great food . people are lovely too.

Not the same food as it’s been for the last few years. Either it’s changed hands or the quality has gone down hill. Nothing like it use to be, dishes packed out with veg now and rice containers only half full. Dishes not made how they use to be, things not crispy like previous and chips dead.

It was good, little late but it didn’t matter

curry sauce was more like jelly - so, so thick

If you want a pot of veh with 5 bits of chicken in this is your place .... disappointed...only chicken in the whole pot !

Food took just short of 2hrs to reach us after a phone call to them. the food was Luke warm once we got it so had to go into the microwave. the excuse was they are busy. why not inform customer of the issue.

Ordered meal at 1830. Still hasn’t arrived at 2147. I’ve ordered from them before and never had a problem. Can’t get through to the restaurant. Disappointed and hungry.

First time ordering from Welcome and I can honestly say that the food was absolutely delicious! I went for all the usual suspects - seaweed, noodles, rice, (all house specials), ribs, prawn toasts, lemon chicken, etc. and it was all perfectly done. I did have a little scare, as our delivery driver was a bit late and the app switched to a view that looked as if it had been delivered, but it wasn’t too long before we got that knock on the door. And the food was still hot! :)

Chips were very dry? Reheated food on the cool side

Ordered chicken in ginger and pineapple. First taste of chicken , which was pink, tasted of bleach. Very dissapointed.

Ordered tonight for a treat and was told over the phone £37 until delivery arrived and it jumped to £44 with no explanation or receipt ! Definitely won't be ordering from here again, you shouldn't either unless you want to be ripped off. Food was average, there's better around.

must be one of my top 5 worst chinese meals. reheated prawns , no flavour , vegetables were like frozen pack from iceland . Beef and cashew (3 cashews) Quality for this place has really dropped . shame the price hasnt ( wouldnt make a difference not after tonights meal )won't be using again .

I ordered chicken with bamboo shoots and water chestnuts. There were no water chestnuts and the chicken was dried up.

Ordered something which was advertised as hot and spicy. I left a note that said make it extra spicy. like licking the Sun kinda spicy. Not just they completely ignored this but it wasn't spicy in the slightest. Not at all. Very disappointing.

first time ordering, so didn't order much, just the basics, chips, chicken balls, chow mein ( they call it soft noodles) and ribs. everything was hot and well cooked. taste was decent enough. so I would order again and order other items and feel confident now that it will be palatable.

food was cold when it got here. told me before i started ordering 30/50 mins. ordered then changed time to about 1hr 30 mins and was still late. not impressed and was very disappointing as when i’ve ordered from here the past few times it has been good.

I ordered 1800 hours, and it came 30 minutes early. We hadn't even cooked for the others. So I had eat alone. Otherwise, the food was excellent, very tasty and hot and fresh.

the restaurant put it had been delivered on the time it was due so they dont look bad! pre ordered the day before so not to be late and then they don't offer any reduced price! won't order again

Food was late. Could not get though on phone when it arrived items missing.was not very warm.tried phoning again still not answering calls.i understand its Christmas eve but was ordered hours before .very let down

took two hours from when i ordered to arrive. the food was cold and the bags were wet so food was soggy. we didn’t enjoy as wasn’t up to the standard of expected and ruined our meal. we are very unhappy

On this occasion, the food fell way below the mark expected. The food was unfortunately tepid to cold making it unenjoyable. The taste was also quite bland overall and none of the chilli items I ordered had remotely seen any seasoning or spice. More vegetables than meat in the sweet and sour chicken. Very disappointed this time round.

Food was warm but not piping. Chips were over cooked as in cooked a few times to many. Curry was really cold.

I used to use welcome most weekends for takeout but recently not been having takeaways so often…..really quite disappointed with my food tonight. Crispy duck wasn’t crispy, and was very small for the money. The cucumber that came with it was actually inedible as it was so slimy so we cut our own to use. The beef in peking was pretty tasteless and had next to no beef in it at all. The rest of the order was just ok. I’m disappointed and won’t be rushing back again now.

Soup was like a glue, not any vegetables in either, Chicken so dry and hard. Satay sauce didn’t even taste like satay, too runny like water. No peanut flavours whatsoever. Crispy Prawns so hard as well. I won’t order again.

I really wanted what I ordered Chicken with Mushrooms, with rice as extra. But lots of vegetables were added which I didn't want, so I was disappointed as less meat and mushrooms but lots vegetables! Sorry but not for me.

Sent me salt and chilli chips instead of chicken, got my chicken 30min later and was colder than the food I’d had sat waiting for it. All tasted bland too, no doubt all frozen stuff. Will never use again. You want a hot, fresh Chinese go to wings.

Veg chow mein was nice, the rest was ok at best. £2.80 for a tiny bag of prawn crackers was disappointing. Mixed veg with cashew nuts was veg in a weird clear gloop, we didnt eat it. Have had several meals from here before but I dont think we would order again.

Had a problem with the time that I had ordered it for, my fault, but called them and sorted it out, and arrived as arranged! Perfect!

Didn't ho no cracker or curry sauce. Everything tested the same. Salt and pepper chips just take like 5spice. Over all never ordering again!

The curry had a thick layer of stodge on top and was cold

So it arrived early which was a huge plus. However - the quality not as great as usual. Go the wrong ribs - we ordered in BBQ sauce but I think we got chilli and salt…we wouldn’t usually mind but they were VERY dry and chewy with no sauce and just got binned sadly (although the flavour was ok they were just inedible!). I wonder if they just had a really busy Friday this time as usually we don’t have any complaints

Pork in Hoi Sin & Salt and Pepper Chicken Wings. The best chinese food I’ve every had, delivery driver was polite as anything. Chow Chow

Some of the food was burnt and some of it tasted as if it was cooked two days ago and then reheated. I don't think I'll be ordering from here again.

I ordered tonight from here and was appaled ordered salt and pepper chips received Normal and they was cold and not fresh the tray of pork meal 2 pieces of meat the rice was plain and again cold avoid worse Chinese I've had yet

Generally a good restaurant sometimes hit and miss, we tend to be loyal to a restaurant and only change when they underperform consistently, staying with them as doing OK and food is usually good but sometimes cold which I think is down to mass deliveries. Good otherwise

Took ages for the food to be delivered. Paid £2.80 for stale prawn crackers! The overcooked ribs came with hardly any sauce. Could only have a few mouthfuls due to the horrific taste.

We have ordered from here before and food was always hot, good quality and tasted great. This order arrived and it was cold, tasteless, overcooked and dry, and also with not good quality ingredients. We will not order from here again. Such a shame as before this they were great.

Ordered for ASAP, it was only early to the time indicated once ordered. The food was very good. I put 4 for quality because we did have to put the food in the microwave it wasn't very hot.

When you request no vegetables in meat dishes and you get curry and sweet and sour chicken with vegetables in to be told chicken isn’t a meat by the restaurant it makes you think what goes on behind closed doors, how did they get certification if they can’t recognise chicken as a meat

Aromatic duck tasted funny, smelt off, others said tasted like fish. Put me off my meal

Took an hour and twenty five mins to cook and deliver. For then the shredded chicken to be burned and over cooked and inedible. Don’t mind paying and waiting for quality food but this needs attention.
