Deneke Dining Hall (Lady Margaret Hall) in Oxford

We have ordered from this Chinese restaurant for over 20 years. We have received our order tonight with MOULD on our food, tasteless and barely warm when arrived a £50.00 order gone to waste. We calmly called the restaurant to explain what had happened and asked that we would like our money back as the food was barely edible, the lady we had spoke to had offered only a 20.00% discount on our next order and would not address the mould on our food which was our main concern. She then had hung up the phone in frustration as we did not wish to accept this as our meal had gone to waste. This is very disappointing as such loyal customers for a long time. Not even a sorry was expressed for the inconvenience from the lady

Aparte de Jake Stockford, que imho necesita ascender a la alta dirección i/c un pub Spoon, preferiblemente thOxford Swan & Castle, esta mina de oro apisonada (es decir, a la Compañía) de un pub es bastante pésima. A menudo, el servicio sutil, hostil al cliente o francamente grosero del personal de bar nuevo y más experimentado hasta gran parte de la administración allí, necesita ser abordado con mucha URGENCIA.

the whole block is closed due to redevelopment. let's hope the area is improved without delay as the main entrance to Oxford from the railway station is turning into an embarrassment.

A decent filling, but yet again ruined by the automated self service checkout. Why do it. I can’t see how my sub is being made and what stage it’s at. Awful idea
