Wedges in Mid Devon

Only gave 1 as half isn't an option utterly disgusting, rude staff, food was below any kind of standard and cold when I complained felt like I was an inconvenience to the staff dirty and the whole experience was extremely unpleasant wouldn't be going their again

crediton OMG, probably the best burger and loaded fries not only in Crediton... but the whole South west. Thank you to Chris and your family for spoiling us with not only your gourmet food but your friendly welcoming service and smile.... highly recommend Gastronomical/wedges in Crediton High street

I found Wedges on trip adviser and wasn’t disappointed, lovely and clean, food amazing and really good value. Will definitely return there when in the area.

Lovely Breakfast, all local produced items. Friendly & Welcoming. Only complaint charged extra for a flat white and not paid the difference between instant coffee and charged 75p for a small serving of marmalade

New owners took over mid lockdown and have done an amazing job on the refurbishment. Spacious, open, bright, that includes the staff who are super friendly. Fantastic coffee and breakfast. Lots of local ingredients which is great. Fantastic range of options. Definitely coming back. Highly recommended.

Very clean, small, friendly cafe. We had breakfast 3 consecutive mornings, food consistently good and prices extremely reasonable. Would recommend.

Popped in today for breakfast. This was one of the best breakfasts I've had. Cooked to order. Fresh. Tasty. Perfect eggs. Even the cuppa is good. Great little cafe. Highly recommended and will definitely be back. Proper home cooked breakfast... wedge's the place to go.

My friend and I had our hair appointment early and after fancied a snack or breakfast. We went to Wedges as I fancied a bacon sandwich and hot chocolate. The brown bread was really fresh and bacon lovely. A really good place for food. Impressed and reasonably priced will call in again. Pamela Bastone.

Stopped for breakfast. We had our dog with us but were welcomed in by a very friendly waitress. Lovely baugette and sandwich breakfast as well as a delicious coffee - even though they didnt have it on the menu ( they should have!) Highly recommend.

This lovely cafe as recently changed owner's, it as been redecorated and is now lovely clean and fresh. The menu hasn't changed, and seems to be very busy all the time with breakfast's, take away sandwiches,hot and cold baguette's etc. The coffee is freshly grounded on the premises, with different flavour shots to add a little different taste. This cafe also caters for outside events, with delivery.

Visited on a very cold day in January. Had breakfast items, perfectly cooked and good value for money. Friendly, warm welcome, nothing was too much trouble. We were out of town visitors but noticed plenty of locals popping in to pick up lunch baguettes/sandwiches. A great little café on the high street.

Outstanding breakfast locally sourced. Not impressed with older lady (staff) preparing sandwiches at deli style counter not wearing gloves then handling money ...

Lovely fresh sandwiches but when they refused payment with our Scottish £20 note the whole experience turned sour. We've never come across this in all the years we've been coming to Devon and as we only had Scottish notes it was either give us our food free or take the note which we pointed out states the promise "to pay the bearer twenty pounds sterling". Of course the note was accepted and the full change given. I thought this type of bigotry was a thing of the past. In other shops the staff are always telling us how much they like our Scottish notes as they are so colourful. Needless to say we will not be frequenting this establishment again

Me and my little boy popped in here for a little morning snack. Staff were efficient and friendly. Everywhere was very clean including the toilets. Wide menu, loads for veggies and great value. The coffee was unexpectedly really good and the strawberry milkshake was a delight for my boy.

We were pleased to find this friendly cafe with a varied menu for an enjoyable lunch. The staff were able to cater for one vegan and one person with a dairy allergy. There was plenty of choice of baked potato fillings and the salad special was delicious. There were also some lovely home made cakes.

Yo siempre uso de amor cuñas regularmente. Alguien nuevo tardó más y los precios iba y perdido a medida. Fuimos allí y el almuerzo era 17 libras por dos café, un sándwich y horneado de patatas. Me gusta lo que no.. Eso es muy caro, para tales promedio, sin complicaciones de la comida. Cuando paseo nunca de gente como otros establecimientos de comida en crediton.

Highly recommend great fresh food and fantastic cakes I had a ham ,mayo and mixed leaf sandwich on white bread and chocolate cake both were absolutely delightful

Take away lunch, good chunky sandwich filled with whatever you choose. Lovely fresh bread and fresh ingredients - yum yum

Vinimos a Crediton para jugar bolos, dos amigos y yo, y antes del partido tras pasear por el centro de la ciudad se llama en este restaurante para tomar una bebida y un almuerzo caliente. El personal era muy servicial e incluso tenían té descafeinado. Nuestra orden fue tomada rápidamente y la comida y bebidas rápidamente. La comida estaba bien presentada. El restaurante tiene un aspecto muy básico pero estaba limpia y era muy eficientes funcionaba por dos miembros del personal.

I like the fact that this cafe offers a choice of breakfasts, The scrambled egg with crispy bacon pieces is really scrummy !

Estábamos buscando otra cafetería cuando intentamos Park fuera de esta. Uno de los miembros del personal salió a punto de que nos aparcamiento en una bahía (por lo tanto es probable que conseguir un billete) de carga, así que decidimos probarlo una vez aparcábamos en otro lugar. Bien merece la pena, con un personal amable, buena comida y todo lo que puedas desear en un café de calle.

Pedimos un buffet para una fiesta de bebidas que nos acoge. Hablamos un menú antes de la noche. comida aparezca en el momento convenido. La comida era fresco y fabuloso. Me he comido todo en mi propia excepto que no fue demasiado para mí. Servicio y comida excelente.

I found this a little gem, very good food, very happy and friendly staff. Food was excellent and loads of it. Would recommend it to everyone.

Look no further than here for a quality breakfast or take away sandwich - excellent service and fantastic value.

Wedges is a good modern cafe with ample seating. We visited on a Saturday morning and had the cooked breakfast which was just right especially the delicious local sausages. When I commented on this to the waitress she explained exactly where they came from (just up the road) and also informed us that we could buy some along the high street at the local greengrocers.Very reasonably priced and relaxed, friendly service.
