Nice food at reasonable prices, table wasn’t cleared from last people so we moved things aside. Even when our lunch was brought out the empty plates etc were not taken. The tea was awful, ordered a pot for two, lovely pot but the cheapest teabags ever. Come on really ?

Hubby and I visited yesterday (Sunday)for lunch on a very warm October day.Managed to get a table outside at the front although very near the busy tourist traffic and lots and lots of dogs.Hubby had pancakes with bacon/banana and maple syrup.I had a prawn and avocado ciabatta.Menu price for rolls ambiguous..theses rolls are £1 more than the menu price although they do warn you at the till.Maybe just make the menu clearer?.All food delicious though hubby's 3 buttermilk pancakes were only about 4 inches wide and a bit mean for the money. He also said his coffee was poor quality..no excuse theses days.Service was chaotic and the "boss" lady behind the till was a bit overwhelmed..and very abrupt when my hubby wanted to change his order while I was still at the till, not yet having paid for it.The table next to us remained full of dirty plates etc even 15 minutes after the next people had sat down..and staff turned up with the new food ,ready to put it down until the customer quire rightly asked them to wipe off the last peoples mess.Would try it again as food was tasty and attractive and just hope they were having an unexpexctedly busy day.

Enjoyed a iced Americano outside. Wendy's seemed to have a big following and folks who wanted to sit outdoors, they have the room, they probably should consider adding a few more tables as we witnessed many folks leave when they could not get an outdoor table. If you do sit outside, you have to enter the shopping area and walk to the back...order and pay at the counter and they will bring out your order to your table. Average service.

Came here over the Easter holidays with my husband and children. Menu is really dated lots of stodgy items like macaroni cheese. I had a sandwich which nice but more healthy filling choices would be better. My husband had a sausage roll but it was extremely soggy as they microwaved it warm completely ruined it. One of my daughters is vegetarian and food was very limited too her options being plain cheese or humus sandwich. They did have a vegetarian breakfast and soup but it’s not something you really want on a hot day. The millionaire shortbread was lovely though. We will be back for tea and cake but hope the menu changes and includes some more options like salads, avocado or chicken.

Called here for late breakfast after a walk around Bosham. There is a blackboard saying you have to order inside but entrance is not obvious and sign not visible from some of the tables so people sitting waiting for someone to take their order (perhaps a note on each table?) Drinks came quickly but they forgot our food order as other orders came out before ours but for some reason orders are numbered randomly with raffle tickets rather than sequentially which means kitchen doesn't know which to do first. Might want to think about that as direct competition from Pop-in opposite. Food was nice enough when it arrived (bacon bap and pancakes). Bosham is very pretty.

We arrived on a Sunday mid morning for coffee. The place did not seem unduly busy. There is no indication as you approach the tables that you have to go inside a warren of shops to order and then wait at your table for the order to arrive. Bewildered customers just stood around until told by others what they had to do to get served, All the tables were stacked with dirty crockery which customers were piling on a spare shelf to get rid of it. We waited over half an hour for two coffees and a crab sandwich (or rather a thin smear of crab paste between two thick slices). The sandwich was £8.50! Singularly unimpressed. We will not be coming back. Goodness knows what tourists must think of such poor service and rip off prices.

For my friends hen weekend an afternoon tea style lunch was arranged at Wendy’s cafe. There were about 15 of us and it was the first time the cafe had done afternoon tea for a large group. Well, it was amazing. The staff were so accommodating. The service was quick and efficient. They were very attentive and helpful and friendly. The food itself was absolutely delicious. Lauren, the young chef, had put in so much thought and effort. It was all so so good. The mini Viennese whirls were exquisite. When we told the manager this she brought Lauren out so we could. Ommend her in person. I really would thoroughly recommend Wendy’s cafe. Thank you so much for making our day special.

Funny place really, Young uninterested young man serving who made us feel about as welcome as a fart in an astronaut suit, who dropped the coffee nearly on top of us when he served us! On top of that every table had at least one leg too short (Nothing more annoying) Anyway despite all of that the Full English breakfasts were of top quality. Good ingredients. Good sausage and bacon both bought locally i found out later. Would of been a higher score if the service was better and the tables weren't wobbly.
