Paid £17.00 for a load of crap. Special Fried Rice has luncheon meat instead of Chinese Pork ; there is no shrimps in the rice either, 3 strips of chicken. The meat tastes like a meat substitute. It was awful I shall be contacting them today. Will not be returning . 😠😠😠😠

After a not so great experience back in April 2017, we decided to give the Welcome another chance. A complete turnaround. Plentiful quantities, piping hot, fresh food. Didn’t have to wait long for the order to be ready either. Fantastic value for money.

Mi marido llamó a nuestra orden a través de la bienvenida y me dijeron que no iba a ser de 10 minutos, así que nos dirigimos a más. Sin embargo, mi marido estaba de hecho hicieron esperar 30 minutos para la comida, que cuando llegamos a casa, nos dimos cuenta que nuestra orden no era correcta o bien. Nos habían dado lo que parecía ser un montón de sopas 2, que no habíamos pedido - 1 de que era insípida, una porción de pollo y limón, lo que parecía un pedazo de pollo frito sin salsa de limón y una porción de arroz que parecía que estaba ayer sobras recalentadas! Hambre y bastante molestos que llamé para ver qué podía hacer para nosotros bienvenida. La señora dijo algo acerca de pedir salsa de limón por separado para el limón, pollo, que parecía un poco extraño. Sin embargo, ella se ofreció para que mi marido y yo tomamos la comida de vuelta y ella nos harían una orden fresco. Mi marido y yo fuimos a la acogida y la señorita que me atendio por telefono nos dio una orden fresca en pocos minutos. Explicó que la gente se quejaba el pollo en la pasada iba así que ahora salsa de limón pack la salsa de limón y el pollo por separado. Así el líquido que nos pareció que era la insípida sopa era en realidad la salsa de limón - no es que sabía que al final cuando tratamos de ver lo que era! La señora nos dio el dinero para la sopa en realidad no nos pida. La comida era segunda vez mucho mejor, sin embargo, estarás un rato antes de elegir que ir lejos de aquí.

This place offers good fast service. It’s expensive, but comparable with other restaurants at the airport. You can see into the kitchen, where you can see the ingredients all stocked. I was particularly annoyed as I could see a large stack of eggs; so I could tell they were cooked fresh. I wanted poached eggs but was told that they were not available from the menu - only fried or scrambled! Simply shocking! I’ll pick somewhere else next time!

I was in this pub this evening,where, to my and everyone else's surprise, the power suddenly went out, and instead of having a backup plan in place, the staff and bouncers promptly kicked everyone out. It was quite shocking that they didn’t seem prepared for an emergency like this. There was no provision for continuing to serve food or drinks, and customers had no option to purchase refreshments. The lack of lighting or any form of heating added to the discomfort, making the situation even worse. It’s really disappointing to see a place with no contingency plan for such situations, especially when they rely on providing good customer service and hospitality. The staff also locked the front doors and gave a 15 minute warning before everyone got kick out.

I had a highly disappointing experience at Nando's Luton Town Centre on June 11, 2024. During my lunch break, I ordered a Mediterranean salad, 1/2 avocado, and chicken thigh to go. Upon returning to work, I discovered mushrooms in my salad, to which I am allergic. This ingredient was not listed on the menu, which is a serious oversight. I immediately called the restaurant and spoke with the manager, who advised me to come back to the restaurant for a refund. As I had already taken my lunch break, this was not possible. He assured me that the mushrooms were from the olives (something not mentioned on the menu) and that I would receive a refund. Despite my efforts, including visiting the restaurant twice and leaving my contact information, I received no callback or refund. When I visited the restaurant again to resolve the issue, I was met with extreme rudeness from the manager, Jay. He accused me of lying about the mushrooms and was dismissive of my concerns. His unprofessional behavior was unacceptable, especially considering the potential health risk involved. If I had consumed the food, I could have been seriously ill, possibly requiring hospitalization. The lack of concern and poor customer service at this branch is appalling. I strongly advise others to be cautious when ordering from this location, especially if you have any dietary restrictions or allergies.

I went there yesterday, best kebab I've had in a long time. Me and my family enjoyed the food, they tell you how long the food will take, they're respectful, Overrall great service, I've found myself a new spot to get takeout from. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

Got a "20" piece Hot Wing bucket. So dry and crunchy, seemed like it was cooked hours earlier and left sitting under a hot lamp all day. Size of the wings were only slightly bigger than a piece of popcorn chicken.
