Delicious well priced middle Eastern food. So tasty. Among the best in London. Staff always super friendly.

Where to start with this place, there was no one to greet at front door or explain that we had to order from a screen and that basically there is no manager or inter action or service. We had waited months to try this place, the food was beyond bad, the chips were inedible as they were covered in oil, the cauliflower was so bland I couldn’t believe it, it didn’t taste of anything.We couldn’t finish any of the food, there was no check back or anyone to ask if the food was ok and clearly it wasn’t as we didn’t eat 75%!Maybe this is why you have to pay for the food upfront before eating anything!Avoid like the plague, it’s basically a deli with zero service!

Five star falafel. Absolutely great. So many fun extras, fried aubergine, amba sauce. The pita is fluffy. The falafel is fresh and green. Chargrilled chilli peppers. Love it.

Fantastic food and even better service! The food was delicious and came out super fast. Consistent quality pitas! Highly recommend!

The staff is really rude and the food is bad

This place is a rip-off for the poor quality food they sell. The 'crispy cauliflower' was mushy oily and completely tasteless. The falafel super fried and plain no flavour, no nothing. The only tasty thing was the hummus. The order came after a long wait and although we didn't want fries but rice, they have brought fries, horrible looking. I had to ask for several times for the food as they forgot. No wonder they first charge you and then you get the food, if you are lucky. The premisses look outdated, and is very cold inside. Table are very small. Most of the food is served on a piece of paper. Poor service, mixing the orders, not bring all that we have ordered. I will never get back there. Plenty of better options at reasonable prices on the same street, food served in decent conditions and from plates.

The seasoning of the food is very good, the prices are not bad, 100% recommended

Solid Israeli food at prices that seem increasingly reasonable as other places have become more expensive. Service is non-existent, but everyone there knows that's what you get. It's loud, there's often a foreign football match on TV, and the food is big and often literally sloppy. Chips are rubbish, but falafel is top tier, and any meat in laffa is going to be very, very solid.

I had been hearing so many great things about this place on social media, so I was really excited to finally check it out. Finding the location was easy, and I was looking forward to the experience. I ordered the chicken thigh wrap, while my wife went for the chicken fillet wrap. We did have to wait about 30 minutes for our food, which felt a bit long, especially since the restaurant wasn’t overly busy at the time. When the wraps did arrive, they were tasty, but I’d say they didn’t quite live up to the hype. The flavor was good, but not as exceptional as I expected from all the rave reviews. That said, I think the main area for improvement is the service. With faster turnaround times and a bit more attention to detail, I believe this place could be a standout. Overall, it’s a solid option, but I’d rate it higher if the service matched the quality of the food. It has potential, and I hope to see those improvements next time!

Have eaten here and ordered many times! This is probably one of the best falafel pitas we've had! It's delicious with many different flavours and textures in it. 🥙 The falafel laffa is absolutely massive. Only order it if you are very hungry or sharing. Can also recommend the crispy cauliflower as a starter. Keep in mind that the restaurant is closed every Friday afternoon until Saturday evening.

I go here all the time. Probably the best Shawarma in London. I would say the fries could be improved and it does oftentimes get overcrowded. Probably because it is such a popular Kosher hotspot. The shawarma is a little on the pricey end but you do get a lot of food. I will however say the value for money on the non-wrap options aren’t as good.

Staff are lovely, food is unreal

Food is ok, ambiance is chill and kids friendly, however the waitres could learn hospitality mannerism. We ordered grapefruit juice and she served a drink with a lemon flavoured label, we pointed it out, and she replied “ can’t you read arabic or hebrew? It’s says grapefruit in there!” So rude, I’m hoping this feedback is helpful for the management.

I ordered food online via deliveroo and the food tastes okay but the quality is very bad. The packaging was so bad, my food was entirely leaked and destroyed. The chicken hummus has hardly any chicken and the pita bread is undercooked. Not good chicken, very less quantity. Don’t eat here again. UPDATE 🚨🚨 The restaurant replied to this message asking to DM, which I did but instead of apologies they are ignoring the messages. Very bad services and never order from here. Eaten from multiple restaurants but never gotten this kind of bad service

Great place to eat in the evening and enjoy your time as well. There are positive vibes and buzzes in the air. You would find all sorts of people there. Seating isn't ideal and the place becomes congested, better to take aways.

It's my first visit as a Christian raised man, though not my first kosher restaurant, which was in Tel Aviv, Israel. The food was easily ordered and came promptly. I ordered a meal but I wish I hadn't as it was too much along with the Lamb Pita with all the chillies extras, cucumber and fillings!!! I also ordered three Goldstar unfiltered beverages which were lovely. Then I had a coconut dessert, which is delicious. Highest recommendation, will be returning to Golders Green, however I live in Rayleigh Essex, so it may not be for some time. G-dbless.

We found ourselves travelling 45 minutes just for the pitas and a hummus plate. Enough said ❤️ Get there before 6pm on Sunday to avoid the crowds!

So overhyped, this is at best a takeaway joint. The hummus falafal plate and the crispy cauliflower were both average at best.

Chill vibes great you even in busy chaotic times when you step inside this place. Absolutely delicious food. Their falafel and crispy cauliflower pitta or laffa or plate are tasty. Even one should give their different hummus bowls a try which are served with warm pitta bread on the side. It gets quite busy sometimes during the day so avoid peak times to enjoy a sit down meal at this place.

Probably the best food we had during our trip to London! The laffas are huge and the shawarma laffa lasted me two meals. We also got the cauliflower (which was amazing), fries and a steak laffa. The food is fresh and fast, the service is great, and there’s free unlimited pickles which is always nice. We went on a Saturday night so it was packed but we still found a place to sit. We would definitely come back!

The best shawarma I've ever had. The food is light, fresh and full of flavour. Not greasy or oily at all and a very big portion. The inside is spotless with touch screens to order at your convenience and service was very fast. Already planning my next visit.

Always worth the travel here, just such quality. Had the falafel pita and the schwarma pitta, you can choose your topping freely through their digital screen ordering system. £6 falafel and £10 schwarma, really a top London spot!

Pita is a great spot for chicken, schwartz and some hearty soup. The Hummus and Pita combo is Israel / Middle East level good - a rare feat in the West. You can't go wrong on the menu, I just kept ordering! Highly Recommend !

Great selection of tasty food. Not the cheapest but you get what you pay for. The meals include bread and rice or chips. Lovely moist chicken. Always busy, so always worth the wait.

A friend and I visited for lunch as I was craving to have a Shawarma in Pita. We both ordered one together with crispy cauliflower and a portion of homemade fries. The shawarma in pita and cauliflower were passable however the homemade fries arrived cold, soggy and appeared dark brown in colour suggesting that the oil could be old. I sent the fries back for hot fresh ones and was then brought which appeared to be the same fries that had just been reheated in the microwave and these were the same in colour and more soggy, greasy and oily than the previous ones. The waiter did not offer to bring any sauces or salt and pepper to the table so I had to get up and get my own. I asked for a spare plate for the fries and this was neither brought to the table. While there seemed to be plenty of staff and some management around no one approached us to see if we were ok or needed anything else. I had heard good reports about the food but on this occasion it was definitely not to the standard expected and won't be returning in the future.

We ordered some takeout and were fooled by the menu descriptions. When the food arrived, anything fried - aubergines, onions, cauliflower - was swimming in stale oil. It tasted as though fried the day before and reheated in a microwave. The fries were a soggy, lukewarm mess. Vile.

Introduced my other half to perfect Israeli felafel and a Goldstar. It was pretty packed so we waited to sit down and there were a few mistakes with our order but the staff were apologetic and the food so good that it really didn’t matter. Would definitely return.

We are regular customers and came today at 8:10pm to have dinner with you. The waiter outside said it’s not open yet and it’s going to take another half an hour to get served. We are really really disappointed as you should be open from 8:00pm. Ruined our night. :(

Oh my word, just got a felafel wrap from here and it was amazing, a little on the large side (and heavy) but can’t complain about that. If you have a large appetite you’ll love this. Took a star off the service because you have to order via a touch screen which takes away the human interaction. I also thought it strange that they asked for a tip before I’d even ordered?!!? Didn’t score atmosphere as I had take away. Recommended 👍

The menu is very diverse and the schwarma is as good as any you can find. There is the option to add many toppings free of charge and you are likely to find many extras that you like. You order online and the service is relatively fast. The inside of the restaurant is a bit cramped and seating is limited but there is extra seating outside. I can only speak for what I experienced and the table I sat down at had a half-finished mug of beer on that was not cleared before we sat down, probably because we rushed to get seats as soon as the previous customers were finished. There are bathrooms. The food isn't too expensive. I probably will return.

OMG! This tiny corner PITA cafe is absolutely amazing. I don't think I have ever had hummus that just melts on your tongue 😛 And that falafel 🧆🤤...is just outer space 🚀 Absolutely delicious, fresh and juicy wraps 🌯 🥙. If you are around NW or Golders Green make 100% sure you visit this place.

Always my favourite late night snack spot. Personally feel their falafel is some of the best you will find in London. Staff are all super friendly and happy to make recommendations… my partner is also obsessed with their chips. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area

Absolutely pathetic behaviour from the manager - called to order 33 Pita. Rude, borderline threatening and totally inflexible when we asked for separate dishes. Eating here for 5+ years. Very dissappointed. Raised issue with management. Nothing. If you are looking for large catering avoid PITA and go elsewhere - far better service.

I tried Pita recently and was a bit disappointed. The shawerma had too much oil and the fries weren’t great. The falafel was okay though. I hope they can make the food a bit better in the future.

Pita has deteriorated. I got two pieces of dry beef kebab for £12. It used to be good. Now it’s expensive rubbish. So disappointed.

The food is absolutely amazing, very good family environment and lots of warm feelings. We shared a few dishes you see in the pictures, Jerusalem steak and chicken shawarma plate as well as crispy cauliflower so delicious. The hot sauce was also great. Highly recommend this place. We will be back for pitas this time….very soon!

If I could rate it 0 I would. I picked up an injury on one of their chairs and needed an ice pack. They refused to provide me with one and claimed that they didn't have a first aid kit and were extremely rude. They offered a plaster for a finger that was swelling up!!! They also got my order wrong, but I didn't feel confortable complaining as they were really unaproachable about my injury. I was unable to speak to the manager on the day, so emailed them twice and did not get a response. I spoke to the manager over the phone a few days later and he actually said "I don't want to speak to you, i'll reply to your emails" and put the phone down. Of course I never heard back. Shoddy customers service and i'm questioning if they are fit for trade if they can't provide first aid if someone gets a worse injury than I did! AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!

The falafel balls were the best. However the wrap was a little soggy. One worker was a little abrupt when we were watching him prepare our stuff and said we need to sit down...
