on the map the driver went the opposite direction and was for 5 minutes before making his way to my direction food cold now so not happy

kept changing the delivery time over an over and when the food did come it was stone cold. It wasn't the driver either, as soon as they got it they were here in minutes..

Missing one item from my delivery

arrived cold. originally quoted 11pm then later updated to 11.25-11.45 window

Lots of staff but zero efficiency. Drinks piled up with no order to it. Food sat going cold and then giving it to people lukewarm.

The chips I got was cold and there was only half a box only got 1 pot of sauce for 6 chicken nuggets and the mc rib was dry

Not the first time my order has been short of food which is appalling when you have guests, will order from elsewhere from now on.

I have ordered from you guys regularly and while the food and delivery were great the only thing that lets you down is the incapability to get the order right, pls check before you send the order out, I've missed out on an item or two on numerous occasions now and today was one of them

Después de pedir esperamos mucho tiempo por nuestra comida, una vez que la conseguimos nuestro pedido estaba completamente equivocado, mi mamá pidió un rollo de tocino con salsa marrón, pero vino con ketchup a pesar de que el envoltorio tenía “salsa marrón” escrita en ella y mis tortitas y comida de salchichas sin la empanada de salchichas. Cuando mi madre subió al mostrador, los camareros actuaron confundidos sobre por qué estaba ocupado a la hora del desayuno. Y para empeorar aún más uno de los servidores amigos se saltó la cola y consiguió su comida rápidamente mientras que tuvimos que esperar durante mucho tiempo para nuestra comida dos veces. Si vienes aquí espera una mala experiencia, si pudiéramos calificar 0 estrellas lo haríamos.

Let's be honest if you fancy a McDonald's it doesn't matter whether I rate this a 1 or a 5, you're still going to order, but here is the thing. My food was cold, and had missing Nuggets. You don't have to read much further to see I'm not alone. Poor.

food was cold, chips were white and undercooked, missing a Mc plant patty ( how they managed to do that is beyond me!) really disappointed as Hatfield are normally really thorough. I'd expect this from the Welwyn branch, but not from here. shame!

The driver was found us which can be sometimes difficult. However the food was cold. The oasis had spilt in the bag. And the milkshake was not drinkable - it had so much strawberry syrup in it that it was nearly purple.

Please tell your drivers to look at delivery address then numbers on doors you can’t really mess up a 8 for a 6 , there’s always a problem when I order on this site I’m considering using a different app and putting the word around, please it’s not hard to read an address when it’s literally your job my neighbours work nights so him knocking on the door has obviously woken them for no reason all because he was to lazy the read and then look for the right door.

Order was cold when delvered, but not suprised as delivered by a young guy on a PUSHBIKE Hatfield must be at least 5.5 miles if not more to my home address . Why are you allowing this to happen, waisting peoples money on cold food being delivered ?

It arrived late, the drinks had spilt and destroyed the bottom of the bag, we received one of our three mc flurry’s and it had Fanta all in it so had to throw it out. The chips were cold and two burgers were squashed beyond what’s normal, never had an issue up until today really disappointed and won’t be ordering from this one again.

Standards are slipping at Hatfield Galleria McDonalds. Ordered double sausage egg McMuffin extra hash brown and Porridge with syrup plus large latte… I got a McMuffin WITHOUT the egg, NO PORRIDGE. Come on Hatfield Galleria get your act together.

Never visited McDonald's went shopping

Took granddaughters for breakfast as a treat , waited about 5 minutes from ordering to receiving the items. The food was hot as was my latte. The youngest granddaughter played on the restaurant computer, only downside out of the 6 computers only one is working. This restaurant is inside Asda supermarket, which gets extremely busy, often to the extent of no seating available at certain times of the day.

They claimed that 27 quid of food was delivered within a few minutes of us ordering it, but nothing arrived. A refund was refused without any explanation being given.

I want a refund for my burger. The lettuce that was put in that was disgusting and rancid. Could not eat burger because of this.
