I recently had the pleasure of dining at wazzir restaurant, and I cannot express enough how delightful the experience was. From the moment I walked through the door, the warm and inviting ambiance set the stage for an unforgettable meal.

We booked last minute for my husband's birthday. The service was good and efficient, the waitress was welcoming and smiley. However, we were let down by the food. We ordered a platter for two where we thought the bulgur/couscous was dry and the meat portion have been reduced to what it used to be before and it wasn't as tasty. The menu have been updated since we went years ago and we noticed that it said at the bottom of it "no tap water" coming from hospitality my husband and I thought that's illegal, surely you can not refuse to serve tap water in an establishment. That's a harsh way of getting customers to buy drinks but legally, and even as a value and principle, what does it say about it..... not great.

AVOID THIS PLACE IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH. We ate at Herman Turkish yesterday — the chicken and lamb shish tasted off and clearly wasn’t fresh. By this morning, we were suffering from diarrhoea due to food poisoning. We called the restaurant to inform them, but they got extremely defensive and offered no apology or compensation. Absolutely unacceptable. I will be filing a formal complaint with health and safety authorities. Think twice before risking your health here.

139 High StDelicious Turkish BBQ cooked over coals, giving the chicken a rich, smoky flavour. The takeaway is slightly pricey but includes the same high-quality sides and attention to detail as dining in. The bulgur wheat is perfectly cooked, infused with a tomato base and a hint of spice.

686 Green LaneI ordered food, first of all food was missing and on top of it the food which was delivered was also wrong. The owner didn't want to listen. When I called to complain he starred shouting at me. Neither they delivered the remaining food as well. Do not ever order from these frauds.
