KFC Corley - M6 North Services in North Warwickshire

Large parking lot with two areas, not enough lighting. The big downside is that there is no SNAP. Pay at the entrance in front of the store, there is a machine. Very nice staff.

Manager is so very rude to staff and customers. Manager was shouting at the staff in front of customers. Won't be back

Dude seriously why do i always have to check if they gave me what i paid for .. now ive gone without services rendured and kfc is in debt of £3,58 to me which is just typical . Dont stop at these services for kfc lover such as myself

Quick service, tasty food, the best fries I’ve ever had at a KFC (they’re often soggy, but these weren’t 😊), toys and activity sheets for kids - what more do you need? Prices are obviously higher than usual, but this is to be expected at a service station.

Kfc refused to give us some hot water for baby bottle. They insisted to charge a cup of tea for some hot water for a newborn. Shocking

I didn't get order any food because the 8 mini fillets for £6: something they don't do. The young girl said you have to order it on the app as its a reward. What a load of baloney, kfc get your act together and train your staff! My Mrs has had it several times without ordering on an app, wasn't a total waste of time as went next door to "Burger King"

I left my purse on the counter whilst collecting food .The lovely staff kept my purse secure and then sent it too me in essex .I cannot thank them enough for there honesty and help .

Loads of staff all wondering around trying not to do anything, not trained in customer service and not trained at all it would seem. Zinger burger with no lettuce came out with no zing and lettuce. They lost the order in the system, then forgot about it. Eat in came stuffed in a takeaway bag. Staff had no interest at all.

Only diet drinks. You have a choice Pepsi max or Pepsi diet, I do not like any. I like original Pepsi but they do not sell it. So just because of this I go to burger King even I like more kfc.

They have it close at 21.30 regardless advertise being open to 23.00

Oscar was very unhelpful with my food order, I was only trying to get some food for my sons and I, telling me to use a screen that wasn't clean. He served two gentlemen before me at the till, then refused to serve me, don't use this kfc.

After the longest wait we've ever experienced at a KFC restaurant we had the worst Chicken Zinger meals we've ever experienced in a KFC restaurant. The chicken was grossly overcooked and the chips were virtually inedible. I don't know if KFC employ mystery shoppers, but if they do then this place is well overdue a visit.

Plus points : Fast service Negative : Dry, small chicken pieces. They forgot the gravy for both meals. Apparently they don't do freshen up wipes at this branch.

Worst customer service ever 🤬🤬🤬 Buying food with HGV voucher and been treated like a begging food. Asked straw, napkin and Customer service blonde girl and her manager said in bag and have to go back and ask because there is nothing in bag when challenged she trew straw at me. Never seen this Customer service in life. Never come here again. Been treated worst ever. This kind of service provider should be sacked. Bad image for KFC and other hard working people in this industry.

Terrible service. I had to stand as only person nearly 20min at counter when someone decided to take my order. When I get back to my car I realized that few things of my order are missing.

only food place open in here and self order touch screens stop working at 8pm, a queue of 5 people stood for 20 mins. sort yourselves out this cant be to hard and lucky to get one star.

Very disappointed! Especially stopped to grab a nice KFC meal and no one there to help! Not even ansign saying closed or open. Sawb1 person in the back who disappeared very quickly. And a big sign saying open now! :(

Well the coleslaw was out of date the extra fillet I paid for was missing and the chips cold. the staff can only be described as scruffy and uninterested put simply the worst experience of kfc I have ever had I won’t be back utterly awful

Micro-sized chicken (this is a breast, photo doesn't do it justice), staff rude when brought to their attention and refused to change piece, saying not their issue how small the chicken served is. Expensive pigeon (?) and poor customer service.

In my opinion, kfc is rather over rated. The food took ages to come and it didn't even taste that nice

Just ordered a twister wrap regular meal. The 'regular' portion of fries was an insult, a tiny portion of overcooked and cold pieces of potato which I returned to the counter in disgust. Really bad!

Tried to order a meal at 21.45 but only fillets available. Either it's open until 10pm or it's not. And basically staff couldn't give a monkey's.. turned away 15 people in 6 mins.

Food: Absolutely AMAZING. Juicy, succulent, tender just as chicken should be. The sauce... The strong yet subtle taste. Service: Of course, as expected, the service was GREAT! Fastest service I've ever had. Building: Clean, smelt great and it had great architecture.

... there was a little wait because it suddenly got busy, at least the items were piping hot. i have the colonel club QR codes and on both occasions now, staff remains unsure of whether they can accept it or not. they had to get a more senior staff to tell them what to do. also on both occasions, different motorway services, they missed the dips.

Chips were not like before they have skin on them like potatoe wedges. The chicken piece with the meal was like a sparrows leg minuscule and finally the chicken in the zinger was so thin and definitely not 100% chicken more like chopped and shaped. What’s happening KFC change suppliers please

Terrible customer service , staff looked clueless when making order and managed to screw up after ordering. No apology for messing up either.

I bought dinner in KFC. Chicken was uncooked, I ask for replacement and I got uncooked again. Also tray with ketchup and mayonnaise was very sticky like someone for a months was tipping Pepsi in that tray. Also when I ask for some garlic mayo and tomato dip to pay for it in bigger pods they didn’t have any.

Bacon butcher was nothing like advertising looks wise and was luke warm the brink of Pepsi was so week even after changing could hardly taste.....not good at all

Good Food unfortunately was served by Racist staff. Me and my cousin stood watching the menu for 5mins while the workers were talking amongst themselves until they asked us are we waiting to be served???

Typical KFC obviously expensive as it's in a motorway services . But all items available as you would expect . Ample seating and helpful staff take the edge of the cost

When your very hungry and on the M6 for 4 hours, any thing tastes good. I was very surprised by the number of prayin Muslims that I had to step over to enter the KFC establishment. I guess if you have to pray to your God then why not in a KFC!!!

Favourite is the bargain bucket, no waiting for the order pleasant staff and helpful

Arrived at 6:30pm on Tuesday night. Staff moved at a snails pace and did not care about people waiting. When I came to counter my sleeve was soaked in Pepsi because no one bothered to clean spill and only did so when I requested it. While I waited customer in front of me complained because she was told they had run out of chicken! I only ordered chicken, chips and one corn and the meal came without corn. Keep driving folks or go next door to Burger King.

Rude staff. Asked for a large, after receiving a regular drink I informed the staff I'd asked for a large, I was told I didn't. Staff member told me they couldn't do a large.. instead of a solution I was offered a refund to which I accepted. Negative experience.

Worst KFC I've been in. The mini fillet was a seeded nun cut in half. The mini fillet from the boneless banquet for one was tiny( see penny as size scale) and the Alabama cheese looked nothing like there pictures. Half the people I was with had wrong orders or bits missing.

Probably the worse KfC I've been too. Was the next person in queue to be served and they decide to serve someone else who just walks up to counter. Next ask for a zinger box meal and have to be asked 5 times what drink I would like. I check contents in box to make sure that the order is correct (seems fine) get outside to enjoy my meal and realise I have the wrong burger to what I ordered in the first place. Great effort guys, such a joke 👍

Ordered a rice box and it had a shockingly low amount of actual rice in it. Also the chicken hadn't been sliced it was just tossed on top. Service was quick but that was probably down to the fact that the order was rushed. Really disappointed with KFC. I like there foods taste but preparation and service nearly always poor at all restaurants.
