Watermoor Pizza & Kebab in Cotswold

Guy calls you after delivery overdue claims he called - he didn’t - food STONE COLD, turned upside down , shockingly bad taste - no even my dog will eat this now - looks revolting , I’ll await my food poisoning !!!

Foods good but they just pick n choose when they want to open. They been closed for like 2 weeks now no idea why. Literally the only nice kebab place in Cirencester

This is the first time we have had a bad order, chips cold and chewy, pizza cold and chicken wrap all salad withered inside the wrap

Had a chicken kebab last night and made me very ill

I have had a handful of deliveries from them, mainly pizzas and all the pizzas have been delicious! Staff delivering have always been polite and friendly

Order was half an hour late and cold when arrived, garlic bread wasn't received so had to phone up to ask where it was, no apologies given and chips inedible! Will be ordering kebabs from Tetbury road van in future! 0/10. Terrible!

Chicken shish very chewy and poor quality, pizza ordered a large but was basically a small in a large box and hardly any toppings on it,chips warm and overcooked tried to give these a second chance but will not be returning sorry £20 odd wasted, plus side very friendly person delivered it.

Tasty kebabs, ordered the kofte kebab which was delicious combined with the salad and garlic sauce. Would recommend.

Great portion sizes and lovely staff

This is a good reasonable takeaway parking on a Friday but of a problem in the street as everyone comes here for takeaway so I think that says it all, good pizzas.

First time I've used Watermoor Kebab & Pizza. I have to say it's one of the best shish kebabs I've ever had. I don't live local but if I'm ever nearby again I'll definitely be going in for kebab. The chicken was really tasty and moist and the chilli sauce had some real flavour to it. It's a bit weird that although they don't accept card in the shop I can order online and pay with card which is a bit of a faf.

This is my favourite takeaway, the staff are always friendly. The shop and kitchen are extremely clean and most importantly the food is incredible. I have taken so many family and friends to try it and they’ve all loved it. I’ve been coming here for years and love speaking to all the friendly staff. Would recommend this place to everyone in Cirencester to go to!!

I hardly ever leave reviews for anything because I'm lazy, but after trying this place a few times, it absolutely deserves praise. For context, I grew up in North London, so I know a fair bit about what makes a good or bad kebab. Watermoor Pizza & Kebab is up there with some of the best ones I've ever had from a takeaway. We always get the lamb doner, chicken doner (or mix of both), and occasionally chicken shish. We've tried it around six times now, and each time it's been consistently excellent. Well cooked, seriously tasty, generous portion sizes, and fairly priced. Even the chips, which tend to always let other takeaways down, are hot, and surprisingly crispy - not the usual soggy limp mess takeout chips normally tend to turn into. It can sometimes take a while for food to arrive if it's at peak time on a Friday or Saturday, but the ETA always seems to be bang on, so you know when to expect it. It's also very easy to order online, and customise everything however you like. Everyone is friendly, and there's honestly nothing bad I can say about it. I know this might seem overly positive and like a fake review, but it's honestly not. I spotted that it was rated 3.9 stars at the time of writing this, and my experience is definitely higher than that, so felt like I should leave this review to share my experience.

Variety pizzas available at affordable prices

Don’t know how they don’t take card in person in this day and age! The lamb shish was chewy, gristly, just tasteless. The salad was fine, seemed relatively fresh. The pitta was basically cardboard. They’re having renovations so be prepared to trip over wires and cables. Don’t know why they can’t have the handymen in during the day, must be awful for the neighbours. I do not recommend.

This place is so good. The kebabs are always delicious and up to a very good standard. The staff are very friendly, and welcoming. They have a good selection of kebabs, and soft drinks. I would recommend the kebabs and chips. I would definitely recommend coming here!

So we absolutely love this kebab shop. And use it as our regular take out but our last few orders have been awful. This isn’t a cheap shop at all. £11 for a large donner. We watched the lady make a medium before ours on a smaller box and she put exactly the same amount of meat in the large container, the food portions have got really small and at that price they should be massive. Shame but we have decided to use the other van in the area just due to not getting your moneys worth.

Only giving this 1 star because pizza and children's meal was ok. My husband and I had a lamb sheesh, absolutely the worst kebab I have ever had, literally like trying to eat an old shoe. Disgraceful tbh ... wish I could take a photo to actually show how disgusting this is, so disappointed.

Ordered off them loads times and the food was always good. We phoned to ordered again however told they were closed even though Google said they were open until 11pm. We would not mind if they had given us a reason however they just said “sorry closed” we were then ignored and they put the phone down on us :( a real shame as we have had a good experience prior to this!!

I had western bbq and chicken feast pizza’s, they were really delicious. Worth the money. Good news is that the chicken dishes are halal in this restaurant ❤️

Burnt lamb Donna meat pitta so dry not able to eat wrong sauce on kebabs .to busy doing just eats takeaways to concentrate on customers in store. Won't be back

I've waited over two hours for my food and it still hasn't arrived. The restaurant is not accepting my calls to enquire about this or request a refund.

Moved 2 minutes away 0.3miles now minimum order is £18. Rang to be told it’s the system nothing they can do.

The food is really good. But the service is shocking. Afraid I won't be going back rang an order through at 7:19 pm was told 10 to 15 mins. Went up about 20mins. Finally left the shop at 8.10pm no order to how they cook peoples orders looked like it was just pot luck to which order was cooked next.

Best kebabs we have ever had the sauce is spicy but not hot the slaw is nicely finely shredded and colourful it is delicately done and looked really appealing the bread is toasted even the cucumber garnish is sliced nice and the chicken was tender and tasty.

One star is to much for this shitly place. I Oder a kebab for 7£ but it's was all salad and nasty sauce which was expired it was so smelly and so disgusting Ben throwing up since I had it. But not even that it's just not worth of the money I spent. So anyway please do not Oder from here cuz I am sure you be in. Same situation as me .
