"Exceptional Service and Delicious Food!" I recently ordered and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. The food arrived hot and fresh, and everything was packed securely. The flavors were incredible – the tandoori mix grill was perfectly seasoned, and the chicken bhuna was just the right balance of spices. The portion sizes were generous, and the quality exceeded my expectations. Delivery was prompt, and the driver was friendly. Overall, I’m extremely satisfied and will definitely be ordering again! Highly recommend for anyone craving a delicious and tasty meal

This business should not be trading. The website is illegitimate as both the delivery driver and manager (Milan) could not tell us where our money had gone. We ordered at 7.30pm and at 9.30pm our order had not arrived! The order had been accepted but was not delivered, we rang up and they were rude on the phone and refused to give us a refund! It took us to go down to the shop in order to get a refund. They refused to refund properly through the bank, and delivered cash in the wrong amount. Do not order, as this company should not be trading. They do not understand how their own website works and are not in control over their business.

Lovely delicious food 🥘😋, I always look forward to get fresh Indian food. The food here is very high standard quality, great value for money & lovely staff. I highly recommend this place to everyone family & friends 🙂

Ordered garlic chicken curry tonight and it was by far the worst meal I have ever tried to eat, I had 2 mouthfuls but couldn't stomach anymore, such a shame as I've used them many times and their restaurant in sleaford is awesome....but tonight's take away has ruined their reputation as far as I'm concerned. Absolutely awful food tonight

Shocking delivery service, advertised as 35-50 minutes. Then immediately extended to 1 hour and a half upon order...funny how that isn't advertised before you order. Is then predictably extended to 1 hour 40 minutes. 1 hour 50 passes and still no food. Then get a text message of all things to say it should be there in "10 minutes". Over 2 hours to deliver. Just one curry as well, not a lot of food. Unbelievable and ensures will never use them again. Cowboys.

Every dish was amazing! The best vindaloo I have ever had and the mild dishes were also great. I like hot with flavour but also worth mentioning probably the nicest chicken tikka masala too!

For years Saagar had been my go-to takeaway for Indian food. However it was taken over and became Ivory Tusk Express and initially the quality fell badly and the prices increased a lot. I stopped using it. The Google reviews from a year ago show that I wasn't alone. Anyway this week I tried it again having seen there was a new menu, website and app that looked interesting. Also recent reviews looked much better. I am very pleased to say that we had an excellent takeaway delivered promptly to us. Plenty of tasty food with good quantities of meat in the dishes. We had lamb samosas, chicken dansak, lamb jalfrezi, mushroom rice and a peshwari naan. With 15% off for the online order, it came to £26.10 including delivery charges. We had more than enough for two and we are eating leftovers tonight. Very happy to see Ivory Tusk Express back on a good track and I will definitely be using it again.

Ordered at 6.15pm for a 7.30pm delivery. Arrived 8.15pm. Called several times and standard answer “ it’s on its way”. Arrived Warm not hot. Really felt so sorry for delivery driver, I always tip but didn’t as I was so mad with the service from restaurant. Won’t be using again.

Order the set meal for two and it was a amazing! Plenty of food and all so tasty.

there was a bone in my curry, the curry itself was very watery, and the chicken had a bone in which i swallowed and gagged back up. it did get here very fast and was hot. this does not excuse the fact that there was a bone in it.

Had a takeaway meal here tonight, and I cannot recommend them more. The food was flavourful, and authentic. This was my first time eating from them, but I know I'll definitely be ordering more! Thank you 👋

The food has arrived very late than the average time they given me!!! And then, when I get my food was cold!!!! And guess what I never see a amount of vegetable stuffed and solve the container to make it full it just I feel so not trust any anymore to order

Had a takeaway from here couple of months ago, always had a fabulous meal when it was saagar, very bland,more like a watery stew, won't return, really needs to up their game,lots of competition in Grantham, now looking for a decent curry

Had takeaway couple months ago from here when it was taken over, not very good since the new people took it over from when it was ran from Saagar people year ago, gone down hill, naan breads not very nice, weird taste from madras, poppadoms tasted abit soft, very expensive. Havent used place since, looking elsewhere for good curry shop
