Wayfield Curry Munch in Medway

We got a takeaway and the food was awful, The food all tasted the same , everything was cooked in the same sweet sauce , coconut was in dishes but not stated in the descriptions. Orderd lamb purée which was just chunks of meat , dry snd and really tuff and chewy. Since when was Channa masala cooked in a red coconut and sweet sauce. You could taste the coconut between your teeth. Sag paneer was a in a creamy runny white sauce which wasn’t in the description. I’ve had sag paneer before but never in a creamy sauce. Really disappointed, spent a lot of money Aswell

Absolutely terrible food and service!! Ordered 6.15 arrived 8.15 I had an email confirmation telling me it would arrive by 6.45. I ring at 7.15 seemed to be some confusion! But i still phoned again at 8.0.clock she told Me it would be 5 mins !! When arrrived it was cold had to heat plates up!! King prawn korma which was £12.50 only had 3 prawns in it!! Which is an absolute rip off! We had 2 mixed grills lamb was chewy chicken was tasteless in fact it was all tasteless!! Meal came to over £30 will not order from these again!!

Been using for years best place for fish chips or even there own kebabs meats are far different less fat in meat is lovely. They do card payments min order is 5£ worth gping us yum

Love this place however recently the fish batter is soggy wet! when taken home and unwrapped half of the "batter" came of where its not cooked long enough!? Maybe start putting the fish on poly trays not straight on paper to!?

Chips were greacey, haddock was good, but the batter was stodgy and uncooked.

Chips were ok, fish was terrible, batter was soggy and the fish was mushy inside the batter. The place was empty when I arrived so I don’t understand how care hasn’t taken placed

I've been going to this Fish & Chip shop since they opened in 1989. The staff are lovely and friendly and waiting times are usually minimal. I highly recommend.

The fish was cold and the chips were soggy and when I had eaten it I felt sick after wood's because it didn't seem as if it was cooked properly the women was being sarcastic witch I did not like she said my hair looked a mess but it was windy at the time outside so ofcourse it would be a mess what with the wind my daughter tried some she did not like the fish she asked me to warm it up for because it was cold and she chucked the chips straight in the bin because she said they were soggy and felt like they had been recooked from yesterday the light from the thing were they keep the fish and sausages is just a light it does not make the food hot like they say very disappointed in it all

Cheps taste like they were done yesterday, then warmed up, pie was okish, buttered roll could do with more butter, not very nice at al.

Packed with customers but they serve quickly, lovely white cod and a portion of chips. Best in Medway. Colin D.

Never fails to disappoint although as the fish was cooked fresh and put straight onthe paper, it was dripping with grease at the end! We just added paper towels under it once we got home

this guy have no idea how to make a wrap, after few bite throw in the bin, waste of money and time ,ask them to not put any souse but i find some spyce kind and i can't eat it

BANGING!!! By far the best curry I’ve ever had!! I also love that u can now pay to upgrade the naan and rice with the meal deal, which is a bargain. There was so much food for 1. I had a Malaya which is amaze especially with the lemon rice!

The food was ok but for me the curry’s tasted all the same. The base of the curries the sauce tasted the same to me. Almost like the same sauce had been used to make all the curries.

This restaurant has closed down! Despite this, the owners apparently feel that it’s acceptable to continue to accept orders. I’m in the area for work and, with no option to cook for myself, decided to order a takeaway. This place has excellent reviews, however after placing my order and walking for half hour to collect it, I was met with an empty shop and no food. Truly awful. Now I’m hungry and out of pocket. The menu sounds great and I was really looking forward to it :(

Had the house special curry which is usually good. But today was like red water. No taste and no spice. Time to move on and try a new Indian.

Food luke warm, late and soggy naan bread and hot cola cans not the greatest I've had from here. Shame usually really good.

The pototoe was black n the chicken was like rubber could not eat it

Poppadums had a strange smell and taste! Chicken korma chewy chicken. Onion bhagee were rubbery. Peshwari Naan and Rice were very tasty though. Possibly reflected in the price. Glad I tried it but I won’t order from here again sorry!

Chicken Tikka Masala - what happened to it tonight?? Different taste and consistency to normal 😌 Was very watery. Quite disappointing.

No notifications to say it was even on its way ( could have been just eats fault ) used to live a meal deal from here .... didn’t enjoy at all paid extra for a burnt king prawn butterfly and who meal was tasteless! Gutted coz I will not go back .,,,.,

Won't use again.. Every curry tasted like coconut Sweet and watery.. Awful food never again And they charged us wrong and sent out a wrong dish

Our first time to use this Indian. Good on time delivery with a smile but quality of food was below par sadly. Very oily, parts not as fresh as one might expect and presentation less than inviting. Tarka dhal the best of the bunch. Hunger is good sauce they say but afraid wont be going for a second outing. Disappointing as other reviews praised it. Maybe unlucky on the night.

Curry Munch has gone massively downhill since moving from Wayfield. Korma I had was liquid, Raita had no cucumber lol? Literally nothing... just a pot of frozen yogurt... was disgusting. Shame really as was a customer for 5 years when they were in Wayfield.

Less greasy than George's chips and fish. A lot batter on the fish and sausage.

Food was great order a day in advance for a selected time the next day and it was on time fantastic service and great food

I have placed the order and the updates were real, a lovely lady came with my food right on time without any delays and the meal was absolutely delicious!

The burger was rare with blood and thick with oil. Both chips were missing so I paid £27 for 1 chilli dog and an inedible burger Shame as previous food was lovely

Chicken was dry for all dishes, curry sauce no flavour to it, ceylon sauce acceptable. Chat puree was good the sag aloo odd potato still hard but flavour good.

The address on just eat was wrong and hasn’t been updated. The customer service was also below average
