Upon coming to your location in Portsmouth today my order was not in the system after great difficulty and several eye rolls from staff member in which I was dealing with. I had my receipt and 2 boys were with me awaiting my order. the staff member stated it was already given out, I stated here’s my receipts and number wasn’t called, several eye rolls from staff member later and an extremely poor service I got my order put sloppily together with sauce over edges of container and Luke warm at best, hot chocolate missing the cream and marshmallow ordered, I stated it’s your job to check order numbers please do so as I waited half a hour, Staff member was again rude with her tone and waved me away practically shouting “ok then” Please look into this matter as staff member ruined our experience in this store. Staff member for descriptive purposes was dark hair possibly Indian background in blue uniform with blue hat and female. For description purposes wearing purple lipstick. Popped in for A quick breakfast whilst in the city centre on Monday Morning. Went to order breakfast to find no hot drinks available, so settled for A Sausage and Egg, breakfast Potatoes and an OJ. The Sausage and Egg came with fries as they had just ran out of the breakfast potatoes apparently!! But this wasn't highlighted on the ordering point like the hot drink issue was. The breakfast was ok but after today's visit, I wouldn't exactly rush back in A hurry!

OH MY GOODNESS ME!!! WOW WOW WOW 🤩 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩 SY & HOLLY & the guy who was also behind the counter were ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! The best customer service I have EVER had! It was our first time in Wendy’s and they made the experience absolutely amazing. The food, service, the smiles, the friendliness and the cleanliness was absolutely outstanding. A massive thank you to Sy and Holly for being so wonderfully friendly, happy, efficient and attentive.!!!!! 100% would recommend to friends and family and will definitely be returning to see these two lovely young ladies and experience some more wonderful customer service!!!

This is actually my second visit and this one was 100% brilliant, just like the first. Service really quick as no one waiting at the order kiosks. Very easy ordering system to use. Food was ready within about 5 minutes, was of A very good quality and good hot temperature. Ketchup, Straws and Napkins available from the side counter. Absolutely nothing to dislike, also very clean dining area and spotless gender neutral restrooms

Absolutely disgusting food. Greasy as and stone cold. No paper towels or straws to drink our drinks with. Expensive load of crap and not worth a penny. Will never eat here again. Twice now we've had this from this place.

Absolutely terrible & Disappointed. Rude staff. Went here with 10 members in my family was suppose to be a Birthday treat, still shut at 11 am, even though they suppose to open at 8 am. Checked the website before we left home. Stated it was open, travelled 12 miles for this, doors all locked up, yet the website quoted it was definitely open. Staff were in the shop went to the door, which was locked, staff looked at me while I was trying to ask them a question and just turned their backs on me. Tried phoning the actual store from outside the shop. No reply what so ever. So we went to Good ol' TACO BELL instead. After a great deal of searching the web on how to contact Wendy's Head Office to complain I eventually managed to track an email address down ( which I think they have purposely made impossible, so they don't have to answers people's complaint and give any customer service ) emailed them my complaint had a reply apologising and promising me they would send me out complementary vouchers to me and my family to go back to Wendy's for complementary meals. Never received anything what so ever in the post, so I emailed them again, this time my email was ignored and after two more attempts of contacting this so called customer service, I gave up. The first email as a totally Fake apology and fake offer from their so called customer service team. Head Office Customer Service is non existent and the staff that was working on the 22 March were just totally rude with an arrogant attitude.

Food was very tasty and service was good but the table was sticky and dirty, which was a surprise as we went before the lunchtime rush.

Over priced, cold what’s with loads of lettuce and a square burger. Rubbish.£20 for 2. The chips were ok nothing special I take it customer have to clean up after themselves too. Music was far too loud and miserable staff. No please no thank you seriously not hard

We were looking forward to a Wendy's, we think they far, far better than a McD or BK But closed at 9pm on a weekday in a city centre, after a sell-out attraction a short walking distance away at the Guildhall. And surrounded by student accommodation?

We were three people. When food came out we were served the food on a single tray. When I asked for another tray I was told to help myself from the counter. Then I asked the lady to give me a pepper tray to put on top of it and she rolled her eyes like I was owning her something. The Coke was just a taste of water Coke and coloured. The food was okay

This was our first ever visit to Wendy’s . We will definitely return the food was fresh and tasty. I ordered a hot chocolate which was not quite right however the team rectified straight away without any fuss. Well done Portsmouth Wendy’s!

I’ve tried several Wendy’s locations since they’ve come back to the UK and after 3 visits here, the quality has always been good. It can get busy and food can take time but that’s because it’s cooked fresh. I highly recommend 🍔
