea bag, we have to add milk and suger, I personally suggest not to buy tea from burger king

Waited nearly 40mins for a simple order, so had to pay £2.50! parking as went over the 30mins. A painful wait after a long day Chris is brilliant, but he’s under staffed. Needs more support from mgmt
