McDonald's in Welwyn Hatfield

I’m honestly shocked. I ordered two Big Macs and BOTH came without the top and bottom buns — just the patties and fillings shoved in a box. This is absolutely ridiculous. My kids were so excited and now they’re incredibly upset, and I’m beyond disappointed. How does something like this even happen? I have the proof of what I am saying.It ruined our meal and our evening. Please do better, McDonald’s.

Food awesomely tasty as per McDonald's standards but what stands out is the extra lid on drinks I.e. coffee and milkshakes, which stops them from spilling.

They forgot the barbecue sauce

food needs to be hot next time.

Driver was so helpful and so polite even went back to get the rest of the order for us that was missing so kind

Good food. But why you playing music so loud. And the music is all pop. Common, we all like pop but not when eating our food. Loud music and lots of school kids loitering?

Decent Staff members only down side is waited 25 mins for 2 breakfast meals whilst they weren’t even busy

We live literally 5 mins away or less but still our food was cold I don’t understand how this happens we pay admin and delivery charge and this keeps happening and then puts you off of ordering it’s been a few weeks since we ordered and nothing has changed still cold meals come on try and do something about this. Plus no money back either

A delightful person by the name of Megan served me and took my order correctly. Also the manger on duty was pleasant. I was excited to get a Philly Cheese Stack, sadly it was clear whoever made it, didn't know the difference between the PCS and a quarter pounder. When I arrived home, I saw how dry the burger was and missing ingredients. Sadly it confirms why people have said not order from here. I'm sure it's fine for the standard menu, but not for limited 1s.

Never ordering McDonald’s again almost every single time they get my order wrong. How hard can it be????

Really disappointing. Delivery time kept changing, and only ordered as was given an eta of only 20 minutes. Almost an hour later it arrived but food was cold and not even a straw for the drink.

the coke had a very very bad taste, my child couldn't drink it and when I i test it I can tell was horrible

Items constantly missing from my orders, Just eat is not sorting anything out, the restaurant is impossible to reach via phone. Dodge this place!

Terrible service. 4 times I have ordered. 3 times I have had an item missing. The most recent order: F03FE Their phone line is invalid. There is no way to contact apart from going in store to complain when they routinely "misplace" the undelivered item. Order from the other McDonald's in Hatfield.

Never seem to have mcflurry or milkshakes available on a Saturday. Asked why and got a response that it was working yesterday and they aren't responsible for it! But it very seldom works! Customer service is appalling

I did not receive my order for two medium meals. The place I ordered it from is literally round the corner and my app shows delivered at 20:18 however it is now 20:44 and I have not received anything. I have appealed it but no response as of yet and there was no option for “not receiving your food”. I wouldn’t mind betting that one of my neighbours are / have enjoyed the £20 of food that was meant to go to me and my daughter.

Food was moderately warm but my coffee was almost lukewarm. Courier was friendly but the store took too long preparing the food.

wow,I hope you guys read this,whoever made my food definitely took their time. wow... fries,hot,burgers warm soft crispy succulent, mcflurry,sweet,chunky . I'm lovin it .Best McDonald's I've had in my life,shame I ate so quickly . definitely will be ordering again soon.

Delivery was not late it never turned up. Ordered food at 8.40 and just never arrived and then store shut. Should have messaged if they couldn’t fulfil this

I booked my dinner early so it would arrive in my lunch break but it turned up 15 minutes late and stone cold when mentioning it to the driver he just laughed will never be ordering from McDonald’s again

The ordering process is automated but reasonably simple to use. There is a decent vegetarian/vegan range. The sweet chilli vegan wrap was really nice.

Fries portion in happy meal - there was about 10 fries in one happy meal and a normal portion in the other happy meal. Ordered a strawberry milkshake, the wrong flavour arrived

Placed my order at 6.30 and it wasn’t delivered till 8pm…… appalling!! If I’m paying for a delivery I expect it to be within or close the time offed as that is what I have based my purchase on. If you had said it was going to be over an hour to deliver I would not have place the order….. it is not acceptable to take payment for a service then deliver over 60mins later then you latest time offered time at the point of ordering.

As usual the burgers were great but the fries were soggy and tasteless.

Marking collections as ready but waiting for food to be made. Stood and watched them as the screen said my food was ready to collect and waited several minutes and saw them put it in a bag and then call me. Food was as expected but looks like they are working to targets to mark food done and not customer expectations such as having food ready when it is ready and not before it was.

The food I received was very cold lucky I have a microwave
