Fab food. Nice and hot and season time

Food was delivered early piping hot very good food

Umm, an experience of £24.80, (Inc Del). The only thing hot was the curry sauce. For me it was all obviously pre-cooked and packaged on whatever day. The rice tasted more Asian than Chinese. The chow mein was so over cooked. The Duck quarter was large? No spices or oils on anything £6 a mouthfull, not sure the dustman will take it away. Would I go there again, no. I feel bad for spending the funds on such poor food. Should have had a fishfinger sandwich. Freezer was closer, cheaper and quicker and I would have eaten it all. They did give me two flyers in the bag.

The food was extremely bland, the chicken fried rice looked like mush and the meat.....meow, meow as it certainly didn't look like chicken was horrible. curry sauce was also bland. I think the chefs don't know what seasoning is. I wouldn't waste my money folks, definitely better out there. BLANDDDDD!

thought we would try somewhere new, delivery was on time and food was hot, however food is not worth the price spent. every dish was bland with no flavour, hardly any meat and more veg and was very tasteless. wasn't enjoyable at all. won't be ordering from here again unfortunately.

my apologies to this Chinese. we ordered from Terry's just to give it a try. big mistake. it was awful. Will stick to welcome express in future. your much much better.

Really nice! Loads of food for a set meal for 4 people. We all really enjoyed it. It was a special Mother’s Day treat. And the lady in the shop was very friendly 😃

Would rate 5/10. Don’t bother with chicken satay. Awful.

Impressed with the delivery time and food

All dishes hardly had any meat in 🙁pancake roll was all beansprouts and shredded carrot very disappointed. As we are not a vegans🤮...A real waste of £27.10 even the local fox didn't eat it...We won't be back🙁

Hot & Soup was delicious! The salt & chilli courgette was a little sweet for me but otherwise that and the shredded chilli beef were very nice too. Food was delivered right in the middle of the estimated time. Will be ordering again!

Chicken didn't taste good at all and the chicken balls didn't taste like chicken. Never go there again.

Good quality food and followed instructions

The food is usually good but for two of my recent orders (including today), the dishes were tasteless (no salt, no spices) when it is specified in the menu that it is salted and spicy. Didn't enjoy food today... Very disappointed

Really great egg fried rice, beef very tender and the Szechuan sauce was a perfect balance of sweet and slightly hot. Delivery driver very friendly. Thumbs up!!

Lovely hot and filling was my first time here and I be back again the king prawn balls was perfect a light golden coat other places I tried make them way tok crispy here was brilliant

The food was tasty and fresh. However, I will say that the containers are smaller than most takeaway places and although we did spend over £40 we did not get any complimentary prawn crackers which we’ve become accustomed to. We enjoyed our meal but did feel it was expensive.

I don't like writing bad reviews but I dislike poor customer service and poor quality food more. I ordered crispy duck and when it arrived it was was neither crispy or the right duck meat, they gave me a sliced duck breast! It was fatty and spongy with zero meat, just awful! I am no chef but I know the difference between crispy cooked duck and a microwaved duck breast ! Not what I ordered and to try and make it look authentic they chucked in a random bone ! It all went straight into the bin! To make things worse I tried to contact them twice to explain their mistake and failed to receive a response both times so I am writing this review, I ordered from Welcome Express because they are local to me but I won't be doing this again, we should not have to put up with bad customer service and poor quality food. They are.only getting one star because I can't select zero! Such a disappointment!

Unfortunatly we did not enjoy most of the dishes we ordered. Seaweed was chewy, satay had no flavour neither did the chicken noodle soup.. and there was a chicken bone in our omelette!! Also no free prawn crackers after spending nearly £60! First time trying..wont be ordering again :(

Food wasn’t great! Beef curry was horrible, no flavour and curry sauce was like water. Beef in black bean sauce was also tasteless and other dishes bang average.

I don’t like leaving bad reviews. However the egg fried rice had nearly zero egg in it, the rise tasted like it was just microwaved and not fried, had no flavour and was stuck together and stodgy. The plain chow mein noodles had zero flavour, just tasted like cooked noodles. Apologies but when you pay for food, it should be cooked to a high standard and this wasn’t unfortunately. The restaurant is friendly, hope they can improve for next time

My wife and I really enjoyed the beef and chicken, everything tasted fresh and the flavours were excellent. Order arrived just a few minutes late but it was a busy evening and the driver apologised, we still tipped the driver. Would recommend and will frequent again.

Really enjoyed the food. It arrived hot, which was great. I had the sweet and sour chicken, there was lots. Also had the bbq ribs - delicious and lots of sauce

Pricy but wanted something quick after a long drive.

Food really bland. Wanted an extra £1 to put mushrooms in the curry. Chow mein and curry had no seasoning. Was very meh.

Paid a lot of money for Thai sticky rice and was given boiled rice! Not happy!!! Shame as rest of food was lovely!

Delivered hot and early. Only criticism is small bones in the chow mein, otherwise nice. Will order from menu again.

Food was lovely and still hot. Unfortunately I made a wrong choice ordering the honey butter chicken. It was lovely but too sweet to be able to eat too much of it. Really pleased overall and will certainly order from them again.

Really strange dishes, my fried rice had no soy sauce, was just white rice and a tiny bit of egg. Everything very salty.

Had some iffy Chinese takeaways of late, and this has restored my faith. Definitely returning - great food, well cooked, tastiest in a long time!

Food is good but it's was sweet to my taste ordered medium hot but it was still sweet.

Only place in Swindon I can find char sui buns!! Love them! Bf did think there were more peppers than chicken in the black bean dish he ordered. Singapore noodles great!

The food wasn't full flavoured or fresh tasting. I didn't feel right for a day and a half after eating, I think my body had a hard time digesting it.

Came while was still on a tracker was absolutely amazed as it predicted 6.30 6.45 pm but came around 6.00 pm or just a little after but I know we was sat down eating it by 6.15pm food was fab thanks everyone for a good service and good delivery good food

If your looking for a great Chinese food, Welcome Express never fails to impress. The food was hot, fresh and really good portion sizes, to makes thing even better it turned up within 30 mins. There is nothing bad to report from any of my orders. Thank you guys.

Quick delivery. Food was okay, if not spectacular.

Overall i ordered food in sauce, but sauces were more like soups. My green curry pork had no pork? Flavour wise food was ok. Jist thicknes of the sauces were big dissapointment.

Chicken chow mein, chicken so over cooked almost burnt no flavour and tiny pieces. 1 prawn in mixed sweet n sour, pork was dry in sweet n sour. Horderves, let's just say it was like a tasting portion, the amount of seaweed was laughable. Sorry I don't usually have to leave a poor review.

Overall the food was nice all except the seaweed and there was more veg than chicken in the Hong Kong chicken but it tastes nice.

This is the first time we tried this Takeaway. The food looks and tastes authentic and traditional. We especially recommend the Singapore Fried Rice Noodles. Very tasty! Will definitely go back for more. A great discovery after a good number of years living in Swindon.

We ordered the fixed banquet for 2 with fried rice, veg spring rolls and sweet & sour chicken. It also came with 2 main dishes of our choice. It was really nice and even the most hungry would not be disappointed. 10 out 10
