Best bread in town! Their white bloomers is awesome (although the brown seeded even better, but not on the delivery menu ☹️). Also, my favourite jam doughnuts too.

I asked for butter in the sandwich there was none and the sausage was not recently cooked won't be using wenzels high barnet ever again

Very bad service, my aunt used the app too good to go.The lady said they close at 5pm when at the website it clearly says its 5.30 the closing time in bank Holidays 🙄 They say it's the apps fault but they rather make people waste time to go there instead of just cancelling the order so refund is automatically made. RIDICULOUS!

The staff was really friendly and served quickly. Highly recommend using this bakery. They are more friendly than greggs across the road. Really impressed and you 2 are a credit to the company service was brilliant

The Chicken and bacon baguette was great! A lil too much rocket but the taste was amazing and fresh!

Well Packed and ecologically recycled. Food was fresh and tasted good. Good portions and value for money.

Over £4 for a roll and hardly any filling had to come home and open up a can of tuna to fill it,they used to be really generous with their fillings not anymore. The only thing has gone up considerably is the price 😡

Placed order at 11:30, order didn’t arrive until 12:30 (an hour) when order placed it said delivery time would be 15-30 minutes , very frustrating. Also sausage rolls were cold

Went up to the counter with my panini and Pepsi and asked what is in your deal for snacks? The guy behind the counter then looked at the panini and replied cheese and ham. I repeated no, what are your snack options for the meal deal and he replied hot drink?! I told him to forget it and walked out

Very reliable restaurant and tasty food

Long term customer I'm there almost every single day, love the team that are there. The new manager is amazing excelling in customer service, just like the rest of the team. Extremely friendly environment as a customer, service always with a smile should be their motto at the Barnet branch. Love everyone there.

Forgot my coffee with 5he order even though it was one of 4 items. Then tried to charge me 2.75 to deliver the coffee they forgot make. Awful service!! Food tasted stale also!!

Always send wrong items. This time I ordered a ‘create your own’ bloomer sandwich and received a baguette instead. If I wanted a baguette I would have ordered one. Croissant was extremely burnt. Justeat customer care are useless and never give refunds when the order is incorrect or missing items.

While everything else was OK the bloomer sandwich was so small compared to what I usually get for the £4.25 it's worth.

The courier sat in his car for a long time after picking up my order. When he arrived he made me leave my house cross the road to collect my order. I may aswell have walked to the shop! When I opened the order the coffees had spilt all over the baguette making it soggy.

Driver was on the phone to Someone else when he could have gave me a call to help him find the place but instead I had to come out of my house to go collect my delivery.

Very disappointing!!! Order a ham and cheese panini which is charge 5.50 on deliveroo and this is what I receive. I do understand that food costs are increasing but sell a panini whith 3/4 slice of ham and bit of cheese, Is very ridiculous and a scam!!!

i asked the driver cause i put the wrong address to come and bring it to the right address which is just down the road

The food was freezing cold and rolls didnt look cooked properly they were white so we have to warm it up. The coffee was 3/4 full and just about warm.

Item took 45 mins from order to door. Delivery time kept changing so difficult to pin down. Driver looked like they were doing a number of drops which maybe why it was changing so much. Keep in mind if ordering hot food

I've ordered through just eat twice and both times the order has been wrong which is really disappointing when you are looking forward to something and get a completely different item.

I ordered 2 Ham and Cheese Baguettes as I normally do but yesterday I got 2 Hot Ham and Melted Cheese Baguettes and they were awful and I am very disappointed in that Order I usually buy in the Shop but this time I used Just Eat but next time I will be very careful what I order as I couldn’t find anything on the menu that was similar to what I was delivered.

I’ve ordered tomatoes and mozzarella pesto panini and I got chicken

Sadly all the food was cold - got told food had been picked up and arrival time. Then watched as time got extended by a further 10 minutes… Additionally the cheese and pesto panini had no pesto and was basically a wet baguette. Love Wenzels, just not through JustEat!

Yet again something was left out of the order. There was only four items!!!!

I always like Wenzel food and I hate leaving less than perfect reviews. Maybe the lady who served me was having a bad day. From the moment I walked in until I paid and collected my food, there was no hello or thank you from this person, no verbal exchange what so ever throughout. When she put my order through she was just standing there waiting for me to pay without saying anything, after that she left my food on the counter turned her back towards me. I walked out of there thinking ‘wow this is just rude’. I don’t expect you to go beyond to provide perfect customer service but this is a business and you do not want people to feel unwelcomed by this type of service

Delivery driver stopped with my food for 10mins on bells hill making the food go cold. Then was rude at the door saying it’s not his problem when I tried asking him a question then walked off. Cold food and rude delivery driver he was very odd

Everybody loves a Wenzels. I certainly do. Their sausage and bacon baguettes are legit. The actual bread is always so tasty :)

A lovely blond woman (the manager?) suggested us a doughnut with jam - vegan. My vegan sister was sooooo impressed that she has regretted not buying a box to take it back to Italy aha She even tried to get it delivered to her but it's not an option! thank you for always being so kind, we need you in Barnet xxx

They didn't send any sugar with my coffee. I was at a work site with a lot of people, we had coffee with now sugar pouch.

I asked for a whole loaf and they sent it sliced.

horrible. Driver "lost their signal" for half an hour when it was apparently on its way. When they got their signal back, they hadn't even left the restaurant. Ordered at 7:40, it arrived at 9. Bit rubbish, service wise.

Not had a bad experience yet. Been there a dozen times and tend to get the same things. However their selection is pretty good and I always spend time looking. Staff always seem happy and helpful.

Thanks to all the team at Wenzels Barnet! I placed a LARGE buffet order to collect for a wake, the food was great and the staff were very helpful. Would highly recommend!
