Pizza Place in South Kesteven

Drivers are really rude about my dog barking when she is behind a closed door food is disgusting and customer service awful

Disgusting. Pizza looked and tastes like an object from a PS2 game, chips were like they were made to order (the day before I ordered them), the onion rings would make the Iceland mums scorn, and the chicken kebab was if a chicken stumbled into a hydraulic press which just so happened to be in the refuse bin of a pitta bread outlet that was offloading it’s out of date stock. That being said I was 12 pints deep and it was the only establishment on JustEat that would deliver to a small Lincolnshire town, that would also satiate my need for cheap, greasy pizza. It went above and beyond the call of duty in this respect, my phone screen is still dirty and my heart is still sore several hours later. A fine job by the pizza place - it does exactly what it says on the tin.

04/08/2024 i have ordered two 14 inch ,,Mighty Meaty"Pizzas (cost £20) as i usually do after a night out helping my good friends in the bar they own near by . Yet this time i guess they thought i might be to tipsy to realise and served me with one 14in. and one 12in. pizzas instead of as usual two 14in pizzas as i ordered. I had fate in my sister's good friends but they have let me down, not sure will i order from them again or I'll choose another pizzeria who wouldn't cheapout on its usual customers .

Donnor was hard like it had been there for days, Pizza was not tasty at all. Customer service was bad. Never coming back.

The kebab was tasteless, the sauce was bad, my stomach hurt all night after eating it. I do not recommend

Booked 4 pizzas for delivery around 10 am. Money taken for a 13.30 delivery. Order cancelled at 13.10. absolute disgraceful.

the worst shesh kebab ever tasted big lumps of plain chicken about 6 pieces all in total with half a cucumber not even cut jus slapped on top was meant to be a large my dog finished it in 2 seconds couldnt eat it bought a side of chips too was mesnt to be large came in a single box soggy & cold

Possible scam. Food ordered at 20:21 no food arrived at point of review no response by email phone line constantly engaged avoid at all costs.

Ordered a large doner kebab and wished I hadn’t, it was definitely the worst I’ve ever had . I will and I would recommend people go elsewhere if wanting a kebab .

Food was alright but the service was horrendous. You can almost say that the server behind the counter absolutely hates his job with his grumpy face. Asked if we want sauce and salad separate when ordering the kebab and later while paying we were charged for all extras. It normally comes with the kebab anyway but should’ve informed that making them separate will incur extra charges. We only asked to separate them due to allergies. Not a problem paying extra but its a matter of principle. Maybe you should be more informative and definitely learn some customer serving skills. Never going back again.

I order today two pizzas, half pounder burger and some kid's meals, they arrived in 50 minutes, hot and so tasty😋😋😋 thanks guys, keep going on on amazing service 👌👌

Regular customer of the pizza place, but on this occasion was told order would be 45-50 minutes (that's fine) but 95 minutes and 4 phone calls later the pizza finally arrived, two wrong pizzas. Completely wrong. yes got my money refunded but what does a refund help when you've built yourself up and waited 95 minutes to eat only to receive two pizzas that you cannot actually eat due to specific allergies and specific toppings on that I made clear I didn't want on my pizzas. 1/10 tonight pizza place. Pizza king next time for us!

A while back called Pizza Place asked if their meat was Halal, the person who answered the phone said yes yes. So ended up ordering food. Couple of days back called to ask again if their meat was indeed Halal, the answer was no I honestly don't think it is halal. Muslim fellows be careful.

The driver was pure rude calling my partner a ****head refused to return the food and give me my money back disgraceful behaviour then when I rang to complain I am told there is absolutely nothing they can do pure joke will never be using again ought to be ashamed

Always consistent, this is always very well done, the flavours are good and everything is cooked well everytime I have been. Overall the price seems a little high but it is in my experience the best pizza place in Grantham and therefore worth it.

I always make a point of calling in when I'm in Grantham for my favourite a Cheesy garlic bread with sweetcorn..

Please, please, please, do not buy any food from this place, i ordered kebab and is feel like you are eating the sea sand / someone drop it on the floor and pick it up and re-sell it to people that is drunk, but my case i wasn't, when you call them, someone will answer saying that the boss is not here till next day or Monday, but he is the boss, we need to stop them doing this to us, taking our money for a sea sand kebab, not food. No wonder after night out people end up with very, very bad stomach the next day. Help me to close this people down asap.

Not much I can say... Usually where I end up after a night out.. Buy one get one free on Pizza 🍕. The lads can be very fast depending how busy it is.

Terrible portion size, my partner asked for a small try of donor meat. He came home to half a small tray of the ends of donor meat. No nice long strips just the little cut offs. Also just eat says a medium tray is £3.30 yet my partner was charged £5. Definitely won't be returning.

Pizza place is my favourite place to get a pizza in Grantham. Beating dominoes, papa John's and pizza hut. Yes it's a bit rough looking but 2 for 1 pizzas that taste amazing cannot be missed. They also do chips, Kebabs etc. But it's called pizza place and there breakfast pizza is the best at any time of the day.

Pizzas are good today i order two kebabs one of chicken to salty and overcooked no cannot eating i order also a kid's menu 1 but on delivery not the drink neither the lollipop like said come on menu online i really not satisfied this time

Wow I used to order food from here quite a long time ago so thought will give it a go again. But what a mistake! I ordered two large chicken shish kebabs and the portion was just ridiculously small for that price!Plus my food wasn’t cooked well it was half raw!The chips came half burned and mixed with some wedges which I never asked for! Very very disappointed and disgusted! Would never order the food again ever!!!

I used to like this place good food at reasonable prices. But placed an order that was more than expected and was told to never order again because I cancelled the order and told to f off. Very abusive language and disrespectful to customers! Need to learn some customer service skills!!

If you use "JUST EAT" they charge you £2.00 Delivery fee, If you order via their own Website they charge you £1.00 Delivery fee yet when you see the Photos of shop and walk past actual Shop there is a BIG SIGN on FRONT that says..."FREE DELIVERY"!! So PIZZA PLACE-What is it-FREE DELIVERY or NOT??

Pizza place is usually great but got home tonight and opened my bag of food to find a wrap (which I had ordered) plus a portion of chips which I hadn't. I had actually ordered garlic mushrooms which I was gutted not to get. Also a big price difference between the two. I live in bottesford and am not coming back out in a taxi to fix my order which should have been right first time and will cost me more than my meal is worth. Please fix this!!!

Not happy ordered a pizza as it's buy one get one free I asked could I have garlic bread with the four toppings they said no it's the same price as getting two pizzas so had to have garlic bread with cheese I feel am not getting value for money apart from that the food is good and staff are friendly

ordered pizza &chips said it'd take 50 minutes came in twenty in which that's not what I'm complaining about, when came the pizza was like they had just re heated old pizza tasted disgusting, got chips too and they tasted like rubber and when I rung up to complain they said nothing can be done but the manager will ring me, never called back so I rang again and they said no refund or anything can be done do not recommend horrible people!!

Recently bought some pizzas from here, i must say there the best iv had from grantham so far!!!! Buy one get one free offer is great and im definitely going to order from here again very tasty :)

Really stingy on toppings or they lost the pepperoni. Wanted to inspect the pizza before they would give me another one!
