Ordered takeaway as I d been using this Chinease for years… tonight was the worst!!! No flavour at all, completely bland very disappointed

My favourite Chinese in Oxford! Always quick delivery, always hot when arrives. Reasonably priced compared to others in the area! Chicken balls are out of this world, I don’t eat them anywhere else but it’s always top of my order when we get a Chinese from here!

Only giving 1 star as I can't give 0 stars. Where to start. The bald headed woman who takes your order is the rudest person ever. Missed items from my order. When I placed each dish on the counter and added up was short the items she had missed. Baldy still refused to accept this. She should not be working here.

Very quick decent food. The quality of the meats was good, the flavours are great. Only thing that let my last takeaway down was the prawn toast was like wet mushy bread in the middle. I would definitely order from them again but would just give the prawn toast a miss...

Delivery drivers very friendly and polite and the lady in the shop is lovely too. I’ve never had a problem with food reasonable prices and comes very quick still boiling hot! Ethan

Actually the worst Chinese I have ever eaten. Popped in here after a night bowling as the chip shop next door was closed so thought we would grab something quick from here. It was absolutely disgusting the chow mein was slimy and smelly and full of just mushrooms, the chicken walls was swimming in oil, the egg fried rice was hard and burnt, the whole order went In the bin. Complete Waste of £20

I've not had chicken balls that good before!! Really good quality peices of chicken too! And the curry sauce is amazing, whole meal was great, the prices are also really fair! Thank you!

Had a takeaway delivered tonight missing dish phoned up and told them and they refused to rectify mistake and were rude so customer lost

Love this but I'm giving this 4 stars review because personally the food serving is tiny.

Dreadfull rude staff food was dry as a bone chips bad value for money chicken ball don't have much chicken and the plum sauce tasted like it had been mixed with fat or grease tasted dreadful worse Chinese in Oxford to date use to be good years ago

Staff are lovely and the food is amazing especially the chilli garlic chicken wings

Raw chips! Absolutely disgusting curry sauce pot had a hole in the bottom so by the time I got home to eat it had leaked everywhere and there was hardly any curry sauce left

Nice for a takeaway after the footy

Don’t say you deliver and then refuse to do so because it’s too far and too late, when in actual fact it was a minuscule 0.4 miles away and an whole hour before you close. Poor service

Had I believe was chicken was like jellied fat in texture no taste sickening on the gd side chips n mushrooms were amazing.

Not impressed with the food ,won't be ordering from them again. The sweet and sour chicken Hong Kong style the chicken was dry and it smelt,also a funny taste. The crispy chilli beef was like eat cardboard 🙁🤢

We had a Special Fryed Rice with curry sauce and and garlic prawns and it was delicious. Quick delivery ,withing 15 minutes. I will definitely order again .

Appaling customer service. When dish 248 is entitled INDONESIAN STYLE FRIED RICE then I bloody well expect rice with my meal. Gave them a chance to rectify this and they just argued endlessly on the phone. Extremely misleading and expensive. When we called she argued it does not include it, well don't advertise it as a rice dish then. The food didn't even taste nice. Will not be returning.

Try the Singapore Chow Mein, spicy & very tasty.

Food took an hour to arrive and when it finally did, it was cold. Rang the shop back and was told to put it in the microwave. No sorry, refund or good will gesture.

What a JOKE of a customer service the short haired lady has. cant even smile or banter with her. first time i went in yesterday and she was rude from the start. I asked her is she open as i got there 4.50pm and saw on their online details they are open from 5pm. but she was like ITS OPEN! pointing to the sign. thats when i knew she will annoy me today. i thought let me just order the food and ignore her. The egg fried rice with mushrooms was surprisingly very good, not big portion though as other Chinese places. i would of given 4 stars for it but her customer service was so awful i will never go back. she needs to get sacked by the manager as she is losing customers for the family.

This place used to be great,it was my favourite ever since I was a child. But after new people took over, the food is horrid. Egg fried rice burnt with many of their other dishes. chicken balls just didn't taste like chicken balls, Even my cat and dog wouldn't eat it, which wasn't the case before and made me realise it wasn't just me that thought it wasn't right.. a whole family of people who loved this place now won't eat their. Such a shame. Was most convenient place for us to eat.. I did try this place again a couple of times to find the same poor results. I really think it needs inspection since something is really wrong.. I am truly gutted to have to give this review. I really wish it could go back to how it used to be. I miss it terribly

Have had Chinese food from this place since I was a child. We're talking 30 years. No other Chinese can top it. Garlic chili spare ribs are the best thing EVER! Nice friendly people, quick delivery, best Chinese food I've ever tasted.
