Good atmosphere but the price and quality of food has been declining a lot over the year. 10 small pieces of squid cost 9.35 pounds.

We came here for lunch, the sandwiches were delicious. Fantastic service and very cozy atmosphere. Fif was so friendly and welcoming. We felt very taken care of and we can't wait to come back!

Came in a group as was recommended, the ‘tallish’ blonde lady (who stated she was the floor manager, according to the reply to this review she was being dishonest) was incredibly rude and inappropriate to my friend whose English isn’t great. They only just asked a question. Bar staff and food was great , but massive shame about the unprofessionalism. UPDATE: In addition, Beaufort Park have completely disregarded my negative review.. stating I must have the area wrong which is funny since I live in Colindale and under a 10minute walk away. Came here a year after, thankfully the rude blonde lady is gone so I've added an extra star for service. In future I would take constructive criticism instead of trying to dodge them though, just a tip if you want to maintain an honest business.

Viv is the Star of this pub. Make us keep coming back . The food is amazing and very reasonable price. Have lots of variants beers selection too. You must be lucky enough if you got serve by her. Come often during the lunch time and evening for drinks with my friends. Defenetly high recomande

Came here for the first time after uni with my friends and the atmosphere was very friendly and welcoming. I spoke to the new manager, I think her name was Georgia? She was very accommodating and made our visit very enjoyable :)

The Beaufort is definitely a hidden Gem in Colendale. We have a great reunion time with great foods here. Vivian is our waitress whom is so warm welcoming and helpful. Highly recommended.

I went to the pub for the first time on Friday to have dinner with my girl and watch the England match, everything was absolutely delicious, my sincere compliments to the chef and to all staff behind the bar, the pub it’s stunning and we are 100% coming back more often, definitely we’ll be enjoying the amazing outside area during summer.

Been coming to this absolute gem for a while now and certainly my first go to local pub. I recommend there to everyone and anyone! Sunday roasts are a game changer. Recently met the new General Manager, Georgia, who is true gift for this place! She’s kind, welcoming, funny, and purely superb in every way! Smashing vibes all round. Very excited to see what’s to come here!

Popped in here to escape the rain and it's definitely my new favourite pub, the glass conservatory area is a great place to relax with a drink after work, all the staff were friendly and looked like they actually enjoyed working there and Georgia was lovely! Will definitely be returning soon!

Awful awful experience at the Beaufort on Saturday night. I used to come here quite often before however had not been here for a couple of years. We got there at 8pm and placed our order immediately. At 8.15 the waitress came to tell us that the camembert was not available which was by far their best dish on the menu. Instead, I ordered a soup, and 2 burgers and a salad were ordered for the table along with a couple of beers and lime cordial soda. Considering they are a relatively expensive pub, they don't even refund the parking which other retailers in the area do. Lime cordial just had Soda and no cordial, the sofas that we were sitting on were completely torn, and that was just the start. We waited for an hour for our food and at 9.10 I went to the counter to ask about the food and they said they will check. And two minutes later she comes with 2 very cold burgers, a tiny salad (which was meant to be a main course) and a thick paste of nothingness for a Cauliflower soup. Basically no one bothered to serve us till I reminded them. Anyway the burgers were dreadful, and so was the soup and when we asked for some ketchup they gave the tiniest little bowl with a few drops of ketchup. Honestly the place has gone to the dogs. I was so embarrased as I took two guests with me. And the best part was that no staff was willing to take responsibility. Never had such bad food and pathetic service. What a complete waste of money.

I am a regular customer at this pub, visiting twice a week with my friend. I always order a Passion Fruit Martini. You have a bartender named Shahin who is amazing—very polite, hardworking, and able to handle everything efficiently and respectfully on his own. However, tonight was a different experience. There was a man working with two girls, and they were extremely rude, especially the man. He blatantly ignored us while we waited at the bar for 20 minutes. Instead of acknowledging us, he looked at us rudely and served other customers first. Eventually, we got tired of waiting and told them we would take a seat, asking them to let us know when our drinks were ready so we could pick them up ourselves. Even then, we waited another 15 minutes before going back to check. When I asked again, the man deliberately ignored me, looked at me, and continued moving around without responding. At that point, I lost my patience and asked why he was treating us this way, as if he were serving us for free. It was absolutely ridiculous—especially since the same thing happened again with our second order. Very disappointing.

I have been a regular customer at this place, but tonight was the worst experience I have ever had. The bartender’s attitude was incredibly rude and unprofessional. When we arrived at the bar to order our drinks, the bartender made us wait for 15 minutes without acknowledging us. He turned his back on us, ignored our presence, and did not even ask for payment or confirm our order. We stood there awkwardly, waiting, and eventually decided to sit down. We told one of the staff members—a man and two women—that we would sit and wait for them to inform us when our drinks were ready. After another 15 minutes, we could clearly see that our drinks were ready, but no one brought them to us. Instead, the bartender kept serving everyone else while completely ignoring us. We had to go back and ask for our drinks, which they finally gave us after a long delay. Later, when we returned to the bar to place another order, the same bartender treated us with the same level of disrespect. He ignored us again and made us feel as if we were not welcome. I have no idea why we were treated this way, especially as regular customers. On the other hand, Shahin, one of the staff members, has always been incredibly polite, respectful, and professional. He greets customers with a smile, serves with care, and treats everyone with kindness. His excellent service is the reason I have always enjoyed coming here. (he was off tonight ) Unfortunately, after tonight’s experience, I am seriously reconsidering whether I want to return. Customer service should be consistent for all guests, and no one should feel ignored or disrespected.

Decidimos parar después de visitar el Museo de la RAF a pocos pasos antes de hacer nuestro camino de regreso a Surrey. Encontramos una mesa bastante fácil, y fueron recibidos rápidamente por el personal de camareros, bebidas y comida ordenada rápidamente significaba que podíamos sentarnos y disfrutar de los niños construyendo sus compras recientes en la tienda de regalos. El menú tenía muchas opciones deliciosas, pero fuimos por el nudillo de cerdo con huevo y patatas fritas... Fue increíble el sabor de la carne y la forma en que se cayó del hueso fue tan morada y a un precio muy razonable. El servicio fue genial, incluso se tomaron el tiempo para permitir que nuestro tiempo de tres años para pedir otro jugo de manzana. Un montón de juegos para mantener a los jóvenes uno y los jóvenes en el corazón entretenido. Solo logré obtener el nombre de Shannon, pero el equipo en su conjunto fue maravilloso, volveremos cuando siga en el área.

Another wonderful visit to our local pub. Sunday roast has never disappointed us so far and we had another wonderful meal today. I highly recommend to pair it with the best Malbec they have on the menu Bodega Collection Malbec. Thank you Shannon for a very welcoming and friendly service.

A very nice and friendly place, good atmosphere, good food. I went here with my family for a Sunday Roast, and the food was really good. Tasty, good size, reasonable price. I wouldn't recommend Mojito though - it was done without crushed ice and without cane sugar, it was generally nothing like Mojito. A service is a mix - when we arrived one waitress told us that there are no free tables, yet another one found us a table, and we were there for over 2 hours. Luckily we were served by the latter. The place is dog friendly, there was even a dog birthday party when we were there!

Myself & my family come to The Beaufort often. The past two years we have had Christmas lunch here and have often had parties of 10+. The staff here are very helpful, welcoming and friendly. They are attentive and offer a really great service. The atmosphere is vibrant and buzzy. It’s the classiest place in the area! The food in the past year, with a newer chef on board has been better than ever and we often call in for a Sunday roast. The Beaufort caters for couple date nights, party nights, lunchtime meetings plus Sunday family lunches. Alex, Shannon, Viv, Georgiana, Matt are all wonderful but so are all the staff I haven’t mentioned! A truly great place and a truly great team!

We really enjoyed our meal here. Two people in our party with allergies and they were completely knowledgeable about gluten free dishes. Vivian was especially amazing, went above and beyond to check the ingredients list in each list! She is so friendly too. The food was absolutely amazing, flavour was there and quality was top-notch. Went for a lunchtime beer , wanted a youngs beer , none available on tap .. its a youngs establishment so you think its going to have its own on beer on .. wouldnt mind but ive only been in there a couple of times recently and it occured the last time too!! , so i ordered a madri .. and im told need to change barrel , so i walked out .

Food was delicious & service was outstanding. I think you should really consider making Matt FOH manager. Hospitality rating 10 out to 10. Really diligent and follows up with customers, knows what he is doing and will definitely come back.

I went to have a drink, the place is nice, the atmosphere is cool but first I bought a double gin and tonic and paid 8.55, then I bought 2 of the same gin and tonic and paid 27.90. The business ethics of this place are bad, don't take your customers for fools.

We came for lunch in the middle of the week, ordered 4 dishes 2 of them are for kids, waited over an hour for the food. The manager did refunded us the money for the food due to the inconvenience, but the experience was still bad The food was ok at best.

Booked this for our Christmas party. Asked and was promised a quiz night ,which normally takes place on said night .we donated tinned items of food as asked but on arriving there was no quiz ,although more than happy to take our donation. On top of this most items were missing from the Christmas menu ,so was far from a Christmas dinner. This totally spoilt our night ,the one night of the year when everyone gets dolled up for a great night ...we won't be going back

The fish had clearly been fried twice and was a strange dark colour which is what happens if you reheat/cook fish twice. The chips also were not fresh at all. I guess it would have been too good to be true to have had 2 great experiences in a row. It was a shame.

Just had our Team Christmas dinner and food was brilliant 👏. Will recommended to anyone who would like to have a lovely meal in Colindale. We were served by Georgina and Vivian whom were both lovely.

We have been served by two lovely waiters Georgia and Vivian. Lovely food, worth the price and we'll presented in the plate. We were welcomed by the manager in the end, which I valued as a nice courtesy gesture. I recommend it. Certainly coming back. Meal and two drinks, good price and quality food as well.

I arrange a work do at the Beaufort and it was brilliant. Not only was the food delicious, the staff were so attentive and welcoming! They made sure everything ran smoothly and were more than happy to help with any queries we had. Thank you so much, it was such a pleasure and I'll be sure to be back soon

I am the resident of the Beaufort Park development ans I spend quite a lot of time at the Beaufort pub. This is my favourite place to relax, work, and socialise in Colindale. What I like the most about this pub is the relaxing atmosphere, it is much quieter, cleaner, and more pleasant compared to other places. What I also enjoy quite a lot about the Beaufort is that during the day I can work from here whereas in the evening it turns into a really viby and fun place. You can watch sports events, meet good people and have fun. Special thanks to Vivian who works at the pub. It is always nice to see a smile on her face and to talk to her. She is very friendly and nice. I wish all people in pubs had such a pleasant personality as her! I highly recommend visiting the Beaufort! I give it 5 stars for everything!

Great local pub, with lovely staff, great food and a wide variety of drinks. The clientele seems nice and it has a great atmosphere. The pub reaches out into the community, and also has recently added sport on TV, a quiz night and a DJ.

10 / 10 recomendaría. La comida era de primer nivel. Tuvimos el mismo día plato de pescado de barco para empezar, el vientre de cerdo y ñoquis para la red, y también el pastel de carne. De postre, recomiendo encarecidamente el crumble. El personal era encantador. La música y el ambiente era cálido, amable y dio una sensación de comunidad.

Had a fantastic mid-week dinner and all I can say is that it was very much worth it. The food was fantastic - we ordered a fish platter starter, two mains (beef pie and gnocchi) and an apple crumble to share and every meal hit the mark. It’s not often you get to say this, but complements to the chef and the team.

Update: All the changes that have happened over the past couple of years is disappointing. Staff are rude, no atmosphere, the foreign beer on tap is horrible and extortionate in price (you are in Zone 4 Colindale!!) And the lager they used to sell (fosters) was incredibly popular. Won't be back as there are pubs in the area with an atmosphere and a lot cheaper with beer people actually want...

Love the vibe of this local pub and feel they should market it a bit better, because not many people know about it. Really love their indoor sofa seats and the outdoor cushoned seat as they give that cozy vibe. The Italian men (maybe the owner or manager?) was the best!
