Wendy's in Oxford

Had a delivery, food was cold when arrived. Took a bite of the chicken burger then went to take another bite and the chicken was raw. Have been being sick since. Avoid at all costs

What a burger! The baconator wipes Maccies, BK etc out the park! So tasty! Also coke zero was fizzy which these days in other burger joints is rare.

Burger tasted nice with fresh salad but was a little on the cold side but seemed similar to what I’ve had in America, fries were hot and tasty. Chicken nuggets were not great with a flavour profile that was acrid. Restaurant itself was very bland and grubby and toilets not well maintained. Needs improvement to be in line with their USA restaurants if they are going to make a go of it in the UK.

Staff were nice when handing over food . We went when not busy . Good value for money 💰 . Food was real nice and atmosphere in the place was amazing.

No issue with the food itself but as others have said the restaurant itself is uninspiring and full of largely indifferent tourists. Every time I come the toilets are either out of order (you have to queue for the one available toilet) and they are not well maintained. I also ordered at the kiosk and requested a receipt and nothing appeared, Doesn't bode well and suggests poor management

Food is great (as always)….but. As there’s always a but…. Preparing it is far too slow. Tables are not cleaned…looks like….at all! The toilets! Pfffff….utter disaster, disgusting, looks like (again) not cleaned regularly. But the Dave’s Triple is still amazing! As always.

I went here many times service is good ana hygienic suxh good portions so filling and good price i highly recommend benjimin in particular was so lovely I highly recomend

This place is one of our favourite quick and cheap student spots. It’s easy to order and really fast. The staff keep the place really clean and are super friendly (shout out to Benjamin for being super nice and helpful).

I’ll cut to the chase, the food is amazing, all 4 of us agreed that it’s the best fast food we’ve ever eaten. Burgers and fries were amazing. We’ll definitely return based on this fact and the chef/kitchen staff are to be highly commended. Seriously well done guys if you ever see this. However, a little guy kept hassling us for a review which spoilt our enjoyment of the beautiful food. Couldn’t believe we were eating and he actually asked us to “get our phones out” so we could comply with his demands. We all refused and got quite annoyed! My hands were covered and I just looked at him and asked if he was serious. He didn’t give up either, asking us once again while we were chatting/finishing up. We once again refused as at that point he’d become an extremely unwelcome nuisance. So, food 10/10, kitchen staff/chef 10/10, shop floor staff awareness/etiquette 1/10.

Decent food and incredibly kind customer service. Also clean and not super busy. Got foods quickly. Had a great time!!!

This was a nice change from the other burger chains that exist and the food as nice and light not too greasy and fairly priced

Nombre de bornes insuffisantes pour l'affluence dans le restaurant. Commande faite rapidement. Toilettes non genrées et en nombre insuffisant. Sans compter qu'ils n'étaient pas des plus propres. Salle avec plein de déchets sur les tables voire en-dessous, laissé par les clients, comme si c'était tout à fait normal... Ingrédients frais, tout était bon. Par contre, les frites étaient très salées. Tarifs corrects.

The restaurant is clean and spacious but the food is not great. Their marketing says they're better than other similar fast food chains but the quality of food is not up to par. The burger was dry, fries were cold and it wasn't great not worth a return trip.

Hadnt been to a Wendy's since the US but was so disappointed with the state of hygiene that we left without ordering

Visited Wendy’s Oxford. What a disappointment. The restaurant floor was dirty, littered with uneaten food, packaging boxes. Tables were uncleared. Worst of all both Womens and Mens toilets were ‘Out of Order’, only Baby Changing toilet available which was really dirty. Dread to think what the Kitchen is like. Needless to say we didn’t stop to eat.

Excellent food first visit to a Wendy’s and was not disappointed. Fresh tasty burgers, the jacket potat was hot and really tasty. Cheesy fries were hot and tasty. Will be back for sure
