A very relaxing and peaceful setting. Lovely, friendly people. I would have stayed all day if I could have but I forgot my glasses to read my book. Will definitely be going again and taking my mum 😄

Came across the beach bar & tea room on our evening stroll from seasalter. Bar lady was so friendly and made us feel very welcome despite it being a private owners park. Great price for alcohol beverages! Didn’t eat but menu simple and reasonably priced- will be returning very soon to sample the lunch menu.

Incredibly unfriendly and unwelcoming. Fortunately there are plenty of lovely places along the seafront so avoid this one.

We came across the Tea rooms by chance, walking along the front. How fabulous, 2 of us had the Stilton & Walnut scones ( recommend) 2 had bacon rolls (ciabatta) lovely pot of tea with China cups. The staff were lovely and it's not often you visit the loos and think wow they are smashing! The small people in the party were welcomed too. Such a pleasant stop. Than you

We were just walking along the seafront and saw the blackboard advertising this tearoom, so decided to give it a try. We're glad we did! Beautiful cakes, coffees and we saw people ordering a cream tea. Really friendly owners, and good value for money. Inside and outside seating in the little garden area or on the front patio. Bonus, the loos are really clean and well maintained too!

Well off the beaten track but all the better for it. On a blustery breezy day not too many customers. Limited choice, we had the stilton and walnut scone, it was spot on and good cup of tea too. Friendly staff, all in all a good place for a breather.

This lovely place set just off the beach in a Caravan Park. They serve lovely afternoon teas with homemade scones and clotted cream, a range of cakes, teas and coffee. They also have a good bar with some of the best prices in town, £3.50 for a pint of Kronnenberg. I use this place on my dog walk regularly and they always give the dog a treat.

Literally stumbled upon this place after a long walk along the sea front- hot and tired and there it was! You walk through a caravan site- so to be honest we didn’t expect much. But it is lovely! Quaint and welcoming. Outside seating and then a garden at the back - if you have children there’s even a tiny caravan for them to play in! So relaxing. We didn’t eat there- but was assured by a regular that their cakes are to die for!! I’d happily drive all the way from London just for that walk and then the friendly greeting here.

On a cold and windy day, there's nothing like a good cuppa tea and a plain warm scone. Although this little tearoom does not seem like much, it was the ideal place for that. Right next to the beach, very charming and cosy, the owners are very pleasant and welcoming. Will come again.

This lovely little cafe is a regular stop off for us when we walk the dogs up from seasalter. Lovely people on a family owned site, lots of friendly banter and great value menu. Loos have had a refurb this season and look great! Beautiful little garden in the sunshine and dog and kid friendly. Highly recommended stop off on a walk along the seafront

We happened upon this place as we wanted to get away from the Sunday crowds in Whitstable, and we were so glad we did. Unpretentious place. On a caravan park. Walk up the steps, open the gate and enter! The hospitality is second to none. And the prices are unbelievable. They could charge so much more. Just for friendliness and customer service. We only had drinks but so enjoyed sitting there, chatting to the owners and other patrons. And it is dog friendly! We will absolutely return. Go!

First time here, wandered off from the family on the beach in search of a cup of tea and found the perfect one at this location. Tea for one served in a pot with extra water in a jug, plus fresh milk also in a jug, with a bone China matching cup and saucer, outstanding. All brought to me at my chosen table outside. It was obvious that the proprietor has pride in what they do and the way they provide the service. In addition it was outstanding value at £1:70. It will not be the last visit I make to this hidden gem.

Super quiet haven almost on the beach. Lovely welcoming people, proper china teapots and teacups. Able to sit in the sun and relax over our cream teas. Other visitors had lunches, lagers and ice creams. Even doggy visitors catered for. Will return.

Nestled in the small caravan park at the end of Island Wall, you could easily walk past and miss this little gem. It is an unpretentious, higgly-piggly space but that is it it charms. Tea served in a pots of real china and cups rather than mugs is such a welcome from the world of the Costa bucket of tea or coffee. The staff are extremely friendly and relaxed. This is an informal space as is the whole experience. They are also licensed if you want to have something a little stronger. The sunsets from this part of Whitstable are stunning.

A fantastic place to stop for Tea, Coffee & Cake, and Ice cream which was great for the kids. My Daughter loved the Chocolate cake. I personally enjoyed the home made scones with Cream & Jam. This place is tucked away, and well worth walking along the beach to find.

Popped in for a little sit down and a cup of tea after our beach walk with the nephews. They were quite happy with ice cream and their beach treasure (a rock, stick and feather?) We had tea which came in a lovely olde worlde pot with extra hot water. Not expensive either. Worth a visit if you are wandering past. They are open to non residents.
