McDonald's in South Kesteven

Got shouted at for asking to split the order into 3 to pay separately and then at each window got told i was messing about by doing this.

Clean, friendly, everything piping hot.

Ordered on the app,missing items from my order and food was cold, tried to contact but couldn't get to speak to anyone

Food very good this branch have fresh frying oil always and you can feel it compared to other branches 5/5 stars , service 1/5 stars for the most part is very young and inexperienced staff missing items sometimes , slow at drive through service cars linie up to mainroad blocking traffic at peak and majority of times you drive in and staff will tell you go park in pick up parking and someone will come to you making it slow food branch not fast food branch ، atmosphere its loud cant blame anyone branch is very crowded , no areas for kids no charging points 3/5 stars

Order for over £50. Delivered 40 min later. All cold and many items missing.

The food here is very positive, although is unsustainable to eat regularly, but a nice treat for the family, but the atmosphere was poor and the staff seemed as if they did not want to be there, which i find mandatory for a fast food worker, as well as the stormzy meal being poor, i recommend a large big mac with a mcflurry, then it truly feels like a maccies, except for the waiting times, never going to be the same.

I normally do not do this sort of thing but i cannot believe the way you get treated when an order goes wrong!? I ordered a simple order and they only put half of it in the bag! Now i understand things happen but to miss off 20 chicken nuggets,a burger and fries is crazy! And when you call to ask about the order the store manager says it's ubers fault and you need to contact them! Mcdonalds makes the food and packs it but it's Ubers fault!? They cannot even replace the food so now we have waited for nothing! 100% won't be using the service again! And talking about the service from Mcdonalds and the way they handle the situation is shocking! Did not even want to check my order or ask anything about my issue! Uber were actually really good and refunded the missing items. But now the treat meal was ruined because of the poor service! it's not cheap! Do better!!

I've really gone off mcdonalds and haven't been in a while but thought I'd try their new menu. I went through the drive through which wasn't that busy. There was police in the car park as there was kids messing around in the car park causing chaos. I know this isn't mcdonalds fault but pair this with the fact I went through the drive through and it cost me £35 then have to wait 20 mins for someone to bring the food whilst I was parked up, (the mcflurry and milkshake had turned to water by this point!) All this for them to forget one of the burgers we ordered! So partner went back in to complain and the person on the counter just shrugged gave us the burger and walked off! No apology! No compensation! I definitely won't be going back to this mcdonalds! Very poor service!

You’ll never get your full order here. They always miss something. And if you’re in the drive through and get asked to park up 8/10times you’ll struggle to find a space.

I don't know if that is because this place was chosen a long long time ago but parking here is horrendous. All else up to great MC standards. But it is really difficult to even find a parking space so many times it forces you to go somewhere else.

Usually use this place for our Friday morning breakfast 😋

Shut early, no 24hours service. Said only via vehicles. We said can we walk through the drive through they said no.. employees were rude no middle ground with them, door said 24hr 7 days a week but they were not interested,

Food was good, service good, nice and bright and clean.

I come from a town where the food is extremely cold and takes ages to process… I came to Grantham today to see my family and stopped off by maccies for some lunch and I was so shocked to have a meal which is hot and well cooked :)

customer services need additional training, the order is not complete and they refuse to correct their mistake and it is definitely not the delivery driver's fault, because the pack was fully sealed.

Got given wrong order at the drive thru, unfortunately only realised when we got home, rang up and got the issue resolved instantly, picked up the correct order and a cheeky 2 McFlurrys as a further apology. Josh needs a raise, never experienced a better manager at a McDonald’s!

Never had a problem with my food, fast cooking and a happy customer.

Worst Maccies ever; wait 20 minutes for your food and when you get it, it’s cold and poor quality to say the least… avoid avoid avoid!

Thorpe Road Melton, typical franchise, milkshakes unavailable most times, have to park and wait for food, fast food it is not!!

THIS IS NOT A 24HRS branch. The app allows you to order yet the branch entry is all coned off with no sign. Not the first time this is the case. Why advertise as a 24HR business when this is clearly false. At least sign post some information or make it clear they shut daily between certain hours.

Food was OK, trying to park the car was a nightmare. Not many spaces and the drive through was overflowing in to the car park. Chaotic main road. Staff were friendly.

I ordered breakfast through just eat. The large hot chocolate spilled during delivery barely giving me enough to half fill a cup and the pancakes & sausage with an extra sausage didn’t include the extra, wasting about £3 worth in the £14 I ordered.

In and out quickly, just what I wanted.

Fast food on the go. Quick service, good varied menu, good selection of vegetarian and vegan choices.

No mcdonalds in the country deserves 5 stars especially this one

Some staff are unfriendly as they clearly don't want to be there. Very clear in the bored way of greeting customers with a very 'omg why are you asking me to do something ' vibe.

Was desperate for chips and didn't disappoint

Rude staff, long waiting times and poor food. Apart from some of the older/original staff members (Viney, Sally, Nikki, Carol, Mandy, Mary et al) I wouldn't recommend this place at all. It used to be a great McDonalds with good food and good service but not lately. Very disappointing.

Always have to wait for food through drive through

got my order wrong even after going in again to try sort it, gave me the complete wrong food and then my other food had the ingredients i’d specifically not ordered as i’m allergic, so now can’t eat it

It's a fast food restaurants , nothing fancy , food was as it always is at McDonald's, clean , bit cold sitting under the a/c unit , told a member of staff ,within seconds it was warming us.

You need an over flow system that stops people . Going into Mac Donald’s when the car park is full … greedy burger gobblers . Holding all the traffic up on Springfield road it’s absolutely disgusting. Because you lot turn a blind eye to it . SORT IT OUT !!!!!

Standard food, perfectly decent. But as always now, an interminable wait for food. Every Just Eat and Uber Eats operative in the region always seem to be in there.

If I could do 0 stars I would. I ordered a kids meal. It's was ordered number 37. Took around for 15 mins..... orders coming in and them shouting was for 45 -50. I just canceled. Walked out hungry

It's a maccys so you know what you're getting, but it's nicer than most. Carpark can be a nightmare

One of the dirtiest bathrooms I have seen in a McDonald's. Soap dispensers had been smashed up and just refilled with soap. Toiets very unclean. Food was ok no complaints here. Friendly young staff but wasn't too sure what a black coffee was .... When I said americano ohhn that's a coffee. Over all not too bad

Good breakfast. Very clean, my tipple is a Double espresso which is mainly consistent across all McDonald venues. This one was excellent

Visited and had a drive thru Food lukewarm ( even less warm than any other McDonald's I've reluctantly had to use ) Drink ( coke ) tasted like it had chemical cleaning fluid of something in it .. one sip and emptied the lot McDonald's isn't gourmet, but the food here was way below average, more like poor !

Ordered takeaway and we were missing a burger (a Big Mac as well which is more on the expensive side). EVERY TIME we ordered some sort of takeout at this restaurant something is missing. Where is the organisation? Most annoying thing is that when we called the restaurant and contacted the virtual assistant on the app they said we have to contact Uber to get this resolved. This was not Uber's fault! The delivery driver was great - right on time and polite. The bag was closed and locked with the cardboard so the driver couldn't have lost anything. This was the restaurants fault for not putting it in so I do not understand why Uber and the delivery driver is being blamed for a mistake that's not theirs.

Ordered 4 x Mc Spicy drive through had to wait about 20 minutes to collect went home and checked no fries extremely poor service.Asked them to deliver it to home refused.Terrible service

McDonald's always good for quick easy food ..we just popped in for a coffee ☕ as we were passing and could park the car and walk in. Not the greatest flavour coffee (hence the 4 ****) but the staff were friendly and efficient, the resturant was spotlessly clean and the food being served looked great.. 👍

Food is typical of Maccies. Ordering on the app for collection always seems to take an age.

Grim. Some sort of paper served in the inside the cheese. Staff need some training on how to put things right when mistakes happen. Did nothing to make me want to revisit. Left hungry. Got a refund.

And here we go again, the reason why I am always sceptical of Drive Thru, cold food and stiffed for something you don't want

My last review was a bad one. Google has asked me if I'd like to update it based on my most recent visit. As bad language offends, I've decided not to do a review.

My mate was waiting outside for me whilst I went in and was waiting for a McFlurry by itself and was stood there for 10 minutes and I was the only person and my McFlurry wasn’t even half full

Terrible food. Fries tasted stale, refried, rubbery and cold. McChicken with bacon bread was also stale, chewy and cold, Mcchicken sandwich the same, quarter pounder with cheese was barely warm and missing relish and pickles. There was no milkshakes available at all and we didnt get sauces we requested. Been told food is always the same there. Very, very poor, avoid!!

Ordered through the McDonald’s app. 3 large meals and the fries were cold and the portion was outrageous. It was basically a medium in a large. The burger patties were cold. If I am paying for a large fries I better get large! Ridiculous for the prices we pay nowadays. Do not recommend!

Rubbish food 😑 not tasty cold food

It's McDonald's what can you say. Fast food at reasonable price, but more expensive than it used to be. Service was ok and food was hot.

Ordered through the app, received email confirmation with our business address clearly on it. Driver didn't show up. Called me at 9am, I called back immediately at 9:02am and was at the wrong address. Gave him the correct address but was told it was 2 miles away and 6 minutes away and he wasn't going to be paid for it then hung up on me. Then got text that it was delivered. Called the ubereats and was told the driver had followed their policy, waited 12 minutes and tried to contact me. Refused to give me a refund and refused to give me their complaints policy. Called the restaurant ordered from and gave me the number for uber eats and explained what happened but was just told to call the number. Gave me another number but was put through to the original people. So £25 lost for something not my fault, no food and no way of getting my money back. Not much sympathy from the restaurant just told they couldn't do anything except give me a number.

Missing items from the order twice In one week! Half the order missing the second time! How hard can it be??

The last time I visited a McDonald's (in Brighton) was almost my last as it was SO dreadful. But GRANTHAM was different again, the food was fresh and for a McDonald's, was actually quite nice. Well done Grantham, 10/10

Only ordered drinks but seemed to take a very long time

Crowded, busy and not enough parking. And on my last visit they left 2 things out of my order... They did promptly correct them though when asked.

Decent macky d's located on a prime route through Grantham on the way to skeg Vegas! We popped in for lunch and tried the new quarter pounder and galaxy pie out. Not a bad decent bit of grub to be fair, certainly filled the belly up!

Well you would imagine that all Mac Donald's are created equal but they are clearly now. Unfortunately my local one seems to always have luke-warm burgers with a weird smell meaning lack of machine cleaning in the back I suspect. However my burger here was warm and tasted fresh so this has annoyed me as why could my local not be like this. The only reason why it does not get the faith star is that the best Mac D I have had has been in Holborn London. Each visit never disappoints. This Mac D is good ample parking and as you would expect inside. It's always fairly busy which is another good sign.

Just called in for a coffee and to use the facilities on this occasion. Place was clean and tidy as you would expect form a McDonalds.

When delivered the fries always arrive cold and the Big Mac often has cheese/lettuce etc missing.

Sat at drive through speeke and had no response, other speaker was being spoken too there was 3 people behind us that then ended Infront because nobody was answering the speaker we were at. Terrible service just bang out of order. Now second time in a row I have had an issue this time with my order not being right. Ordered a raspberry pie, and got a pineapple stick. What a joke.

I want to know why they call a BIG MAC a big Mac as its the smallest burger i think I've seen.. talk about shrinking portions .. sadly, UK McDonald's it not what it used to be .. certainly not the go-to place like it used to be ..

Cold, should have been thrown away. I asked to change it, none available. 5 mins to process a refund, didn't have the time to wait. Unacceptable.
