came in for a wee! although the toilets were not the absolute cleanest they did do the job. lots of parking available as well as electric car chargers and bins :-) and a fair selection of monster energy drinks!!

Had a Delivery for Starbucks nice friendly Staff here.

It's a services , it's a great place with most things you will need but it does come at a price and unfortunately I would buy every time I visit but it's to expensive so I don't and I hardly see anyone else buy anything from inside other than fuel .

Convenient pick up for Starbucks en route to M1. Fuel prices fairly competitive for a service station, Convenient that there is a Greggs here too.

Poor Welcome Break services. The Greg’s and Starbucks aren’t open after 6pm (think this is why the place is always dead) and the toilets aren’t cleaned properly as they always stink

Regular pee stop in a morning. Much nicer toilets than west bound, they are minging. It has a Greg's if that's your thing, never tried it myself but looks popular.

Quite possibly the worst services ever in the world had to go in to use the toilet I found all the mens toilets blocked so had to use the disabled one that had a loose seat so a bit precarious.Went to tell the manager who said "what do you expect me to do about it it's the customers that caused the problems "in a very rude tone I will never use these services again

I like this service station on the A50. It has a Greggs and Starbucks and good seating area

Clean and tidy. Quite small but quiet and friendly. I'll use this one again. I usually hate these places!

Bit of work going on in car park at the moment but didn't stop the pleasant visit this place allows , food good and facilities always clean

Handy halfway stop for us, when visiting family...managed to resist Greggs !!!

We dropped here to fill up with fuel and food. This is a well laid out place with a place to sit and have a coffee. With very helpful and friendly staff.

Clean service station but super expensive. I use lots of service stations in my job but this has to be one of the most expensive in the country .

Grim, you don’t need to follow the signs just follow the smell to the toilets…… In this day and age there is absolutely no excuse for this but welcome to Welcome Break services…… The best thing, the M1 out of it… On a positive, we did a good deed and helped a stranded motorist out with a jump start…. Good luck if you enter these dark and mysterious places, they should be avoided at all times if you can!

A bit of a hidden gem in my opinion. Passed this place many times not knowing that it contains amongst other outlets, a Greg's. I now will call again when passing. Only downside could be limited parking space.

26 pounds to park hgv no shower and not open 24hrs no wonder I am the only 1 parked here never again joke. Welcome break you should be ashamed. Will be posting this on all truck parking pages. Makes me wonder will i still have my diesel left in the morning due to all the fuel theft that goes on?

Staff at the petrol station today were shocking had attitude and weren’t welcoming at all. 13.09.24

Been visiting here reguarly for the last 12 months on route to work no issues or concerns at all from any staff however 1 member this morning his name was OLU I pulled up as I always do picked up the pump he reset it so I can fill up then he cut it off and then started waving through the window I asked what's wrong he says you have to dismount from motorcycle to fill up so I went inside I asked since when do you have to dismount and he says it's the law you have to I disagreed and stated there's no law that states that and he says its in his training so if its in his training THAT APPARENTLY BY FILLING UP A MOTORBIKE WHILE ITS CENTRAL IT CAN CAUSE THE FUEL TO BLOW UP, IF ITS THAT MUCH OF A HIGH RISK OF EXPLOSION THEN YOUD BE ASKING OTHER MEMBERS OF THE PUBLIC TO VACATE THE FORECOURT, ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING ATTITUDE why is it I've come here for the other years and never in my life been asked to dismount?

My friend chris came in today and used you poop desposit room and was offended by a poster on the wall ... 3 quid for a period ... theses should be free.

Starbucks — Went in today and was served by two lovely young women, I’d been having a bad day and to top it off my card declined so tried to log into my banking app but had no signal. I was trying for a while outside though of of them came out to me with drink in hand and said not to worry and to have a good rest of my day, even gave me a straw, thank you lady’s you’ve made my day! Plus the drink is lovely! :)

Wouldn’t sell us anything from Gregs had just closed 5 minutes earlier,never stopping again I would rather run out of fuel and walk home.

Great stop at the end of the A50 with a Starbucks & a Greggs to choose from!

Great staff clean service area although was partly flooded on the forecourt nearly had to swim for my greggs A+++

Really clean and bigger than expected. Toilets were nice. Really quiet

We found the car park to be quite large and pretty much empty when we arrived. A big patch of grass for the dog to have a break too.

Easy to drop in to use facilities.

Not a lot of parking and not a great choice of outlets, there is only a Greggs & a Starbucks. Bought a snack and ate it outside only to find all the bins were overflowing with rubbish. Not impressed & will probably never go back.

Stopped for break had a pizza but it was cold greggs

Went to greggs...coffee not great..also all sausage rolls..pies were cold...i love greggs normally but here they have let the name down..bacon and sausage barm not that great..thankyou

A service station where you need one ! It’s nice and clean and convenient they sell fuel Greggs and Starbucks great place to stretch your dogs legs on the grass area. We enjoyed our half hour stop on a recent journey. There’s a time limit on the parking so don’t over stop 🛑

Great for a quick pit stop 😉😂 very clean, plenty of choice to eat and drink. Staff friendly and ample parking and drive through. Easy on and off for onward travel🚙

Good services for a stop/coffee.

It’s ok to for a quick stop off had showers if you need them and a few different places to by food from.

It's OK, need to keep it clean and tidy especially the toilets.

Drove 3.1/2 hours to look at a Frankia 18 plate was not impressed with the condition , if you are looking at 100k motorhome l would expect it to be in the condition for sale not as told by salesman that the work and repairs will be done when you purchased the vehicle

Very nice staff on tills. Not much more to say on it as was a swift and easy petrol fill up.

This has been renovated since my last visit. The toilets are now bigger and better maintained than previously.

A small park to the side of the station, good for picnic.

Good overall. The place was very clean. Good customer service and much quieter than most motorway services (some of the latter can be like cattle markets). Overall recommended.

Like others have said, clean loos and a Greggs! One star off for the prices being more than in the High Street / shopping centres. The girl who served me just now was friendly and polite - thank you.

Modern Welcome Break services.Very clean and tidy. Petrol station, Starbucks and Greggs.

Very new. For a welcome break it's quite... Small but it's on the a 50 not a motwrway. Toilets are clean but petrol is abit expensive. You can bring food in buying you want. There's a Greggs and Starbucks but the shop was actually cheaper than I though. And they sell stuff you wouldn't think like sunglasses and goggles and the entire place looks like it's been refurbished. Overall one of the best I've seen

The cash machine took my card and didn't return it. Asked the staff in the store about it and they were unable to help. Had to cancel my card and order a new one.

Not too much here, But all you need on a drive stop. Its a nice simple services with the basics and a clean loo.

The welcome break place is really tidy and clean. The toilets have no queue. Greggs and Starbuck is also available here!

Stopped off for business, the site is great, really tidy and clean, toilets are spotless and stuff are really welcoming. Kim and Chelsea were fantastic at Starbucks. Really made me feel welcome. Kim also showed me where I could set up on the laptop for a couple of hours, thanks you and see you again soon. Would highly recommend

Nice services but hardly any parking for LGV’s

Tiny but decent service station but the Gregg is a real shame, staff talk like zombie, food offered are all cold and staff refused to warm up the food with a cold shoulder.

Young lad is too busy chatting with his friend and using phone than fix coffee machine. Which requires adding water, a display of a coffee machine showing that massage. It happens each time when I visit this place every time after 10PM.

Shocking Gregg's under cooked bacon well under cooked fat because that's all you get...give this one a big miss if you can..

Last nights experience, miserable woman at the till refusing to serve me fuel at 23:47… she said “we close at 12 midnight” even though on Google it says 24 hours and the time i arrived was before midnight… make it make sense!

Small services, very cleans and quite. The Greggs bakery is great value as well.

Good place to have a little pit stop.

Very basic services but now has a Greggs and a Starbucks. Shop is attached to the petrol station and very expensive. The toilet facilities were clean and almost empty. Staff were friendly. Ideal for a quick stop and grabbing something to eat in the car.

Tbh there never seems to be anything for sale here, limited choice of cold drinks, snacks etc. This place is only saved by the friendly staff!

Finally managed to not miss the turn for this for the first time in many years. Very unbusy for a Saturday afternoon. Much improved since my last visit but it could do with something to attract more trade (from people without EVs - I've made a note that the chargers are currently less busy and site much more accessible than Donington services 😄 if I was to be in an EV) Gregg's in site probably does ok until mid afternoon.

Building works happening which caused a lot of noise and mess but we managed to sit and have a cuppa before our journey onwards. It will be nice when it’s all finished.

We were there on our return to Norfolk. It was late weekday morning with not many customers. Toilets were clean and the fast food bar was well staffed.

I fill up here and the staff are always very friendly

Drove to Derby Services Eastbound late night. Very poor to no lighting when leaving exit from A50 and entering roundabout prior to service station. Are some of these lights turned off or not working? Very dangerous to drive and accident waiting to happen. Had to use full beam when entering slip road leading up to round-about prior to driving to sevices to be able to see and drive whilst trying to ensure other road users are not dazzed by lights Various parts of the road has potholes that will damage car suspension at the least. Loose debris was also present on the road which caused some scratches on my car (can upload damage / scratches to my car if want to see). No lighting and limited lighting in parts of the Road combined with uneven road and potholes in part of the road can cause a serious accident waiting to happen especially if weather is poor. The westbound services are just as bad with uneven road and potholes.

Basic services but handy before joining M1. Greggs - cold sausage roll is ok, but cold chicken bake is not good.

I get it but didn't like having to walk all the way through to go to the loo

Bathrooms nice and clean. Coffee facilities poor. Only got half a cup from the self service machine which I abandoned and no card facilities - not working. What is the point of taking a break if you can't even get a cup of coffee? I'll give this one a miss next time.

Great that disabled toilets gave been changed to a bigger toilet however having a key at the main desk, (not a RADAR key) is not very good. Most disabled people have a RADAR key & can't walk far, this needs sorting asap

Okay for a coffee stop with Gregg's on site and a takeaway Starbucks.

Small services with Starbucks self service machine and a Gregg's. Starbucks Drive thru to open soon I believe as there were posters and markings for that.

Is this 24 hours? Door to the car park locked (automatic but didn’t open) when I visited. Looks refurbished so eastbound better than westbound if you can get it that is! 2 hours free parking but large cost after 2 hours. 2 electric car charging points. Greggs and soon Starbucks drive through.

£24 to sleep next to the fuel ⛽️ pumps, and that's all. No showers, very limited food choice to buy, the place feels like its chancing it's arm at overnight parking, it really is a poor facility for HGV drivers, I would not recommend this place, I will not be stopping here again.

Updated now with a Greggs and new toilets, much better

Much improved. Now has a Greggs with very friendly staff. Toilets enhanced also.
