I Like It But I Eat Panini and Some Muffin, Panini Is one of My Faveourite Food with Cheese on Toast

Bought a takeout meal deal from the High Wycombe store today for the first time. Not something I’ve done before, the service in store was friendly and efficient despite it being quite busy. Opted for a New Yorker on brown with a jam doughnut and a bottle of water as my meal. The New Yorker was probably one of the tastiest sandwiches/baguettes I’ve ever bought and the jam doughnut so full of jam, care is needed not to let it spill down your clothes. An absolutely delicious lunch and one I look forward to repeating next time I’m in town.

Worst experience ever, I bought a pizza and a marble cake and when I asked for a bag the lady said that they don't have enough bags and have to keep those for delivery. So I'm not a valuable customer after buying from that shop 2 3 times per week. I will never go in that shop. I tried to leave this review on their official website and wasn't allowed.

I have.visited the High Wycombe branch only twice and although I enjoy my pannini for takaways the experience has been spoilt on both occasions by who I assume by Colour coded Tshirs in Blue is a Supervisor/Manager 2nd visit was on the 20th of July @12. On my first visit talking to the gent making my sandwich this lady rudely interrupted my conversation to tell me where I work in the centre is expensive just as a random comment and passed to me it seemed with malice intent. On my visit today 20th I she abruptly pushed the PDQ machine to my card before I had chance to pay in a normal manner. Later on as I had already requested to no t warm my pannini too long I simply asked for it and was told you need to wait I then referenced thus is a customers choice by which she still told me I couldnt have it again in an abrupt rude manner and then said you can complain if you want to please hence I as a valued customer that your company should be trying to keep and not deter by virtue of someone bad attitude to customer service is why I have made this complaint. I think retraining would be a good option to help this member of staff go back to remembering what service with a smile actually represents to your public. I hope you will take note and address these points as I don't feel comfortable returning.

The food is always fresh we ordered on just eat as we had it as a delivery we also ordered the little pizza they are always tasty. Great for breakfast and lunch.

A good selection of sandwiches, pastries and cakes. The cheese and onion pasty is especially tasty! Next time I plan on buying some of the fresh bread.
