Staff were rude when asked if I could take the coffee away as it was simply too hot to drink in the timeframe I had available. Certainly will not be back and wouldn't recommend it to anyone

A great place for lunch in Arbroath. Warm, quiet and hospitable - plenty of space between tables and chairs. Food good and plentiful for the price.

Visited this place early Saturday afternoon, the place was very busy. Staff were very patient and helpful. The atmosphere in the place was nice. We only had soup and a sandwich with a drink, plenty of choice of fillings for the sandwiches which arrived with a good amount of filling between the fresh slices of bread. The lentil and spinach soup was thick and filling. The next visit will be for a high tea which must be booked in advance as we witnessed these delightful towers of goodies being delivered to tables throughout our visit. Would recommend.

This place is quite literally a hidden gem. Open and friendly atmosphere. The panini I had was good and the lemon cake was to die for!

Been in quite a few times for lunch. Always lovely soups to choose from the specials board, enjoy the soup and sandwich combo option. Great cakes too, if you still have room. My only complaint is the smell from the toilets. The toilets appear clean but the smell is disgusting.

Had a run to Arbroath walking up the the street we noticed this café down a alley looking very inviting went it was received by a friendly smiling waitress very nice atmosphere , service was good we ordered soup and a panini it wasn't long in coming the were excellent! The staff were so friendly will definitely be going back next time were in Arbroath

Can't fault this lovely little cafe, all homemade cakes look so delicious 😋, nice sized potions, sandwiches and wraps come with side salad (fresh), crisps, food is amazing. Plenty seating.

I had an amazing experience. Thanks to my colleagues for taking me here for my leaving lunch. The food is so good and tasty. The service was also fine. Don't forget to reserve a table before you visit the place because the coffee shop can get very crowded during lunchtime and all the seats were occupied when we visited the coffee shop.

Only came in for coffee as it was raining. Nice smiddy loaf and coffee. Attractive venue tucked away down alley. Handy for theatre. Came back a,second time for lunch. Ceasars salad was the best I've ever had and at a bargain price. Will be back for more.

🌟4.5 , it is a Café set back in a small alley, you have to look to see it. There's friendly and helpful staff, very nice coffee (although the Brand has changed now from Matthew Algie of Glasgow☕ to Myrtle Coffee of Kirkcaldy☕) and a few cakes, the menu is small but decent and the prices are acceptable. Further more if you like to buy some items from local Artists you can do so here. All in all well worth having a go.

Ordered a sausage bap. When the waitress served it to me the sausages looked a well over done. When I took a bite I could hardly get me teeth into one of them, so I returned it to the kitchen. I didnt order another sausage bap but did receive a complementary cake.

Found this lovely café last week and wish we found it a lot earlier. Very good sandwiches and coffees. Lovey cakes will definitely return.

Table for six in a corner beside ice cream cabinet meant one of us had to keep moving chair to allow sales assistant access. Four people happy with meal, two who had soup/macaroni cheese found too salty. Main course dishes weren't collected after 15 mins and a member of staff had to be requested to collect them, even although there were three behind the counter. Wouldn't take much to improve our experience but won't be our first choice in Arbroath.

We were invited back to Webmor's after a church service. When we arrived all the tables on both floors were well spaced out. First thing that impressed us was that linen tablecloths were being used. We sat at a table for 5, then the waitress came to ask if we would like a drink which was served very quickly. They then brought a plate with chicken fillets on a skewer and small sausage rolls and a cake stand with with assorted sandwiches, scones with cream, butter & jam, biscuits and cakes. All were delicious. Tea & coffee were available and for a change you got the choice of any type of coffee, not just from a jug!We would certainly recommend Webmor's for small functions as there is a large car park at the rear.Congratulations to the management & staff for looking after us so well after a sad occasion.

Lovely spot for a catch up n coffee. We had beautifull fresh food and a really good cup of tea Staff were on the ball with Covid rules and I felt relaxed and could enjoy because of this ...well done .

We had a brilliant afternoon tea here, so relaxing. We asked when booking if we could sit upstairs, it's quieter, and the social distancing was superb. The sandwiches were delicious, tasty fresh bread and well filled. The scones were light and tasty, they came with plenty of cream and jam.I love the cakes here, mini meringues, mini tray bakes, so delicious. Everything came with a soft drink, tea or coffee which was perfect. This place is lovely, very clean with great service. It has a lovely atmosphere and we felt relaxed enough to sit and enjoy a good catch up. Looking forward to the next time I visit.

Webmor's Coffee Shop I popped in to see what this was as it looked like an upmarket bar, was surprised to what I found it looks amazing it was closed as after 4.30 pm a great entrance and met some friendly locals. The food looks amazing and when I am next up your way I will pop in love the biscotti slice.

Had a lovely lunch here today, the staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. The food was excellent and good value for money. One person had the soup and sandwich deal which included a hot drink, others had soup and macaroni cheese with a hot drink. Highly recommend this restaurant and will certainly be back

Warm , inviting cafe in centre of Arbroath, next to theatre.We had soup / sandwiches on a bright but cold day.Good varied menu , service was friendly and efficient.Just had to buy one of their home made cakes to take away.I chose the apple and cinnamon which was lovely.Will definitely be back.

Quite easy to miss this coffee/tea shop is down a wee ally but worth seeking out. The entrance and cafe are well presented and the toilets clean and pleasant.The hearing area is on two levels so kore room than you may think when you first enter.Service is prompt and pleasant and our drinks then food order taken without fuss or delay.I went for the soup and sandwich option, the broccoli and stilton soup.was very tasty and a decent bowl full.The sandwich..... was nothing special, plain white bread with the filling plonked on the side. I'd have been more impressed with a crusty bread and a little bit of salad but I guess I got what it said on the menu.So it gets a good from me but with a teensy bit more effort would have got at least one more star.

We visited this cafe for a snack lunch. When we walked in, we were welcomed cheerfully and seated quickly. The cleanliness and freshness is evident everywhere, and the food was absolutely delicious. We both had cheese toasties and I can definitely recommend these. Really crisp with lots of flavour. The accompanying salad was fresh and tasty too. They bake all the cakes on the premises and they did look really tempting but we didn’t have any. The two young ladies (joint owners) also made time to speak to us as we paid our bill. We were very impressed with the whole experience. DEFINITELY RECOMMENDED.

We were worried that we wouldn’t be able to get a cup of tea at 16.30 after a lot of sightseeing but the Webmor delivered excellent tea coffee and cakes and the staff are delightful.

I got a voucher for afternoon tea as a birthday gift. Enjoyed a lovely afternoon tea with two friends. Had a wonderful mix of savoury and sweet delights in very pleasant surroundings. I would definitely recommend a visit to Webmors.

My first visit today but it will not be the last. Such a delightful place to go and have lunch. Off the street and a very relaxing place. The service was great, nothing too much bother. The food was absolutely fabulous and the gluten free Victoria sponge was just devine. There are not many places that can serve a gf sponge like this.

I visited for the first time last week. We saw the menu board on the street and weren't sure were the little path would take us. But we took the chance and stepped in. Webmors is the cafe attached to the Webster Theatre and has a great menu, snacks mains , brilliant cakes ,cocktails and milkshakes , and an americano which surpassed itself. The food is fresh and tasty, the staff really friendly and helpful. They sell a few items of jewellery , pictures from local artists and we came away with 2 lampshades and a piece of Turkish delight slice ! The ground floor is buggy friendly and there are no steps to get to the immaculate toilets.

Tried this hidden gem for lunch on a miserable Saturday. What a lovely place, bright, clean and very welcoming. We went for the soup of the day (parsnip and apple) with a sandwich and coffee and cake to follow. Soup was super hot, as it should be, and delicious. Coffee was also hot, so many places serve it barely warm! Can't fault anything about the place, the food or the service. All 5 star. Will definitely be back soon.

Well worth a visit if your in the area. As a java nut it’s up there with the best, coffee strong and so....enjoyable. Did I mention the cakes?? Their great and the tray bakes as just as good!

What a great place. Sat upstairs and it was very cosy. We had the soup and sandwich special which was great value for money as it also included a coffee or tea. I had the mushroom and Brie soup which was delicious together with a chilli chicken sandwich. The home baking looked fab but could not manage any of it on this occasion, The staff were so friendly and helpful.
